27/12/2024: Absolutely rubbish, wouldn't expect people to eat the food never mind pay for it

24/12/2024: One sausage on a breakfast sandwich is a hate crime and should be punishable in court. Christmas Eve and you hand me a two slices of bread and one sausage sliced in half. I’m genuinely hurt to the core. I hope you get a big bag of coal tomorrow. Coffee is just as disappointing as the sandwich Christmas ruined, sons in tears, cheers pal

17/12/2024: Our room overlooked the pantheon square. It was truly amazing. Great location for walking, touring, watch out for car traffic, if 1st time visitor.

08/12/2024: Great location, beautiful building. The rooms are oil heated (radiator) with no controls in the room. We had to call to the front desk every 3 hr to have the heat turned off, otherwise the room was a sauna and the heat kept getting turned back on. According to the web page, the room was recently renovated. It looked worn. The stone desk was cracked and visibly supported by the fridge in the middle. Not bad but I expected more. Access to the Temple Bar area is fantastic, close to the park and many restaurants. Location and general vibe around the lobby was great. Staff is friendly and attentive. I doubt there was much they could do about the heat in the room.

28/12/2024: Every time we come, it’s as lovely as the first time. The food is absolute class, the atmosphere during the afternoon is warm, welcoming and feels like home. Declan, Aine, and Neive are like family at this point. It’s the best. Long live Doyles corner.

The place itself was great, but the staff truly set it apart. Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a place with excellent service and a great vibe!

30/11/2024: Really nice food! Coffee reasonably priced too. But lads, the service honestly. Staff are friendly but a lot of the times you can be waiting ages to be served for coffee. Either there is not enough staff on or they are just under pressure with people in the restaurant. I have walked out a few times because nobody was able to service…not a reflection on staff manners as they are. My advice to management/owners is ensure staff man the coffee checkout for customers.

10/01/2025: This IS the hotel to stay at when you are in Dublin! Not only was the hotel perfect on all counts, but it's right next to Buskers bar, which is rockin! What a great time, thank you so much. Also the guitar guy at Buskers with the "Sheriff"hat was the highlight!

04/01/2025: Very good experience, it is in the center of Dublin, in the heart of Temple Bar. The hotel staff is wonderful, they make the stay a 10. The breakfast is very, very complete. Impeccable cleanliness, they are very friendly and attentive. In short, highly recommended 😍

04/01/2025: Very well located location if you want to be surrounded by pubs as it's right in the temple bar. Direct access to the on-site pub/rooftop/club. Daily live music. Good accessibility. The Dublin Express (airport shuttle) + other buses stop directly at the hotel (20 meters). Due to the pubs and live music, you can expect some really loud nights. Unfortunately the shower had very low water pressure, which was unfortunately very annoying with long hair.

03/01/2025: Expensive place to drink but decent entertainment

19/12/2024: We are returning customers and were booked in last weekend for our Xmas family get together and were very disappointed. We ordered steaks and lobster for our table of 6 and sourdough bread to share and a number of cocktails. The bread came however our mains didn’t. In fact it was only when my husband pointed out to the waiter that other tables had been and gone since we sat down that our food finally arrived. The steaks were highly over seasoned and the lobster claw I had ordered was impossible to shatter with the small and completely inadequate nutcracker which just kept slipping off and eventually snapped in half. I gave up after the tool broke and the second one that I asked for was just as useless. So in the end couldn’t eat what I had ordered. We were also asked to vacate our table after our mains even though we had waited 1hr and 40 mins for our food to arrive which obviously had caused a huge delay to our dining experience. We were offered a bottle of house wine for the waiting area as a sweetener but none of us were drinking wine so we graciously decided to leave. With a bill of almost €800 euros including tip for 6 of us, we won’t be rushing back nor recommending Hawksmoor to anyone. We don’t mind paying for good food and good service. Unfortunately this place has dropped their standards drastically.

17/12/2024: Very disappointing experience. The food was cold and overcooked (monkfish and steak). Certainly not good value for the prices. On a positive note, cocktails were nice

16/11/2024: Saturday they close at 4 not 5 as on Google maps.. service is relaxed and you get your coffee or choclate within minutes if it's not too busy..as it's only new it just building up its customer base.. As they're part of the franchise everything is standardised..i found hot chocolates really tasty, the seasonal syrups are a must have like the pumpkin syrup during Halloween or smores or cinnamon at Christmas

25/10/2024: Has to be the worst coffee sold in Dublin. Weak coffee every time and it may aswel just be warmed up milk, if you like coffee and in particular a flat while don’t go here
