01/06/2025: This is my local and I would visit every 4 or 5 weeks with my family for lunch/dinner and the food is absolutely delicious. The wings, caeser salad and fish and chips are my favourite. The staff are all lovely and polite. Always had a good experience there until last night. I was at a family gathering in the private lounge which shared the toilets with the main bar. When I went in to use the toilet I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen a group of women all sharing a bag of white powder, openly over the sinks. The amount of drug taking I heard and seen was shocking. It made me feel very uneasy and I didn't feel comfortable going to the toilet then. The arcadia is a place I often bring my children to, and a place they ask to go for their birthdays etc, but I dont think will be quick to return after my recent experience here. There needs to be a female security guard in the bathrooms to prevent this happening in future.

09/06/2025: The dish was tasteless, and the service was too slow. Other tables were talking and laughing too loudly. We were there for a celebration; however, we could not celebrate due to the bad experience we had.

27/05/2025: What a lovely surprise! They serve some lesser-known authentic Chinese dishes which were delicious. All the staff were very polite and attentive.

25/05/2025: We had a disappointing experience overall. I ordered the orange crispy chicken — while the sauce was decent, the chicken itself had an odd, unpleasant flavor. The food also arrived unusually quickly, which made us question its freshness. The fried rice was underwhelming; it was damp and had a sticky, almost mushy texture, more like sticky rice than proper fried rice.

06/03/2025: I’ve been coming to this place for a couple of years now. The pastries are excellent, but unfortunately, the customer service—at least in my personal experience—leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a shame because the quality of the products is great, but the way I’ve been treated here makes me reluctant to return.

11/02/2025: The cream bun is to die for. I never had fluffier cream than this. It wasn't overly sweet either. Great place to get pastries.

08/04/2025: Super delicious ice cream! I can only recommend chocolate and salted caramel. Tastes like Italy. The staff is also very friendly. My friend's sorbet was also terrific. Unfortunately no toilet.

02/05/2025: Surprisingly nice pub. All staff really welcomed us. I'm not gonna lie, one of the best pint of Guinness I ever had in Ireland. Nice music, everyone really friendly. It looks and feels like a familiar and local pub, but they make you feel part of it. Mexico/Ireland together

09/06/2025: Unpleasant Experience I recently had a disappointing experience at Langkawi Restaurant . While we were introducing ourselves, I mentioned I'm a model, and the owner's response was shocking. He asked who I had to sleep with to get the title, which was not only unprofessional but also misogynistic. The comment left a bad taste in my mouth, and the unpleasant interaction overshadowed the entire experience. Unfortunately, the food was subpar as well. Given the owner's attitude and the quality of the food, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

17/02/2025: We quite liked the food. We had never tried a Malaysian before, perhaps some approach to this type of cuisine, but nothing serious. I went with my parents, my husband and our son and we let ourselves be advised by the person in charge who guided us in tastes, quantity and spiciness. We went on Spanish time and they helped us even though it was late. Very friendly. I recommend trying it.

03/05/2025: Best drinking pub in blackrock. Owner/manager is fantastic and if you're ever lucky enough to get good weather, there are great seats out the front to get some sun.
