The best restaurants in Dublin

18/09/2026: Regularly get pizza delivery from Rua. Normally always the Hell Fire but sometimes deviate to try the monthly special. Consistently good standard and 9/10 address order requests in terms of toppings. Any errors quickly rectified.

14/09/2026: Super staff, very friendly and attentive. Food is excellent.

26/09/2026: The pizza and cannelloni were excellent. The Trulli Primativo red wine was excellent with the pizza.

27/08/2026: Great friendly waiter. Pizza a letdown. Was almost like frozen pizza. What the fuss about?

12/07/2026: Good restaurant with vegan options. The service is impeccable. I really enjoyed the red curry. I might go back before leaving town to try other dishes. The price is a bit high.

16/09/2026: Got a take-away roll this afternoon. Felt it was thrown together without even as much as a smile. Bread far from fresh. Will be sticking to SuperValu in future.

30/08/2026: Visited during the Lobster Festival. The lobster rolls from here are better than the street vendors outside because the buns are better. There's sitting upstairs which was convenient. Didn't enjoy the cookie because it was too hard, but that's because I'm still learning the cookies culture of Ireland. Not the bakery's fault.

04/09/2026: Pleasant meal and waiter. Greeted from the dock entrance and when we entered the dining area. Wish the fries were larger with the fish and chips. Slighly limited menu. Our meals were expertly prepared and presented. Wish we had the space to enjoy one or more of the desserts

05/09/2026: A very nice Pub in the Heart of Dublin, yet not Happening. Something was amiss. While McNeill's down the road was almost full with patrons, here was a pub, full of potential operating at 20% capacity. The drinks were good, the art was good, but the bartenders or service crew were hopeless. Just for the terrible service from the bartenders i wouldn't bother with visiting this pub again. They were just not bothered unless they knew you. I noticed they were rather crowded on Friday night, there was music as well

19/09/2026: I’ve been coming here for a year I always go when the baby is asleep and all the staff treat me well, except for one Indian woman who always gives me dirty looks or leaves me talking to myself. Twice, when I asked her to speak slowly because I didn't understand what she was saying, she was extremely rude; yet she smiles at other customers—it seems like she picks and chooses whom she treats well.

30/05/2026: Still sitting at the table, writing this review with a big smile on my face, the service was wonderful from beginning to end. The food? Oh my god, the food! My friend loved the ramen. And I loved my dumplings and my takoyaki. Delicious, rich in detail, a thousand out of ten! Millions! Trillions! 10/10

29/05/2026: I ordered takoyaki and their chicken gyoza.the takoyaki texture was abysmal, the octopus was extremely chewy and I couldn’t finish the box. The chicken gyoza on the other hand was quite nice with a crunchy exterior.

08/09/2026: I would like to say a very special thank you to the Manager and Staff at The Laurels in Perrystown. On Sunday, I came in to the Laurels after badly scalding my hand and was quite distressed. From the moment I arrived, the Manager, unfortunately, I don't know his name and staff were absolutely wonderful. They immediately came to my assistance and treated me with such genuine kindness, care and concern. At a moment when I really needed help, they went above and beyond for me. It says so much about the people who work at The Laurels that they didn't hesitate to step in and take care and assist me. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who helped me that day. Your kindness meant more than you probably realise, and I won't forget it. A wonderful team and a wonderful local pub. Thank you all so very much.

07/09/2026: First time here. Popped in at lunchtime just for a sandwich and coffee. Staff extremely friendly and give a great welcome. The food and coffee were excellent. Saw a customer getting the roast beef and veg and it was huge. I heard tell his colleague that it was delicious and very tender. A bit of a smell in the gents. However, will add this establishments to my list of places to revisit.

03/09/2026: I absolutely loved my experience here! I had the special toastie of the day, made with focaccia and chicken, and it was absolutely perfect — delicious and so well prepared. 🥪✨ The cappuccino was also really good! ☕️ The staff were super friendly, polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. As they were already closing when we were leaving, they even offered us free croissants, which was such a lovely gesture! 🥐❤️ Delicious food, great coffee and excellent service. I would definitely come back!

05/08/2026: Joli is delightful coffee shop, small in size but big on friendliness. Great choice of sandwiches, pastries etc. Very pleasant place to visit with lovely people serving.

16/07/2026: Came to Turks Head last night for a drink after work, the place was unbelievable! I really cannot stress enough how lovely the bartenders treated me. But I really want to point out the security guard on Wednesday night and Dylan on Thursday night, absolutely brilliant! Great lads and what I see in most bars these days from security is just a power trip! 100% recommend! Thank you all

16/07/2026: A lovely Irish watering hole in the heart of the city with a reasonable selection of both wet goods and snacks - and at affordable prices. Here you can also hear live music, watch sports on the big screen and borrow a card game at the bar. 🍻

15/12/2025: We had a breakfast here for two days (Saturday and Sunday). Both days we really enjoyed the view. What surprised me is that both days I ordered the same, but I liked the sandwich as well as the hot chocolate more the first day. The second day I was a bit disappointed, it wasn’t the same. Even though, really nice staff and a lovely place to enjoy your meal. Santa sandwich for 9€ and hot chocolate for 4€.

20/07/2026: was here for world cup finale and the staff handled adverse circumstances very admirably. shoutout evan(?) who was working bar alone upstairs, he was efficient and also friendly, total champion. not to mention extremely reasonable prices for draught. definitely will be back!

27/09/2026: We always enjoy our visit to Wow Foods. The food is fresh, tasty and full of flavour, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they put care into what they serve, it is our go to place.

21/09/2026: Warm and welcoming counter service. Exceptionally Friendly staff. Budget friendly menu choices. Best vegetarian indian fast food in Dublin. I enjoyed the Cheese Chip Sandwich and Pani puri Dosa and Vada Pav.
