05/10/2024: The lads are always upbeat, friendly and helpful. They cope well when there is a rush, the service is always friendly from my 100s of visits. The food is better than what to be expected for a very good value place. Copious, endless amounts soya etc for coffees

30/03/2025: I would give zero stars. Waited 1.5h for delivery on a Sunday. Food was disappointing. We spent over €50 and it was a total waste. It used to be a decent place, but has gone down hill. There are a lot of places around with great quality food. Stay away from this one!!!!

24/02/2025: Osaka Sushi and Ramen is a takeaway gem! Fresh sushi, rich ramen broths, spice box and generous portions. The spicy tuna roll and savory ramen are must-trys! Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and great value. Plus, their delivery is always on time! Highly recommended!

05/04/2025: Worst buffet I’ve ever had.. stale food, reheated again and again, terrible taste and just a waste of money. No wonder the restaurant was empty!

13/03/2025: Chaska was a complete disaster. My friends and I were practically forced to sit in a corner while the lady at the counter treated us rudely. We ordered a non-veg meal, only to be served old, rotten food that smelled awful. It was the worst dining experience of my life—an absolute waste of money. Never going back! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

25/05/2025: I am extremely disappointed, I had already eaten at this same restaurant twice and the same dish, pasta, delicious, today I went and ordered the same dish, the dish was extremely spicy, strong and impossible to eat, totally different from the last times, detail that on the menu there was no reference that the dish was spicy and the other times I ate I didn't feel spicy and I'm allergic! I complained and said I couldn't keep eating the dish, and they offered me a candy that I didn't even choose to relieve the pepper and I still had to take an antiallergic. In the end they still charged me for the dish!

02/05/2025: Lovely meal. Staff very friendly and checked all was well but didn't hover or rush us. Food presented beautifully and sun shining in the sky light. Well priced foor for good portions

10/05/2025: Spice Bag is worst I have ever had from anywhere absolutely rotten literally 5 bits of dried chicken and chips came with no vegetables they are charging €9 for a bag of chips that's all it was. Worst Chinese in the area.

30/05/2025: The fun began with their self-serve machine, which decided twice that it simply could not be bothered. I stood there like a chimp with an iPad, repeatedly stabbing the frozen screen while a queue formed behind me, full of people wondering whether they too would live long enough to place an order. Eventually, after what felt like a lifetime, the order limped through the system. Fifteen minutes later my number was finally called, but not before they managed to turn what should have been a simple handover into a full-blown drinks disaster. My Coke was launched across the counter like a low-budget stunt scene, showering three innocent customers. Unsurprisingly, this did not go down well. And then the burger arrived. Technically, it was a double patty burger. In reality, it was a cheap, greasy, structural catastrophe. The patties themselves looked exhausted — thin, grey, oily, and completely devoid of any real flavour. The cheese had melted into limp flaps, drooping sadly over the sides like melted plastic. And as if to ensure the whole thing was completely impossible to eat, they had crammed in a ridiculous slab of lettuce the size of a small parasol. It stuck out like the sails of a boat, making any attempt to pick it up result in an immediate collapse of the entire construction. This was not one of those indulgent, guilty pleasure burgers you rave about to your friends. It was a cheap, greasy mess you finish only because you feel too ashamed to throw it away. Gourmet Burger Kitchen needs to sort its technology, train its staff not to spill drinks on customers, and — most importantly — go back to sourcing proper burger meat. Because at the moment, it is a very long way from gourmet.

06/04/2025: I recently visited this place, and I absolutely regret it. First off, the experience was a total scam. I paid 6 euros for what was supposedly a "large" bag of chips, but when it arrived, it was shockingly small—certainly not anywhere near the size I was expecting. The portion was so tiny that it didn't even fill me up, leaving me feeling more disappointed and hungry than before. I understand pricing can vary, but this is beyond unreasonable. For 6 euros, I was expecting a decent-sized snack, not something that could barely be considered a snack at all. The whole situation felt like a classic bait-and-switch—advertised as a large serving, but delivered as a measly, overpriced portion. It's honestly insulting to pay that much for something so underwhelming. To make matters worse, the taste didn't do much to redeem the experience. It wasn't anything special, and for the price, it should have been. It's evident this place is more focused on trying to rip off customers than actually providing good food or decent value. I wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone. Save your money and avoid the disappointment. There are far better places where you can get more for your money. This place is a scam, plain and simple. Don’t waste your time or money.

08/03/2025: UCD walkway coffe shop.Extremely rude female member of staff working at the till. She mixed up my order and then very aggressively accused me of lying multiple times. She stood there staring and shaking her head at me while I was waiting for what I actually ordered. And by the way my order wasn’t something exotic which is easy to mix up, it was an americano… Not the first time I’ve had a problem with her either.

13/06/2025: Shirtless man walking through the food area. Not very hygienic and not a good look for a deli counter.

13/06/2025: Grand spot to stop at. The pre-pay petrol pumps can be fiddly and troublesome. Toilets could do with regular cleaning

24/06/2025: Just had delivery of smoked cod, chips and bottle of coke.Needef hammer and chisel batter was so hard, obviously cooked many times!! Never again.

24/05/2025: Only a shell of what it used to be, they sneak their prices up after a certain time. Last order was taco chips, not a scrap of mince in it, very disappointed.

20/02/2025: Ordered on deliveroo.food took over an hour and a half to come and arrived freezing cold. The spicy box chicken was pink and the chips were raw. the garlic bread and pizza were so undercooked. Staff were so unhelpful on the phone

07/12/2024: Food is very bad. It’s full of oil and bad taste. Their kebab is nowhere close to an actual kebab. It just looks and tastes like cooked meat dipped in some cheap oil

21/04/2025: Disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of staff ,Rosheni was yesterday at KFC Dundrum. On two separate visits, she was engaged in personal conversations(laughing and talk loudly) once with someone who appeared to be her boyfriend or close friend and ignored me at the counter. On the first visit last Sunday she also made an inappropriate comment in Sinhala, not realizing I’m of Sri Lankan origin. Not what I’d expect from a reputable company. But all the other staff , cleanliness and food are good.

12/04/2025: Order chicken fillet burger, fries, and coke. The burger came with 2 chicken tender inside, the fries were soggy and cold, and the coke was flat. I don't understand why they need fillet cups and leave seating waiting for costumes. Just fill up in front of customers. But anyway I asked for a refund and got an attitude. (this is the way we serve) if it is the way called chicken tender burger and not chicken fillet. I'm very disappointed.

17/05/2025: Another disappointing experience at the apache newlands cross. Yet again they have managed to mess up an order leaving out items ordered or delivering the wrong item. When I called the store back to inform them and to have it corrected, they were very rude and were reluctant to correct it. I had to press the point for him to at least credit my account for which let's face it the guy on the phone was so rude I'm doubtful he has even done that. Do I have confidence they will improve their customer service, unfortunately No. Apache Head Office should really audit how franchises are managed and the quality of the customer service provided.

18/05/2025: Without a doubt the worst late bar in Dublin. Only do cans and bottle. No draught which I find hysterical. The staff are rude. They are the so rude and short, terrible service I would never go there again and I’m actually so annoyed about this I have told my friends how terrible it is.

21/04/2025: Bouncers charging €50 cash to drunk people to get in after 2am, girl behind the bar wrongly served me 2 Heineken and refused to change them after I paid. Horrendous experience, bouncers extorting vulnerable people. I wouldn’t be happy if I was Sean O Farrell. Absolute robbery.
