28/06/2025: A truly great experience. The barbecue ribs were so good I forgot to take a picture. I can honestly say the Pad Thai was one of the best I've ever had. It's worth a try. Very good.

23/06/2025: Restaurant and food very good. However the lady behind the counter was making excessive noise taking dishes out of dishwasher. We would have had extra food but couldn't tolerate the noise.

11/08/2025: The pizza here is always delicious — we buy it every time we visit Dublin. The staff are usually friendly and professional. However, on July 16th at around 3:15 PM, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the chefs. When we arrived, he was not at his station — we waited for about 10 minutes. He may have stepped away to use the restroom, which is understandable, but what happened next was odd. While preparing the Montanara, he didn’t add ricotta. Only after we pointed it out did he start looking for it in the fridge, and then went to a neighboring building to get it. It felt like he knew he had run out but simply didn’t want to go get more right away. He added very little ricotta and in a messy way — we order this pizza often, so we know how it’s supposed to look. The most unpleasant part was during payment: we paid by card, and the chef, without asking us, pressed the option to add 20% tips after we had tapped our card. We only noticed this in the evening. This incident left us with a very negative impression of this staff member. If I happen to come during his shift again, I won’t be buying pizza, even though I really like the place and the food itself. Ps: I just saw this staff member in a Google review video and am attaching a screenshot.

02/08/2025: Delicious food, friendly staff, but there’s really no place to sit so be sure you’re ready to take it away. I stopped in after seeing a show and there was no one else in line so I was served right away. The pizza was fresh and very tasty. They have two sizes, and the smaller one would’ve been enough for being only small-medium hungry, but it made for good leftovers the next day!

13/07/2025: Me and a few friends were having drinks outside the pub at one of their tables. The table was on a slope and there were no coasters, so my drink slid off and spilled. A staff member came out and cleaned it, which was appreciated. But not long after, the same thing happened to my friend’s drink. Again, they cleaned it, but the manager (or whoever he was) looked visibly annoyed. I tried to explain what had happened calmly, but his response was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the situation, he acted like it was our fault and basically brushed us off. He even told me, “Next time, hold your drink in your hand.” I mean—really? What’s the point of having tables then? The issue wasn’t us—it was their uneven table and lack of coasters. Both drinks were full, and we weren’t even asking for free replacements (which they honestly should have). Instead, we had to buy new ones at their already high prices. It was a really disappointing experience. We won’t be going back. And as for the staff, especially the manager, some proper training in basic customer service wouldn’t hurt. Might be good to learn how to speak to people without acting like they're a nuisance for pointing out an issue caused by the venue itself.

13/07/2025: We admin staff Marie and Janice and Nurses from Beaumont hospital would like to thank House Dublin and of course James Patrice for a fantastic Day yesterday 12th july at the Dance before Dark Gig Charlie welcomed us on arrival the food and drinks was excellent and the staff were so nice and very pleasant it was a fabulous Day from start to end we had a ball so Thank you House and James for looking after us so well.we will definitely be back we can't Thank you all enough.♥️♥️ Marie, Janice,and all the Nurses From Renal Day ward and the kidney unit Beaumont hospital 🤩.

13/07/2025: No idea what’s happened to this venue but the men’s toilets not only had an horrific smell coming from it, but there was flies on the wall and cracked/stained sinks. Put a group of us completely off dining here.

28/05/2025: First time in this Dunnes location. It looked nice. Car park was a bit awkward to get into due to entrance/ exit of cars. Inside the store was nicely laid out and spacious to be able to look around without taking up an aisle. The two women on the checkouts when I was there were so helpful.

28/04/2025: I've just about had enough of this place! The prices might be alright, but the management of the store is just plain sloppy. It's infuriating how often the beef shelves are empty. And can you believe, they're frequently out of filet? It's not rocket science to keep a grocery store stocked! Honestly, I can't be bothered with this hassle anymore. I'd much rather make the extra drive to the Dunnes Store in Cabinteely. At least there, they understand the concept of inventory! Update 3/10/23: It seems like the management doesn't take the reviews on this platform seriously, which is disappointing. However, I must say that my experiences during my last two visits met my expectations. Updated the stars to 3/5 Update 28 April 2025: Dunnes decided to increase many prices especially for meat. Don't educate me about the current crisis all over the world, they are ONLY increasing their profits, nothing to do with the crises. I'm done with DUNNES

17/07/2025: Super friendly and accommodating staff. Only thing was they forgot about us and I had to bring our plates back to the till so we could order more coffee. But still a great spot for food whether you want a treat like a stack of pancakes or a delicious salad

13/07/2025: Never fails to disappoint. Shocking quality for the price. 2 euros extra for beans served in a sauce container, enough to fill a spoon...toasties arrived stale couldn't even bite it. Undrinkable smoothie. Was burning my throat. Honestly don't know how it is still open.
