The best restaurants in Dublin

22/06/2026: Lovely place. Stopped in for lunch on the way to Mettalica as we were staying nearby. Was some feed. I can take down a fair dinner and couldn't manage the lot. Great service and friendly people too.

12/06/2026: We just like to thank all the staff at the Sallynoggin Inn, who all looked after us all very well today, and at such short notice, we have lovely soup and sandwiches, the kids were all delighted with there chicken nuggets & chips, and coctail sausages. Thank you all for making a very sad day so special for all of us.

22/05/2026: Local to Dublin and would go to no.27 a few times a year for a nice pre-dinner drink on special occasions, and book an annual conference here. My daughter and I had booked in for lunch before going to inquire about booking her wedding at The Shelbourne. Really poor experience using a voucher, poorly manager by the manager at no.27. The customer service turned us off and no longer progressing wedding inquiry (180 guests) as a result. Food and atmosphere, customer service aside, lovely as always.

18/05/2026: Other than The Duke's in St. John's, Newfoundland, best fish and chips ever! Super busy bar, but worth the wait. Amazing service.

11/05/2026: A wonderful surprise! This restaurant is incredibly elegant and the welcome is more than pleasant; we felt truly pampered. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the dishes were as beautifully presented as they were delicious.

15/02/2026: Had 3 courses, hummus starter was delish, Main chicken Burger was underwhelming, and white choc mousse dessert was tasty. Server was so helpful, very attentive. Nice surroundings but I dont know if I'd go out of my way to eat there again.

01/01/2026: Food was tasty but very pricey for takeaway. There are less expensive places with equal quality in the area.2 mains with sides and 2 starters was almost €60.

23/07/2026: The atmosphere was really nice (calm and relaxing), the music was great, and the gentleman who served us was lovely :) The prices are really reasonable; my friend and I highly recommend it ☺️

06/05/2026: The sandwich is delicious, and the service is excellent. I also really enjoyed the coffee, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this spot for breakfast – they offer a great selection of scones and other tasty treats to go with your coffee. The interior is quite simple, but that’s not what matters.

03/10/2025: This is our family 'go to ' for indian food. We simply have never had a bad meal. Love the chats with people working in the place. Really, they are like family. I know everything I order i am getting their best. This is a real local gem that should be treasured. Lamb korma divine, sagg paneer to die for! This is not just good it's the best Indian food.

29/07/2026: Had a really nice dinner here, a little expensive but it's a Castle so you get what you pay for.. staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

06/07/2026: Just the most delicious Diavola pizza. I asked for buffalo mozzarella, extra €2.50, and extra garlic and fresh chillies. The very friendly server told me they use a mix of Caputo Red and Blue flour, and the glass of house Red went perfectly. As good as New York, Naples, London etc (not been to Sydney), but a brilliant little local pizzeria. I had dinner at 5pm and the delivery orders were coming in thick and fast. If you want great pizza in South Dublin at a reasonable price (for Dublin) then come here!

06/07/2026: disappointed with Pizza and atmosphere. Margarita was ok, but Quattro Formaggi was the worst I’ve ever tasted with cheap cheese waste and fast food taste. Wouldn’t recommend anyone. Not even in top 50 within Rathmines area

15/05/2026: Obviously slightly more pricy than other Indian takeaways considering its a restaurant, but by far the best Indian I've ever had. Would recommend anything with lamb.

02/05/2026: Excellent location. Friendly staff. Room was lovely, tidy and clean. Great value for money. Breakfast was served to your table refreshly made, tasted really nice. Would definitely stay again.

16/05/2026: This place has many choices, and also tastes so good <3. But they put their tapioca or any other toppings, that are made are very small, i always got really few tapiocas.

07/07/2026: Had the worst experience this morning with a rude staff member. Used to come here with my family, do not feel like coming back. Unreal. My child had a summer activity to attend this morning, I had to go to work and I intended to pay for my child 's breakfast and run to work. The staff member didn't let me speak, her body language was "commanding", "you do what I say!", she was busy, but not busy enough to find time to come back and in that commanding tone of voice and unpleasant face expression to tell us to sit at a different table .... apparently we were taking too much room in the place - the two of us were sitting at a table were were 3 sits....Staff is the key.....

21/06/2026: Today was here, and everything was awsome .want to respect guy Dede, he have gold hends his shawarma wrap was delicious. I am recommending this place one of the best doners in Dublin!
