24/12/2024: Whenever we go to Athlone we always make sure to book this restaurant. In fact we went both nights. The food is fantastic. The staff are really attentive. If you like good Thai food, this is the place to go.

24/11/2024: First time in Kin Khao after many recommendations and it did not disappoint. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and the food was second to none. Generous portions, really well presented and the flavour and freshness of the dishes was perfection. Looking forward to our next visit.

18/12/2024: We celebrated a birthday. We were invited on stage to learn Irish National Dance steps. An amazing group was present at that time, the mood was great. I recommend buying a table right next to the stage for those who are not afraid of sounds - impressive!

17/12/2024: The food is amazing BUT! I booked for 18:30 and the show doesn’t even start till 20:00. By that time you’ve already finished your main dish, because the food comes out of the kitchen in rapid speed. I very specifically booked the earliest time, because I wanted to enjoy the rest of my (last) evening elsewhere. Now I feel like I will have to either stay here for 3.5 hours OR miss most of the show. They should’ve very clearly stated on the website that the show doesn’t start until much later. To be honest, I don’t think I will stay for that long (because I have other plans later this evening), so it actually feels like I just wasted a lot of money. EDIT: I just complained about it to the manager and he says I should’ve done my research on the website, since it “definitely on there somewhere”. I showed him what I saw when I booked the tickets and it’s absolutely not there. Apparently it’s somewhere in the fine print in the left bottom corner of some page on the website, but it’s definitely nowhere to find in the booking process. He tried to gaslight me into believing that this is normal, but no. It’s not. I paid 73,- in total. Could’ve just as well gone to a local pub with live music and have something to eat for 20,-. I feel scammed and am really upset about this, especially because it’s my last night here and I was very much looking forward to this. 😔 Absolutely do not recommend!

29/09/2024: Paramos aquí de postre. Me pareció que allí Menta Chip de chocolate era muy bueno. A mi esposa no le gustaba especialmente su helado de pistacho. El servicio era bueno.

30/11/2024: Ordered 2 pizza's and 2 sides for around €50 and it took over 90 minutes to arrive and when I was told it left the restaurant it took 30 minutes to get to our house and we only live 5 minutes from the comet. Food came in cold and we had to heat up the pizza when it arrived. For the price and we know that the food is good but tonight was so poor. Just not good enough.

08/01/2025: Lovely spot.. staff were friendly and some craic. Guinness was fantastic as was the aperol spritz!. 100% will be back.

16/10/2024: We visited Dublin recently and tried to get into Butlers to try a beverage. We never seem to time this right (the same thing happened to us previously) and they were lined up out the door each time we passed by which is great for the business, not so great for the customer. LOL. We joined the queue and, when we managed to squeeze in the shop, the small space was hectic to say the least. The staff were very BUSY and preoccupied filling many orders. We decided just to buy some bars of chocolate and head on our way. The chocolate was delicious. We especially liked the gin truffle bar; 10/10. We will try again next year when we're back in Dublin.

04/12/2024: I had an amazing experience eating the sushis ! absolutely delicious so fresh and flavorful. Chef Yao went above and beyond to make our visit special, personally setting up a table for us and ensuring we had the best service. The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the evening unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

05/11/2024: Este es un lugar pequeño, a solo 18 asientos, a una cuadra del muelle de Aran. Gente muy agradable, y pescado con patatas fritas de primera categoría! Teníamos el eglefino, aunque había otras cuatro opciones ese día. Me encantaron los calamares con alioli de ajo y ensalada de lechuga mantequilla también. Los calamares estaban allí arriba con el mejor de todos, y me encantan los calamares! ¡Haz una reserva! Una joya escondida absoluta y vale la pena el desvío... a una media milla por el muelle desde el área de Grafton Street. El tienen vino por copa y botella también. Muy recomendable!

24/08/2024: Un amigo recomendó la tienda de pescado y estoy tan contento de que fuimos. Absolutamente, entrega los mejores fish and chips que hemos tenido. Las reservas son obligatorias y limitadas a 90 minutos (mucho tiempo). Hay 15 asientos en varias estructuras de bar. El servicio fue impecable, interacciones con otros huéspedes y servidores muy divertido, la comida deliciosa (cangrejo en tostadas, eglefino y patatas fritas y una ensalada) , la selección de vinos era genial (sin cerveza o alcohol) . Queríamos volver antes de salir de Dublín, pero el momento no funcionó. Mantendremos esto en nuestra lista de visitas obligadas de nuevo seguro. ¡No te arrepentirás!
