01/01/2025: Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en este hotel. El personal es muy amable y la habitación es muy moderna y limpia. El único problema menor que tuvimos fue que le pedimos al personal que arreglara nuestro cabezal de ducha, pero nunca se hizo, pero no el fin del mundo. Volvería
30/12/2024: I'm currently staying here on 2nd floor and I've had no sleep all night. We are supposed to be staying here for 3 nights and there has been an almighty racket since 2am and it sounds like furniture being dragged along the floor and the noise continues. I've also paid quite a bit of money to stay here over New Years so currently furious.

two weeks ago,well what can i say it was horrible,the meat was tasteless and the curry sauce was the same,you would make better your self.sorry i wont be going back.The chief needs to know how to make a good curry sauce..

19/12/2024: We were celebrating our work Christmas dinner in the restaurant at the Trinity City Hotel. The food and Staff were amazing. 10 starts for Alberto. He took care of us at any time. So the dinner was just perfect. Thanks Alberto for your kindness. Everything was delicious and for sure I will be back. Good food and great staff. Highly recommended.

04/01/2025: Food is excellent, we order at least once every fortnight, when dining in the staff could not be more helpful and always so pleasant. Restaurant is a vibe.

15/11/2024: Just a visitor in Ireland. I came in at the exit door. I'm sure some wondered if I was daft. Oh well. The store was busy yet efficient. Managed to get all I needed. Oh yeah, then there is the bagging part. Bring a bag! I was juggling all the way back to the house. Never again-i won't forget a bag. Great value, great experience.

01/01/2025: Coffee as always was amazing however the management on shift was extremely rude to staff.It seems like one of the young guys was new and still being trained - a few comments i overheard from the management were along the lines of- there’s no excuse, well you should know, learn quicker, aswell as that it seemed like she was speaking to other staff members about theses incidents as if they were funny.
This is completely a poor experience due to poor management skills.

17/10/2024: We had a delicious black pudding sandwich, pastry and coffees here for breakfast; staffs were very friendly and lovely!! We spilled our coffee and the lovely barista happily replaced a new one for us, the service was so good and it really changes a customer’s experience. 💓 thank you and we’d be back next time we come back to visit Dublin!
