The best restaurants in Dublin

26/08/2026: A place with a pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service. The presentation of the dishes is perfect; it's a shame that you can tell from the first bite that the chef isn't Spanish, as the food lacks soul and flavor. They have a very reasonable lunch menu with a variety of dishes. Despite this, we all know that Ireland isn't a country known for its renowned chefs and elaborate menus. However, the beer and the daily live music are wonderful.

09/08/2026: Easily one of the best Asian restaurants in Stillorgan! The star of the show was definitely the soft shell crab—cooked to absolute perfection. The minced pork was outstanding and spicy. It has quickly become one of my all-time favorite go-to dishes. We also tried the tiger prawn and mango salad to start; I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but the combination of tangy mango, sharp red onion, and tender prawns was mind-blowing. We will definitely be back!

25/07/2026: I couldn't believe the bowl of Braised Beef Noodles I got!!! Could have fed two people with that bowl of food. Absolutely fantastic food. Bellie the waiter was so nice and friendly! My first time here but I will surely be back!!!

29/08/2026: Irish chocolate chain. Friendly service, delicious drinks and chocolates. A free small chocolate of your choice with the purchase of a drink. For those interested, you can visit the factory in Dublin: Butler the Factory Tour (Clonshaugh Business & Technology Park).

27/08/2026: They close before closing time. We went to buy coffee at 4.45. Coffee machines turned off. Would only make hot chocolate. Closing time is 5pm.

09/08/2026: Grand spot for a pint or to meet before a game in Croker, can get packed but that is all part of the occasion!!

17/08/2026: We have ordered here a number of times and the food has always been great but unfortunately last night was so disappointed. One of the dishes was the special curry but it was inedible. The sauce was lumpy like it had been frozen and defrosted and there was no taste from it at all it was like it was watered down. Actually threw it in the bin. Sorry but just had to let you know.

15/08/2026: We got a spice bag to take away last night. The staff were very friendly & the food was hot & came quickly. The chicken was crispy & the chips were really nice & not greasy at all. Overall really tasty with a nice kick of chilli. The only negative for us was that there was not much chicken & only one piece of pepper & a few silvers of onion,so it didn't compare to our usual take away which has lots of peppers, onions & chicken. If that was improved upon, I'd definitely choose to order from here again.

27/05/2026: Great place but closed down now. Very disappointing as it was a family favourite

03/09/2026: The place is lossing its charm. The staff didnt care anymore. She forgot the lassi and when asked she said in a blunt tone they are still making it and never got it. Had to cancel it when went to pay the bill.

01/09/2026: The tikka masala was inedible, didn’t taste like any other tikka masala I’ve had. Also charged €5 for white rice which wasn’t clear in the menu or when ordering

03/09/2026: Went there with my work colleagues last night, the food was absolutely delicious, and portions were huge. Staff were so so friendly, Bozana, I hope I got your name right was so lovely. I woukd recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Italian food. Thank you all❤️ ETA Went back again last night with my daughter. We had a lovely time, food was oce again amazing and there was a few nice touches that we were delighted with, won't say what they were or everyone will be looking for them☺️ but suffice to say, the staff were very attentive and helpful and I look forward to going back again. Thank you

27/06/2026: The service really makes this place! You get greeted and taken to a table which is so lovely. Table service even if you just want drinks. Thank you to the staff for being so welcoming! Also a really good price for a pint in Dublin!

30/05/2026: Had a Jameson mixed drink, think he forgot the whiskey. Zero smell, zero taste but well paid. Went to the club on the opposite site and ordered the same drink. Hypothesis proved. Charming pub though and friendly server. But 10€ for a drink that tastes of nothing but ginger ale is a joke.

25/06/2026: Great pub with great service, plus the pizza place connected does one fo the best Pizzas in Dublin. The staff are always friendly and look after you well especially Linda and Ana who are just fantastic

30/04/2026: Just left the bar with my wife and my kids. A true Irish pub, nice beer, nice pizza a cheaper than the city center. One day we if we are back there, we are going without hesitation in this pub.

13/07/2026: Nice walkable area but bathroom was moldy and the electricity didn't work well to the point we had to switch rooms. The cafe and restaurant appeared very fancy but we did not eat there

06/07/2026: Great service. The bar is amazing and they serve food until 22:30. The managers are the best, Malica, Stefano and Mere, the servers were great, Julia, Fernanda, Erwin and Carlos

18/06/2026: Really lovely experience at Bottles Bank Pub in Rathgar today. My son fell just outside and a staff member immediately came out to help us, cleaned his knee and put a plaster on him. Such a kind and caring gesture in the moment — really appreciated it as my son and I felt well looked after 😊 This definitely speaks well of the people working here! In a few years (at least 13!) when my son and I go for a pint, we will definitely come by! 😉😊
