27/07/2025: A hotel on the outskirts of Dublin, close to a shop and tavern. The rooms are quite decent. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection.

27/07/2025: Absolutely raging !! Went to Priory market stall. They serve a powered tea + with hot water in the name of masala chai for €3.80 for which you can absolutely get a barista made cup of cappuccino. Is it to much to expect from an Indian takeout place to make a fresh cup of tea or even a batch done the way Indian tea should be. I mean, stop fleecing people & moreover stop selling whatever in the name of Indian food. It’s excruciating to see Indian takeaway doing mediocre food in 2025 in Dublin. Do you remember tea being made like this at home, I wouldn’t server this to a guest, let alone sell it.

10/07/2025: Fuimos al Chatham Street Butlers Chocolate Café, ya que el café de Grafton Street está cerrado temporalmente. Disfrutamos de un fantástico capuchino caliente elaborado con granos de café de la más alta calidad. Si bien ninguno de nosotros come chocolate, nos ofrecen un chocolate gratis con el café y las empanadas también parecían deliciosas. El servicio fue amable y definitivamente regresaremos durante nuestra estancia en Dublín.

14/06/2025: The hot chocolate here is really good, although I think the guy Carl could probably use more chocolate when he does it. I once met the Brazilian national goalkeeper Alisson Becker here when he was having coffee, that was cool. I think I saw Robert Lewandowski in here one day too, although his friends with him were calling him Kuba or something. I have to try the signature sundae they do here some day, maybe now it's Summer I will get a chance - I think it's brownies crushed into ice cream kind of thing, sounds amazing!

06/06/2025: We came to the restaurant after reading a great review and it definitely lived up to the expectations! We started with two delicious soups — I had the fish soup and my wife had the pumpkin soup, both very tasty and warming. For the main course, I had the Liberties Gate Beef Burger and my wife chose the Buttermilk Chicken Burger — both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A wonderful dining experience overall — highly recommended!

02/06/2025: I visited this restaurant-bar this evening and was absolutely delighted! The food was delicious — everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and I definitely didn’t leave hungry! The service was excellent — the staff were polite, attentive, and everything was brought out quickly without any long wait. I was also really impressed with the atmosphere — clean, cozy, and tidy. You can tell they really care about their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back and will gladly recommend this place to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

12/07/2025: Always love their burrito bowls when I'm stuck for something tasty, gluten free and quick. I being my own old el paso wraps with me sometimes to make my own burritos with the burrito bowl sometimes too. Think it's safe for coeliac but double check!

29/04/2025: Al llegar a la apertura de la hora del almuerzo estábamos primero en la cola que se estaba formando. Así que después de elegir entre una amplia selección tomó las golosinas y se sentó para un sabroso almuerzo. Primera vez en cualquiera de sus sucursales pero muy contento y satisfecho con el servicio, el valor y lo más importante la tarifa. Se hizo progresivamente más ocupado con un amplio potencial de los muchos negocios alrededor.

20/07/2025: Food. All I can say is wow. Probably the worst food I've had since the last time I visited the Goat. We had the pan fried hake and fish and chips @4pm. The hake was dry and over cooked. It must have been sitting for a while under the heat lamps. The rest of the dish was covered in souce. The fish and chips. Well now. Stodgy greesy gloopy batter. The chips in fairness tasted OK. DD was feeling sick after less than half of the fish. She managed a crumble after I finished her fish. The crumble was the best part of the meal. The crumble is not made on site. Go figure. All in all. It was a terrible meal and I would not recommend the Goat for food. There was no atmosphere but in fairness it was a Wed. So no marks lost for that. The service was ok and staff polite and engaging. I did eat all my hake and sauce plus half of DD's fish and chips. I was hungry 😋. I also didn't complain to staff about the terrible food. I figured I'd never go back. It was also IMHO a little on the expensive side. Anywho. The Goat you are dead to me!

14/07/2025: Great Atmosphere at The Goat Bar & Grill The Goat Bar & Grill is a fantastic spot with a lively atmosphere, enhanced by all the unique and charming decorations throughout the place. It has plenty of seating, which is great because it can get quite busy during peak times. When I visited, it was between lunch and dinner, so it was a bit quieter — perfect for a more relaxed experience. The staff were very welcoming and quick to help, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a great place to stop by, whether you’re looking for a meal or just a good time in a vibrant setting!
