The best restaurants in Dublin

01/03/2026: A humble chinese restaurant but a real gem in south dublin. If u r looking for a venue like i was for a family of 10 people, trying to impress ur in-laws and your young adult children in a Chinese restaurant, you know you got it right when the draft beer was fresh, wine delicious and the food menu has everyone s favourite and the service speedy. Here's what I ordered and all of them delicious: 1.Signature crispy roast duck 2.Crispy chilly chicken with salt and pepper 3.King prawns with corn and salt egg york 4.Seabass sweet and sour 5.razor fish with minced garlic 6. Twice cooked pork belly 7. Sizzling Beef with black bean sauce 9. Stir fried green veg 10. Stir fried aubergine and long beans 11. Chinese pork dumplings To add to our delight, the owner offered a huge complimentary fruit platter for our birthday occasion.

24/02/2026: Great Chinese food. I like seafood and meat. I can find what I like here. Steamed fish, boiled fish, ginger and scallion lobster, ginger and scallion shrimp, spicy stir-fried bamboo clams, and scallion oil snail slices are my favorites. Stir-fried lamb, cumin beef, mouth-watering chicken, and husband and wife lung slices are also great. There is a large parking lot downstairs, which is absolutely convenient. It is definitely right to come here for Chinese food. It is also a great place to eat between Dublin and Powerscourt.

13/09/2025: I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Smaczne To Go, and I must say it turned out to be a very pleasant discovery. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how neat and orderly the place felt — clean tables, tidy counters, and an inviting display of food that immediately caught my attention. There is something comforting about seeing a spot take pride in its appearance, and Smaczne To Go gives exactly that impression. What truly stands out, though, is the food itself. 30/08/2025: Came here for a family lunch, and I simply can’t fault a single thing. From the high quality food to the fantastic service, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Although slightly on the pricier side, it is well worth the investment. The cocktails were delicious. Thank you so much to the amazing staff for such a lovely meal. Will certainly be back!

29/11/2025: Could not of had a better experience. I came in for gait analysis and new trainers. The owner was so friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to size up my feet by just looking. He recommended an excellent pair of runners which already make running feel alot more stable and comfortable along with some great general running advice. Could not recommend enough I will be back.

22/02/2026: Oh my god what happened to the menu! There is next to nothing on it and it’s not cheap! I sent my daughter over with a friend and they no longer take cash! She had to walk out. Ridiculous! Come on management this used to be a great place. Now I’m sat here and it’s empty. Not another soul in the place. I live locally and for sure this place is going to close.

From the moment they arrived, they brought such a fun and relaxed energy to the day—and the coffee, cocktails, and baked goods were all next level. After a big day and night of celebrating, guests were raving about how CoCoBrew was the perfect elixir to bring them back to life! Whether it was the coffee, cocktails, or a sweet treat, everything they served was delicious and exactly what we all needed. The service was top notch too—friendly, efficient, and full of smiles. The team were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout, and they made everything so easy and seamless. CoCoBrew truly added something special to our Day 2, and we’re so glad we had them there. We’ve had so many guests mention how brilliant it was—and we couldn’t agree more. Highly, highly recommend!

22/03/2026: A good Italian restaurant. The first courses are well-made, the pasta cooked al dente, and the sauces aren't too spicy. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are friendly. Recommended.

22/03/2026: Missing the authenticity. Food was ok, service not too good. Neither service nor cooks are Italian at least did not even greet in Italian. Wines were sold out and they tried to sell us the most expensive. Upon claiming that they somehow „found“ another bottle of the requested. It was also very bright illuminated and not very cozy. Not what we are used to by an Italian restaurant.

03/07/2025: Nice bakery and pastry shop in Stoneybatter, lovely almond croissants, beautiful sourdough loafs and nice Toastie or pre made rolls. Highly recommend

19/11/2025: The atmosphere and the service was great. The coffee was excellent. The chocolate croissants tasted like it was from yesterday even though I came early in the morning.

15/12/2025: It’s a very nice space, I go to a book club every month and the service is very good, the people are friendly and it has a comfortable space.

23/03/2026: Came here for food and drinks with some friends. The location and inside setting were really nice. Unfortunately we found the staff in general here lacked hospitality. One waitress actually really impeded negativity on our time here. Her attitude was not something we would come out to experience, and it was a shock to us that someone like this would work in hospitality.

13/03/2026: Went there for an Irish Whiskey tasting. The atmosphere is beautiful. Great place to sit and hang out with friends while having a pint.
