27/11/2025: FOOD POISONING. the food was great. the service was meh, we sat outside as all of the seats inside were taken (pretty small place) and our server didn’t come out to take our order for 45 minutes. she seemed pretty busy though so not a huge issue. however… 12 hours later and i got the worst food poisoning of my life. a full 24 hours after the meal and i was in the hospital, severely dehydrated and it was the most sick i’ve ever been. 2 days later and i’m still recovering, can’t eat anything, cant even keep water down. very miserable experience. i understand it’s a risk that happens with seafood- but beware! it happened to me here! and it was so so awful.

19/08/2025: Went to Grumps for the first time, guided by Google Maps, but turns out the opening hours were completely wrong. Why would a business not update that info themselves, instead of waiting for a customer (or in this case, a wannabe customer) to do it for them?

26/08/2025: had the best takeaway I’ve had in a long time from Saaep Thai! We ordered the beef black bean stir fry with chips and rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were really generous, the beef was cooked perfectly tender, and the vegetables were fresh and full of flavour. Everything was well balanced, not too heavy, and really satisfying. I’ll definitely be ordering again – highly recommend!

18/11/2025: The hotel was pleasant and easily accessible, opposite the tram stop, which unfortunately wasn't running during our stay… The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good!

17/11/2025: Grateful for the hotel rescheduling due to family bereavement when originally booked for. The hotel is the perfect location for the 3arena but unfortunately there was nothing on or no Luas running when we were staying - obviously out of the hotels control. The main restaurant where First Dates is on is only open if something is on in the 3arena? The room is basic enough, very hard to get the temperature comfortable in the room and couldn’t leave the patio door open at night to cool the room down due to very loud fan or something outside. Not great soundproofing from outside either - woken up by the seagulls so not a great place to stay if hoping for a lie in. Nice shower. Overall, don’t think I would rebook here as quite basic and didn’t sleep great due to temperature in the room and the fan not cooling it down. The TV also didn’t work at all - no channels or even an option to connect the tv to the wifi for YouTube or Netflix.

18/11/2025: Portion size is less in dine-in compared to takeaway. The wait time is a bit lot for dine-in. Had to miss 2 meetings during lunch time while the restaurant wasn't as busy. Taste is very good and definitely a good spot to have lunch peacefully.

15/11/2025: The food was really delicious and easy to order using the self check out. The meals were ready in a timely manner and was lovely. We ate in, and the restaurant and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

27/10/2025: The place is cozy and the attention is good. The Snbazuru Yakisoba was grate, the Original Tonkotsu Ramen was just fine. There is a lot of options in the menu, in general at a higher place that in the lunch menu. In general a good place to go.

05/11/2025: Popped over from old blighty to catch up with my Dublin buddies. Great place to meeting and socialising. Beer and food was good and plentiful bit expensive though.

23/10/2025: I haven't been to Brady's since around 2019. However, I'm still writing a review for this place in 2024. Why? They have the best chicken wings I’ve ever eaten! I can't tell you in words how surreal the first night I had these chicken wings was. It was a late night in Ireland, my first time ever being in the country, and outside of the U.S. ever. Me and my family were staying in the area, and had seen good reviews so we decided to stop here after a long day of traveling. I was in a chicken mood for majority of the trip, so every restaurant we’d stopped at I decided to try their wings and see how they held up. The wings here were so much more than I’d been expecting. They were sweet and spicy, however they weren't overpowering and were just enough for me to finish all of them. The wings themselves were so fresh and crunchy as well! It may sound overexaggerated, but I really would fly all the way back to Ireland just to try them again. I’d also ordered some crispy duck as an entrée and it was delicious! So flavorful. As we were leaving, we also spent quite a while talking to our sweet waitress. This restaurant not only has great food, but great atmosphere as well. I encourage everyone in the area to try this restaurant if they already haven’t!

16/09/2025: Fantastic location, minutes away from Dublin airport. Also has free shuttle bus service to & from Dublin airport. Bus stops are within a few steps away from the hotel entrance providing public transport to Dublin city centre. Apartment was huge, very clean. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with a full kitchen, sitting room and an amazing closed in balcony with amazing views too. Food was delicious, fantastic range on offer. Staff were very polite, helpful & couldn't do enough.

11/12/2025: Editing my 5 star review from 1 year ago to 3 stars. Visited today with my toddler, didn't receive a menu when I was seated. Another couple arrived 5 mins after me, received menus immediately. They then got their food (both had full Irish's) at least 15mins before me. All I had ordered was a chicken sambo. I ended up having to get the food to go as it was taking so long. I was also asked to move my buggy but in a really rude tone of voice (which my child was still in). I had asked for a highchair and was also still waiting on it. Tbh, the entire experience made me feel totally uncomfortable and unwelcome. Really disappointed as I used to rate this place really highly. Food was decent, service was shocking bad.

31/07/2025: We had an incredible experience at Attico. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm from the moment we walked in. The food was just as impressive: fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of rich, authentic Italian flavors with a modern twist. Every detail, from the ambiance to the wine selection, was spot on. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Italian cuisine in a relaxed yet elegant setting. Will definitely be back!

11/05/2025: Service was very slow and not great attention. We were a large party which we booked for and we had to move some to another table because it was so crmped

11/11/2025: Came in for dinner last Saturday our server Claudia was a breath of fresh air. Her enthusiasm made our experience an 11/10. I hope she will be working every time we go in for an occasion dinner.

25/10/2025: Been to Rolys twice this week. It's always excellent. The early bird menu in the terrace area is really good value because the food is top quality. One of the best restaurants in Dublin in my opinion.
