25/11/2025: Great place to enjoy the live gig!!

20/11/2025: Terrible experience a few weeks ago, staff were disgustingly rude and treated all the customers that came in with such disrespect. I watched someone borderline scream at a customer at the cloakroom which is just unacceptable.

28/12/2025: Artisan bakery, the decor is lovely and the service is fast. The cookies were delicious.

24/09/2025: I've been staying a number of days at a hotel near Hansel and Gretel, and have found this great little bakery and coffee shop a convenient stop as I'm walking to various tourist sites. The pastries are freshly baked and very good, and the coffee (which may be supplied by a coffee shop chain called Ariosa) is very good. Unlike other nearby coffee shops, Hansel and Gretel has no seating either inside or outside. But if a takeaway cup of coffee and a pastry is your thing, this is a great choice.

16/01/2026: My wife and I stayed here last night and we highly recommend it. All the staff were courteous and friendly, the room was excellent and so was the bar food . I don’t know what the rates are during the summer but we found it to be great value for what we paid. I thoroughly recommend it.

20/01/2026: Honestly my biggest gripe was with the size of the burrito, it was rather small. Also, quite bland ? I am used to burritos having a variety of flavors, while here I could mostly taste just the sauce. Weak flavor of rice, beans, meat etc.

01/01/2026: I used to go here regularly after work or sometimes with my friend on a Saturday afternoon when I lived nearby. I always had the toasted panino with roasted aubergine, roasted pepper, melted mozzarella and pesto, my dream food. If I had only one meal in life I think I’d seriously consider this. The coffee was top class. I’m the hardest person to please when it comes to coffee so this is saying something. The lady who owns the caffe I remember was such a hard working lady, so passionate and down to earth. I’m going to make the trip this week to pop in. I can’t wait. Great to see small local cafe’s come out tops 👍

01/01/2026: Great expresso coffee. Appreciated the fairness of the price of a single shot expresso. Its was perfect served in a porcelan cup and very good quality. The croissants where very good, fresh and crunchy. The ambiance is relaxed and cosy and enjoyed the decor with paintings on the wall and a map of the Suppliers in an outstanding frame. It has our reccomendation. Well done to the owners and Er Buchetto team.

17/02/2026: This restaurant was amazingly good value and great tasting. We had the chicken wings (7.5/10) and pizzas (10/10) more than the food and value, the service was amazing. My 2 sons were with me and the wait staff were absolutely incredible with them . 5 stars for service alone. More than happy to recommend this and I will defo be returning.

10/02/2026: Excellent Italian restaraunt, the team in the restaraunt are super friendly and helped me with all customisations I asked than regular menu, super customer friendly and most importantly food came very fast after the order

08/10/2025: The restaurant itself is good, but the customer service really needs improvement. One of the staff members — apparently a Mexican guy — tends to speak and say “thank you” by shouting, which is very uncomfortable. This isn’t the first time it has happened, so it seems to be a recurring issue. There’s a clear lack of manners and tact when dealing with customers, because shouting “thank you” isn’t the same as being friendly. It comes across as rude and even a bit arrogant. It would be great if the restaurant could provide better guidance to the staff on how to communicate properly with customers.

19/11/2025: The chips were a bit dry, even though I asked for salt and loadsss of vinegar. The kebab in pita bread was also very spicy than I expected.🥵 Overall, I don’t really see the hype, so I wouldn’t be rushing back. :/

01/01/2026: The staff was very polite especially the girl who made reservation for us. Loved the mango lassi. Butter chicken was not as good and the quantity was meagre. Sev puri felt dry. Overall ambience is fine but confined but it works.

31/12/2025: Wonderful food, vegetarian is great. So tasty and hearty. The cheese dosa was amazing as well as the chana masala and paneer were delicious. Great service from Namrata. Fully recommend.

02/11/2025: Unfortunately, the calda chocolate has drastically changed 😕 it is just as a regular hot chocolate for the price of a calda. Diluted as its best , will not return sadly as I used to really like the calda .
