At first glance, the menu might seem a little intimidating with its unfamiliar names, and you might find yourself unsure of what to order. However, after indulging in three snacks, one starter, two mains, and two desserts, I can confidently say every single dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were extraordinary—combinations you’d never imagine working together in such harmony. It was pure bliss for the palate. The roast potato ice cream with caviar and hazelnut oil, for example, left my partner speechless for a full 15 minutes, punctuated only by a hushed, "Wow, wow, wow." We opted for a sharing plate, as we love to share our meals, and I highly recommend doing the same to experience the variety on offer. The ambiance of the place was relaxed and inviting, with a cool, laid-back vibe. The staff were attentive and effortlessly friendly, adding to the charm of the evening. So, don’t be intimidated by the fancy names on the menu—trust the chef. You won’t regret it. This was more than a meal; it was a journey of flavors I’ll remember for a long time.

01/01/2025: Amazing food, great value and welcoming atmosphere. While people may expect what they pay for, this establishment offers food that will leave you more satisfied both with the cost and the taste. Some reviews take issue with valid concerns, others with superficial. As can be seen by a recent visit, the refurbishment has not stopped many like myself returning to enjoy amazing comfort food in an environment where people can relax and enjoy each others company. Rather than take issue with who serves or cooks the food, take issue with things you would in any other restaurant! Great to see here is open after the long wait, and that the staff, food and positive atmosphere has remained unchanged.

30/12/2024: An amazing eatery nestled close to the Liffey on Capel Street on Dublin's Northside. Everything is prepared from scratch, including the pasta and pizza dough which are made daily on the premises. The freshness of the food shines through! High quality food at affordable prices. 31/12/2024: I was missing Lahore’s food taste so i went to BarBQ tonight and ordered Chapli kabab and channa chaat both were absolutely delicious and had the authentic taste. along with tarda daal for my Irish friends, i asked the waiter to request the chef to make it a bit mild for them and the chef did such an amazing job the daal still tasted so good they really enjoyed their meal.

Unlike many places that overcharge and serve smaller portions, Six offered generous servings. We were delighted to receive delicious compliments from the chef and even chocolates to round off our meal. The vegetables were a standout—creative, vibrant, and full of flavor. Picture this: candied beetroot salad with toasted walnuts, avocado, and beetroot aioli, paired with a pea and asparagus risotto that was a true taste sensation. Each bite felt indulgent yet refined. My dining partner, who takes steak very seriously, declared it the best he’d ever had—a bold claim, but well-deserved. This steak delivered on all fronts: flavor, tenderness, and juiciness, elevated further by a unique mustard cream sauce instead of the usual pepper sauce. It was a perfect balance of boldness and comfort. The restaurant's intimate, relaxed ambiance added to the experience, with its white linen tablecloths, gleaming silverware, and attentive service. It felt exclusive without being overpriced—a rare and welcome find. We couldn't help but speculate on the name "Six" and its subtle allure. While the meaning remains a mystery, it captures the idea of satisfying more than just hunger—a perfect metaphor for a restaurant that leaves you feeling completely fulfilled.

22/12/2024: Every time food is ordered as delivery it is so dry when compared to eating there or actually ordering in shop. Crispy chili chicken definately not fresh all shriveled up and rice all stuck together , it’s happened a couple of times where if you order for delivery it’s like they just don’t care unless you are actually face to face . Happened one too many times :(
