The best restaurants in Dublin

01/07/2025: Chapter & Verse is amazing! They are just across the street from me and they always help with last-minute orders. On-time deliveries, and the team is kind and quick in their responses. I really recommend them. Thanks Eoin and the team.

30/06/2025: Ordered 2 breakfast rolls, 5 minutes within ordering my food I rang them to add dietary requirements( it says ring restaurant to add dietary requirements),as there is no option when ordering and was told the order left the shop? Within 5 minutes of ordering food? So firstly not fresh and secondly they wouldn’t let me add my preference said well cancel your order and reorder it? Not happy at all not a good service. If you are ordering food you should be allowed to give dietary requirements. Won’t be ordering again

04/08/2025: Cleaver East has been my friend groups go to place for all of our birthdays for the past 7 years. The bottomless brunch is incredible, quick service, great cocktails and great food. Decestated that it's closing due to the hotel renovations but hopefully it opens back up and we can continue to go forever more!

03/08/2025: Our favourite restaurant in Dublin. So sad to it close. We eat again here on Sunday 3 august closing nite and had another amazing meal. Good luck to all your wonderful staff ,, it’s been a lovely 12 years of dining here. From max & Harry

06/02/2026: Grand spot altogether. Staff were sound and on the ball, food was savage with good portions, and everything ran smooth. Toilets spotless, seating comfortable, and the atmosphere was great once it got going.

18/11/2025: Grand spot, was at niece's 21s Plenty of seating.. lighting was poor, a lot of missing bulbs in area. . Toilets clean, place was cold, as door for smoking area. Food service was very good, good selection of food on platters. Also bar staff good and friendly, just a better selection of non alcoholic beverages would have been good.... Overall good spot... Second time been at this location. Downstairs before and good food, service ect .... Well done guys. Just parking could be looked at... As we were coming from outside area .. n required car ect .

24/01/2026: Nice food, little veg (even though explicitly stated on the menu). The chips could have been fried slightly longer. Portion size is decent, but men will probably need to order a side with it. Atmosphere is good, sports were visible from all booths. Service was friendly. Good traditional pub.

13/03/2026: I go to the Crowes pub regularly for the past 10 years , when Leinster rugby plays at RDS or Aviva, and when Ireland rugby plays at Aviva. The bar men are friendly and sound as a bell. I always take pints of Guinness or Smithwicks.

31/08/2025: Standards have dropped lack of curry sauce on chips. Chips not cooked very well. Not the worst but used be alot nicer.

09/10/2025: Great Private Gated Apartment Community. Very quite & very well cared for. Ideal location, close to all public transportation.

20/05/2025: Second time having my son’s birthday here, unfortunately I won’t be booking again. The man at reception was so lovely and helpful! But after that it went down hill, the party “host” was on his phone leaning against the wall while kids played bubble football for the full 45 mins. The only time he lifted his head off his phone was to help a child that called him to help with the bubble. I went back into the man In reception and asked was the hosting to do any games with the kids, after this he went out to talk to him . After that the “host” took all the lads to the party room, came back with food and then left. The staff in the bar and the man in reception were so lovely and helpful, but the party “host” had no interest to be there, let alone the party host. Please give the kids that are there for a party, your time and attention.

20/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic looking place. Outdoor (covered) area is amazing with big screens and heating out the back. Dog friendly. Food is average to be honest with a few highlights. Onion rings are good. Has huge potential.

19/03/2026: Great interior! Plenty of space and seating. Lots of screens with live sports.

18/12/2025: Went in, ordered coffee, paid and while I was on my way to the table I was told that they were closing. I should be informed before paying. I ended up having my coffee (not a bad one I must admit) on the street in the rain.

07/12/2025: Pop in daily for coffee and a chat. Great coffee and service. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after.

30/09/2025: Extremely disappointed. It was amazing little place, we got rolls for so long from them. Last week I decided to grab a bite, price went up. Oh, well! The roll had barely anything in it. It was 90% bread with zero taste. I think it was my last visit.

11/09/2025: If Carlsberg did sandwich bars!!! Nice and clean establishment, friendly staff, very tasty food. I'll defo be back when I'm back in the area. Outdoor seating also.
