22/11/2025: Just an update in Nov 25. The food is better than ever. Just had one of the best hot and sour soups, packed with meat and prawns and deliciously spicy. The spice bag had delicious and large chicken pieces with very good chips. Breast of Chicken curry, fried rice and spare ribs all very good. Top class. Very tasty, authentic and consistent Chinese restaurant. Excellent for take away, top marks from me.

09/11/2025: delivery time needs to be set up earlier, we orderd at 4:55 as soon as they open it, all we got was chicken balls chips and 3 in 1 the food didnt arrive until 6:25, when we called at 6:05 the lady said its on the road and wont be long, we then called at 6:18, the lady once again said its on the way, lo and behold it did not arrive until 6:25. Either hire more drivers or open the times earlier

14/10/2025: I visited your restaurant approximately an hour ago and would like to share my recent experience. Before entering the queue, I wanted to ask one of your staff members whether you had the Bufalina pizza available. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude and dismissive response—“It’s in the oven.” Later, when I proceeded to place my order, another staff member served me in a cold and indifferent manner. I have ordered the Bufalina pizza from your restaurant many times before, and it has never been served as burnt as it was today. I was quite surprised by the quality. Moreover, as I was leaving with my order, I noticed three members of your team looking directly at me while speaking in their own language and laughing, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.

07/05/2026: We popped in for dinner and a pint. The decor, vibe, ambiance, and feel do not match the food or service. I ordered the "pie of the day" (chicken and bacon with a side of mashed potatoes and roasted veg) and my husband the burger. At €20 a plate I was expecting something other than what appeared to be boiled and thickly cut chicken breast with a few bit of bacon in an overly salted cream sauce along with run of the mill mashed potatoes with small chunks of veg that were pan fried. It almost smacked of what you could get as a pre-made meal at Tesco. The burger was equally disappointing. Dry, overcooked (was never asked how it should be prepared), and the toppings were underwhelming. The chips that came with the burger were OK, but unremarkable and should have been cooked for at least another minute or two to crisp up the outside. When I say the vibe didn't match the service, it boils down, quite a bit, to the service. The bartender would frequently mess with his hair showing his midriff. If you're going to present your establishment as a "cut above", I would expect a bit of decorum with proper attire. Our server (I didn't catch her name) had the personality of a rock and was cold (never mean, but definitely has the feeling she didn't really want to be there). Maybe it's because it's the "low season" being early May, but come on! For €52 for 2 meals and 2 pints, surely you can do better. Also, what is up with the weird thumping noise that was vibrating the ceiling lights? Super annoying.

20/03/2026: One of my favourite bars in Dublin. Had a first date with my wife here 19 years ago. It hasn't changed since. That's a compliment.

16/11/2025: Continues to disappoint with the worst flat white. Been a loyal and constant customer of this place for about a year. While the pastries are lovely, and the staff is friendly, the flat whites I’ve been getting here became just terrible and not up to any standard. Not worth paying 4EUR for a coffee with milk that I can make myself at home. Cant give no more than one star and will look for another place.

26/03/2026: Came here for breakfast a few times while visuting. It's a nice friendly little cafe. Very good oat milk latte, perfect poached eggs,good bacon and sausages. The mushrooms are the highlight. I don't know what they're doing but these mushrooms are fantastic. A little chewy and crispy around the edges and with a rich savory flavor. Just delicious. The black pudding is a little better than usual. It has some extra herb flavor. You can get excellent Irish brown soda bread if you ask, instead of the ordinary toast. The only things I don't recommend are the hash browns and the onion rings. They both seem like boxed frozen. The onion rings in particular are onion-flavored batter all the way through, not actual onion. Get the mushrooms instead.

27/05/2026: The idea of Ruby's is nice but it doesn't quite hit the same in reality. The wings are great quality, I love that even when coated in sauce they are still crispy and you get the full wing (knuckle and flat) but the actual flavour is lacking. The bbq needs more salt and the sesame needs more... sesame. The pizzas are sadly not great. I hope I'm wrong but I suspect they are frozen pizzas just cooked in a pizza oven. Even if I'm wrong, that speaks to the actual quality of the pizza. The burgers are actually super tasty so no complaints there, the ingredients are fresh and the beef is well cooked and salted. The service is very good, the workers are accommodating and polite. The restaurant itself has a trendy but casual feel so it caters to a lot of people. Overall, it's fine restaurant but it's just fine.

28/11/2025: great little neighbourhood shop, lovely selection of wine and food.

03/09/2025: Great place for a coffee and pastry (which they get from Bread 41-good tip to miss the line there is come here). Some benches out front to enjoy on. Fresh bread, flowers and a large wine selection available. Good cheese, meats, pasta, and all sorts of spices and sauces available. Highly recommend as a local grocer.

18/08/2025: They don't do food, but if your having a party they allow food to be delivered. Staff are very friendly and lovely pints. The establishment has a good friendly atmosphere, we come here quiet a lot.

05/06/2026: Great range of craft beers and plenty of sport on TV. Had a chicken baguette which was decent quality too. Overall, wasn't bad value either.

02/06/2026: I was really surprised with the quality and price!! The meal deal is amazing and I highly recommend it. Besides that, the space is really big and staff is kind and friendly. The only downside is that they don’t have coke and the orange juice was quite bitter, but still, I would definitely go there again!!

23/05/2026: It used to be our favorite bubble tea shop. We always went there because it was so good. They reopened a week ago, and since then it's been terrible. It's so strong and undrinkable. Plus, the selection has decreased and the prices have gone up. It's so bad and acidic you can't even drink it. We're so sad.

18/09/2025: We found Grapevine after a long walk. The warm colours of the cafe bar were welcoming. Inside, there was a choice of cafe style on the lower for and a stylish upper deck for a full meal experience. The four of us loved it and would go again.
