28/12/2024: Two big holes in my bag of chips and the seal on the bag was a mess. Driver clearly having a nibble at customers food. Think I'll be personally collecting my future orders from now on. Also the delivery driver said he couldn't give me 30euro if I gave the balance on a 50 then he whips outs bunches of notes and just gives more coins in change. Imbisile! I should be reporting this guy. Watch out for a rough looking 50 something baldy guy delivering for this restaurant. Very dodge me thinks.

21/12/2024: Awfull service. Ordered a spice bag which tasted like it was a day old and micro waved back to life don’t eat here

30/03/2025: I would give zero stars. Waited 1.5h for delivery on a Sunday. Food was disappointing. We spent over €50 and it was a total waste. It used to be a decent place, but has gone down hill. There are a lot of places around with great quality food. Stay away from this one!!!!

24/02/2025: Osaka Sushi and Ramen is a takeaway gem! Fresh sushi, rich ramen broths, spice box and generous portions. The spicy tuna roll and savory ramen are must-trys! Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and great value. Plus, their delivery is always on time! Highly recommended!

20/02/2025: We went that McDonald’s around 9:30pm , very quiet , the fries were cold not fresh , the beef of Big Mac was cold and doubted it’s old beef , I felt not well in midnight 2 hours after meal. For the biggest and famous fast food restaurant I the world , they need to we’ll control the quality of food and customer services

30/12/2024: We wanted to wait for our train. There were a total of 2 chairs in the room, which would have been just enough for us if one of the employees wasn't playing sudoku on it... He didn't give up his seat, so we could sit outside at the unheated train station. The 3 stars are for the lady who kindly served us.

01/04/2025: That day, when I went to this restaurant for takeout, I heard people in the kitchen shouting about something. When I got home and ate the food, the shredded chicken had a sour taste, and the other dishes had an indescribable flavor. Overall, it didn’t taste good. The kitchen staff probably changed because the food tasted different. I don’t recommend eating there.

27/03/2025: I have tried this 'new' version of New Empire three times since it re-opened, after tonight, never again. I order online for pickup, I asked for lots of curry sauce, but as usual there was barely any. The chips were inedible; they weren't fresh, they were burned and tasted awful. The rice was reheated and hard. The prices change each time, ordering it on their website is dearer than ordering in the shop, and the prices they charge you in the shop are dearer than the displayed prices. It is not the same place as before, I won't be going back.

18/11/2024: Went in for a bag of chips, told the staff member that they were cold they grumble together in Italian and after about 10 minutes new bag of chips , well that’s what I taught when I got half way up the road picked at the chips only to discover they were after putting them in the microwave, and handing them back out to me , OMG a chipper that can’t give out a fresh bag of chips has a serious problem would make you wonder what else is going on in the back ground if they can’t supply a bag of chips won’t be step back into there again, ps Chios went straight into the bin

24/12/2024: Haven't been here in ages and it's gonna stay that way after this The spicebag was horrendous soggy chips chicken was pathetic tasted like cheap dirt and there was hardly any spice , rice was dry I asked for sweet and sour sauce and double checked as I ordered but was given curry sauce which tasted like pure muck 15 quid down the drain This place was just pathetic 1/10 stay away from this kip

14/10/2024: Took pasta and parmigiano for my baby; the worst tasting pasta ever. And it's challienging to make a very bad pasta and parmigiano. For 9.5 euros!! Not eaten, and payed!

13/10/2024: Nos gustó mucho el ambiente. Javier nos atendió muy bien durante toda nuestra permanencia incluso cuando por momentos se encontraba solo. Muy recomendable.

09/04/2025: Really good food one of the best Chinese takeaways in dublin fact. Spice bag is the size of a new born child with a good ratio between chicken and chips, the other stuff on the menu like the wrappos and chicken cheese roles are on another level to most takeaways would recommend

28/02/2025: Regular customer order every week from here and today my food never showed up and when I rang I was told it has been delivered when it wasn’t absolutely disgraceful

20/06/2024: Customer interaction unless you are a 17 year old girl in shorts is non exist couple of the older staff are down right rude and one in particular has taken a new trainee under his wings to be equally as bloody rude usually when I see first fellas brand new jeep parked outside the garage I double back as it's not worth the hassle

06/01/2025: The staff spend more time talking to each other than preparing orders. Spent 5 mins waiting for the 2 women to stop talking. Always ingredients missing on display. Everything thrown into the sub like it was a rubbish bin, folded over and handed to you. Disgusting, filthy place.

21/08/2024: Quality of the food was terrible. We paid for half an aromatic duck and it was less than a quarter portion we have got elsewhere. The vegetables with it were uneaten because they were wilted and turned. Chips were soggy and sweet and sour chicken was cold. I will never eat here again. Terrible!

18/08/2024: Service was good. Woman behind the counter was very friendly and straightforward. Ordered the chicken wings with sweet and sour sauce and beef chow mein. Chicken wings themselves were FINE, just fine. The sauce had the taste and consistency of a spaghetti sauce and was absolutely gross. Beef Chow Mein had the most thin, bland tasting noodles I think I have ever had from an Asian food takeaway. The toppings had no flavor, and the beef itself tasted borderline like rubber. Like, I could hear the meat squeek against my teeth as I was chewing like it was rubber. The toppings are literally only on the top and the noodles fill the rest of the dish with absolutely no flavor. I would not recommend this place to anyone, to be honest.

23/02/2025: Ordered take away, scooped half a cup of ghee off the (vegetarian) Dahl, and was able to drain it straight from the paneer dish!!! Way too much oil.

01/02/2025: Over an hour delivery. Food was Luke warm and forgot item. They sent out the item after I rang. Wouldn't recommend.
