07/10/2026: Was charged 4.90 for a caramel latte and it was horrible.Went in just to try the coffee.Girl serving had no manners.Want good coffee go up to jaffaholics up the road.

26/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious and, by Dublin standards, inexpensive meal. The soup came with tasty bread. They also offer a variety of soups and sandwiches. The bar is quite small, with only a few seats at a small counter. Unfortunately, we only discovered Soup Dragon on our last day. We highly recommend it and extend our sincere thanks to the two ladies for their exceptional hospitality and delicious food!

11/03/2026: This place is so delicious! Even though my English isn't great, they were so kind and answered all my questions! The Americano with milk is really delicious :) I think I'll be coming here often during my time in Ireland! (There are a lot of Irish people here!)

17/09/2026: Really like this pub. Had been many times for drinks but recently finally had the Steak which was great. Bar staff are very friendly and enjoy the chill vibe of Tom's Bar and the Terrace

13/09/2026: We chose Ashton's as our family wedding venue, and it was absolutely fantastic. The layout worked seamlessly for the flow of the day. The large downstairs function room was ideal for the initial reception and speeches, while the upstairs restaurant provided a superb setting for the meal. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly professional throughout. Later in the evening, the downstairs room transitioned perfectly for music and dancing. A standout feature was the large patio overlooking the River Dodder—it offered a fantastic, quieter space for guests to step away and catch up. The management team was completely in control, executing the planning to perfection. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

05/09/2026: Have eaten in a few locations and is usually great and on today's visit the beef noddle dish wasn't good at all, very watery sauce, little to no noodles, veg and beef was ok, but portions way too small and overall disappointing. Table service below average and not approachable.

11/08/2026: Bought yesterday Nimak Para came home once open the box was smelling bad also no date on it. Went back complaint and they gave me new box with date on it. It’s second time before I had buy Rasmlai and same it was smelling very bad even I mentioned yesterday to thu guy and he knows it.

03/09/2026: Went there with my work colleagues last night, the food was absolutely delicious, and portions were huge. Staff were so so friendly, Bozana, I hope I got your name right was so lovely. I woukd recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Italian food. Thank you all❤️ ETA Went back again last night with my daughter. We had a lovely time, food was oce again amazing and there was a few nice touches that we were delighted with, won't say what they were or everyone will be looking for them☺️ but suffice to say, the staff were very attentive and helpful and I look forward to going back again. 09/08/2026: One of the best sandwich places in town. My favorite one is the Beef Brisket Sandwich which is tbe best one I ever had. Definetly worth the money and a must try coz its sooo delicious.

06/07/2026: We buy a pepperoni pizza, and, as an italian, is very gooood! We wait less than 5 minutes for the pizza, the atmosphere is excellent, good music good tables. Consigliata a tutti, davvero un ottimo lavoro, bravi!

02/10/2026: Burger was decent enough I also got the classic fried with blue cheese the blue cheese was absolutely woeful to say the least service was solid courier arrived on time etc overall very underwhelming wouldn’t be rushing back there any time soon!

15/12/2025: We had a breakfast here for two days (Saturday and Sunday). Both days we really enjoyed the view. What surprised me is that both days I ordered the same, but I liked the sandwich as well as the hot chocolate more the first day. The second day I was a bit disappointed, it wasn’t the same. Even though, really nice staff and a lovely place to enjoy your meal. Santa sandwich for 9€ and hot chocolate for 4€.

27/07/2026: Proper Irish pub on a proper Irish street, brimming with local pride (love it). As an English man, I was a little apprehensive, but everyone was very welcoming, had a great craic and after sampling much more Guinness during our trip, I can, without a doubt, say that this was the best Guinness poured in Ireland 🇮🇪 Thanks for the warm welcome fellas. 26/07/2026: We found this place by accident, it's really authentic, run by the same lady for 42 years. The other customers were nice and really talkative even though they jokingly tried to scare us a bit when we went out smoking. The pint is 5.50 for the moment, and it's really well poured, supposedly the best in the area. The area itself is a bit sketchy but no one was aggresive or even mean. There's pool and a jukebox and the interior is very vintage. For me it was worth it but not for everyone probably. As a foreigner it may be hard to understand some guys' accent, but the lady at the bar is extremely nice.
