28/07/2025: Asked for the meatball sub and the girl put only 4 meatballs in it, barely any cheese or salads and just a smidgen of sauce. Never seen such a poorly done sub in my life. the guy working with her filled up the other guy's sub so clearly she just didn't want to do her job properly

06/04/2025: Absolutely ridiculous menu on the website, unclear phrasing. I wanted to get 2 spice bags, one normal and one vegetarian. Not only did they have vegetarian and regular listed separately but when you ordered a regular one, you also had to specify that it's a "No Vegetarian", which doesn't make any sense when you already have a vegetarian listed as an option. So I just spent the guts of €14 for a spice bag I didn't want, which fair enough, you could argue was my mistake, but to top it all off it wasn't even nice. Wasn't hot, it was soggy, barely any flavour off of it. Very disappointing. €5 delivery from Ongar to Hartstown also. The only thing they got right was the can of coke. Absolutely raging spending that kind of money to still end up hungry, and I also have no problem eating vegetarian but it was just not worth it. Certainly won't be ordering here again.

28/03/2025: They charge an additional 50 cents for card payments, which is absolutely ridiculous. No other shop imposes such a fee for card transactions, and all banks provide free card payment transactions. This practice is highly unethical and unprofessional, clearly intended to encourage cash payments. This must be questioned.

05/04/2025: Worst buffet I’ve ever had.. stale food, reheated again and again, terrible taste and just a waste of money. No wonder the restaurant was empty!

13/03/2025: Chaska was a complete disaster. My friends and I were practically forced to sit in a corner while the lady at the counter treated us rudely. We ordered a non-veg meal, only to be served old, rotten food that smelled awful. It was the worst dining experience of my life—an absolute waste of money. Never going back! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

17/05/2025: Another disappointing experience at the apache newlands cross. Yet again they have managed to mess up an order leaving out items ordered or delivering the wrong item. When I called the store back to inform them and to have it corrected, they were very rude and were reluctant to correct it. I had to press the point for him to at least credit my account for which let's face it the guy on the phone was so rude I'm doubtful he has even done that. Do I have confidence they will improve their customer service, unfortunately No. Apache Head Office should really audit how franchises are managed and the quality of the customer service provided.

08/09/2025: Their salt and chilli mix is horrible. It just tastes like they chucked all spice in. And use way too much of it :( what happened to just using chili and salt? Its hardly expensive.

28/07/2025: €17 for burger meal in Dundrum.Looked good.No real taste off meat ,bun,kettuce or tomato.No nice sauce included? Burger was black on both sides and mot cooked in the middle.Im sure how they can justify the price?Certainly wasnt Gourmet quality.

30/05/2025: The fun began with their self-serve machine, which decided twice that it simply could not be bothered. I stood there like a chimp with an iPad, repeatedly stabbing the frozen screen while a queue formed behind me, full of people wondering whether they too would live long enough to place an order. Eventually, after what felt like a lifetime, the order limped through the system. Fifteen minutes later my number was finally called, but not before they managed to turn what should have been a simple handover into a full-blown drinks disaster. My Coke was launched across the counter like a low-budget stunt scene, showering three innocent customers. Unsurprisingly, this did not go down well. And then the burger arrived. Technically, it was a double patty burger. In reality, it was a cheap, greasy, structural catastrophe. The patties themselves looked exhausted — thin, grey, oily, and completely devoid of any real flavour. The cheese had melted into limp flaps, drooping sadly over the sides like melted plastic. And as if to ensure the whole thing was completely impossible to eat, they had crammed in a ridiculous slab of lettuce the size of a small parasol. It stuck out like the sails of a boat, making any attempt to pick it up result in an immediate collapse of the entire construction. This was not one of those indulgent, guilty pleasure burgers you rave about to your friends. It was a cheap, greasy mess you finish only because you feel too ashamed to throw it away. Gourmet Burger Kitchen needs to sort its technology, train its staff not to spill drinks on customers, and — most importantly — go back to sourcing proper burger meat. Because at the moment, it is a very long way from gourmet.

27/07/2025: Ordered from Mizzoni’s several times, always hit or miss. Today was especially poor. long wait, had to walk to meet the driver, and the food was cold. Pizza wasn’t even fully cut. Overall, really bad service.

17/03/2025: I placed an order via just eat, the food arrived 40 minutes late, missing and incorrect food items and absolutely freezing cold and when I called the restaurant they hung up on me both times. Avoid

19/08/2025: This is the worst egusi stew I’ve ever attempted to eat. Completely unedible and the skinny chicken leg taste spoiled.. if you love yourself, I’d advise you to skip this place… their efo was good and had some spice. But yea the egusi was a pathetic excuse. Literally threw it in the garbage.

18/07/2025: Getting sick of being handed below par food for a price well beyond its worth! Chicken balls and chips (the basics) were absolutely charred/fried, chewy/burnt reheats. Fair enough, if handing this crap out at least charge less. Makes me so angry how some places happily take your money. Ok curry sauce and rice but my god.. actually feel sick after a few bites. Awful food overall

31/08/2025: I ordered from here for years and put a lot of money into the till and always compliment the food when others didn't like it!! But now I get it, i always leave a note saying plenty of salt and vinegar and they put none on at all !! €4.40c for a bag of chips and they can't put salt and vinegar on?? It must anoy them when you comment and ask for something because when I rang he said yes I can read very good!! Clearly not because I said no vegetables on the kebab and there was vegetables on it and I said I won't order again he said ok fine so the place is clearly going to the dogs by the sounds of it!! I'd avoid and go elsewhere with your money! Not the first time either and food is gone poor they re-use chips and meat is old on the kebab not fresh anymore especially during the week!!

13/08/2025: They tried to charge me extra to take toppings off the pizza saying it was a hassle for them, i told them that was strange and they told me to go away and go next door haha no problem.. regal fare has always been a solid choice.

24/06/2025: Just had delivery of smoked cod, chips and bottle of coke.Needef hammer and chisel batter was so hard, obviously cooked many times!! Never again.

24/05/2025: Only a shell of what it used to be, they sneak their prices up after a certain time. Last order was taco chips, not a scrap of mince in it, very disappointed.

12/10/2024: Very disappointed. I come to this area quite often & found this particular truck which I would have been a regular at HAD I NOT BEEN OVERCHARGED!! I ordered 4 small ice creams which were advertised for €3.50 each - which totals to €14 but the lady had the audacity to charge me €18.30.. I’ve seen some reviews about them doing this to other people, raging I didn’t look at the reviews beforehand as had my hands full & was in a hurry to get the family ice creams before heading to our destination. Won’t be coming here again anyway. You overcharged me €4.30 & lost out on a potentially regular customer which would have been worth more than €4.30!!

26/08/2025: When I ordered food, a delivery guy came with me, the Indian woman at the counter was very rude to him, I asked her not to behave like that, they are not slaves, it is not nice to be rude like that,

12/08/2025: Ordered a Ferraro milkshake takeaway, they gave me a vanilla instead. Only found out later at home. Also, it’s disappointing that they discontinued their veggie imposter burger. That was the only good vegetarian option on their menu.
