Boojum
Dublin
16/12/2025: Used to eat here every week when I was renting around the area, and Boojum on Mespil Road never let me down. Proper handy spot for a quick, filling feed. Burritos and bowls are always fresh, packed well, and full of flavour...Great value for the money.
Service is usually quick even when it’s busy, and the place has a good buzz without feeling rushed. It’s one of those spots you can rely on, whether it’s lunch or a casual dinner.
09/12/2025: Really good burritos with friendly service would recommend

Mocha Beans Pearse Stn
Dublin
18/10/2025: Delicious fresh coffee and very delightful service!
10/06/2025: I’ve no idea why there isn’t reviews calling out the extortionate prices of a coffee from Mocha Beans?!
I’m a regular Pearse commuter and sometimes give in to a coffee from here knowing… a small cappuccino with almond milk costs €5.20.
That’s insane.
Alt/ non dairy milk is either cheaper or soya milk is at least free in most coffee shops (albeit soya milk is pure gick). They charge 60c extra for all non-dairy milk.
Base price for their smallest cappuccino is €4.60 which is still mad but base price in Dublin unfortunately.
Think about it- 60c for coffee with non-dairy milk. Say a carton of non dairy milk would cover 15 coffees. That would round up the cost of one of their cartons of almond/ soya/ oat/ coconut milk to €9,
A carton of these mills costs just over €3 and you can get cheaper with generic brands (which I’m sure mocha beans do).
The mark up just for having non- dairy is robbery.
I dunno if they count on people ignoring price as people on platform are often tired after a days work or tired first thing in morning after train but it’s crazy.
The coffee is decent but not near other known vendors who get away with a coffee for over a fiver.
Avoid avoid avoid no matter how much your commuter caffeine craving tells you otherwise

Siam Thai
Dublin
09/01/2026: Never exceptional but not the worst. Service is always friendly but there is better value elsewhere. Quality is average. The best thing on the menu is crispy duck. But the portions are generally small. The stir fried chicken is tiny for €27 and I understand why they push the rice and noodles extras as there is about 200ml of stock in the bottom of a small bowl. Photo attached.
01/01/2026: Good atmosphere, food portions are getting smaller, and prices have increased.

Chesterfields Restaurant
Dublin
22/04/2025: Ashling Hotel was a very reliable place for good traditional food. Not anymore. Had a meal there on Easter Saturday. The food was pretty mediocre. A pretty poor attempt at nouvelle cuisine. It would be better if the chef stuck with traditional menus.
02/04/2025: Food was great, staff really friendly, a few really nice wines in the wine list 👌 big ups to Gonzalo and Emma

Fiji Coffee Bar
Dublin
09/10/2025: Love Fuji Coffee in the Merrion Centre! The coffee is always amazing and everyone who works there is so friendly every day.
I go there after the school run and it’s a great way to start the day
05/10/2025: Me and my husband just love Fiji Coffe Bar, not only for the great speciality coffee and the best dark hot chocolate in Dublin (not exaggerating), but also for an exceptional customer service. The whole team working in Fiji is very friendly and that creates warm and lovely atmosphere.

Lok Moon
Dublin
18/11/2025: Ordered vegetables in black bean sauce and got dry out vegetables..without even 1 black bean. Plus old mushrooms..and no taste..
Don't recommend. First and last time.
11/11/2025: I have not gone one day without craving the Chicken Ball Spice Box. Would recommend getting it with a thing of sweet and sour sauce to dip the food in, the very thought of it has me salivating.

Cafe Tri Via
Dublin
12/11/2025: Right next to the prestigious Trinity University is this unassuming café. Filled with students, researchers, the professor from the nearby university, you get the idea. So over the course of a cappuccino you can learn about the latest in space research or mathematics. All in the worst Stephen Hawking spirit.
I had a ristretto and one was. Panini with cheese & ham. Perfetto! The coffee was as perfect as it can be, I have only had a sandwich as good in one place, namely café Sosta in Stockholm! Ambient jazz tones blared from the speakers, the rain was falling outside…
10/11/2025: For Dublin, the prices are fair (€5.90 for a cappuccino and muffin)
