The best restaurants in Dublin

17/02/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Morrison Hotel, and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Dublin. The location is excellent, right in the city with easy access to everything, and having parking directly at the hotel is a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay, which really made a difference. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and very high quality. The room service menu was far beyond what you would normally expect. We ordered beef Wellington, monkfish pasta and several desserts – everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and delivered to the room within 20 minutes. The rooms themselves are modern, newly renovated, spotless and very comfortable. You can clearly tell that a lot of thought has gone into both design and cleanliness. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in every aspect. We would highly recommend The Morrison to anyone visiting Dublin and would not hesitate to stay here again.

14/02/2026: We spent one night in this hotel located in the centre of Dublin. Everything was perfect : very clean, the bed is huge and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

12/08/2026: Had a brilliant time at The Paddocks and the beer garden The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant, with such a great buzz and a really welcoming vibe. The staff were lovely, friendly and very attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend it and will be back again

15/07/2026: My all time favourites are the fresh berries muffins, the lasagna and the chicken sandwiches (there is more than one option and they all are great). The service is quick, polite and they have great taste in music!

29/06/2026: Hands down the best Chinese in south Dublin, tastes different than all the others, it looks different and even comes in different little boxes which just proves they work on their own initiative, the flavours are unbeatable. The house curry has sliced roasted pork and the young chow rice is the nicest I’ve ever tasted, the shredded chicken contains lots of chicken not just streaks of batter. Highly recommend! ✨

04/08/2026: It's not a large space & I don't believe it merited the amplification used for the music Monday nights. It's too loud to sit anywhere near the performer & too small to find a seat away from it. Not a pub for really having a chat. My friend said the Guinness was good.

23/06/2026: Unless you are in the area I would give this a miss. Bar staff are inexperienced. Queeva is the only one that knows what she is doing. This pub was at one time a great pub.

30/05/2026: Still sitting at the table, writing this review with a big smile on my face, the service was wonderful from beginning to end. The food? Oh my god, the food! My friend loved the ramen. And I loved my dumplings and my takoyaki. Delicious, rich in detail, a thousand out of ten! Millions! Trillions! 10/10

29/05/2026: I ordered takoyaki and their chicken gyoza.the takoyaki texture was abysmal, the octopus was extremely chewy and I couldn’t finish the box. The chicken gyoza on the other hand was quite nice with a crunchy exterior.

16/07/2026: Went here today with my friend and our kids and ordered food and drinks for us all staff was rude owner was rude and kept rolling there eyes and moaning about the kids and we only received our food he start giving out about the kids talking loudly kids are kids yeno its not as if they were running around they weren't .we cleaned up everything stacking the plates and left over and water spilled I offered to mop it up but no the rudeness contained never go back again it's for people with no kids. Absolutely a joke after spending over 100 euro never again.

05/07/2026: Great venue with amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They even helped me with rearranging the room and did the table covers for my event setup, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this venue. 💯

03/09/2026: Awesome food 🥘 amazing taste, been travelling around the world with family but here spicy bite buffet in Dublin best taste ever for everything including dessert and desi Kheer, Sawayian, custard with cake pudding. We have enjoyed a lot and service was feel like home 🏠. 10/10 for the entire team. They are truly amazing 🤩 people with true talent and taste. But for the prices you have to check in the restaurant. Very hard to find the vegetarian food separate. Thanks to entire team 31/08/2026 - 3/09/2026. Will see you next time if we come back.

04/09/2026: Terrible dining experience overall. We called ahead to confirm they were dog‑friendly and were told dogs were welcome. However, upon arrival we were treated rudely. Our dog was only allowed on the floor, and we could not sit in the main dining area on the ground floor — we were forced to eat upstairs at high bar stools instead. Only one of the staff looks friendly to our dog. Both starters and main dishes were disappointing. We specified medium‑rare beef, yet it came fully well‑done. The chicken stir‑fried noodles were overly sweet, and the chicken wings were extremely dry. Our requests were ignored and the service was unpleasant. Bad experience.

30/08/2026: One of the best places I tasted shawarma of all kinds was delicious and had its own flavor. The sandwich was full of meat or chicken with their own sauce A meal for children was delicious and enough for two children I highly recommend it

26/08/2026: I had lunch with a friend here a few days ago and it was good! The portion size is decent for the price, one of the staff came in with his glasses with flash on and asked how the food was, and after we answered he asked if we're cool with being recorded. I do not have an issue with it but he should've asked this question BEFORE recording people coz it feels like he put us on the spot. Other than that, he was a nice guy, good service. You have to pay at the counter after you're done and I didn't feel like anyone was rushing us to leave which is always good to experience in such a busy side of town.
