17/12/2024: Extremely disappointed with the terrible service in Food Crew downstairs. An Asian guy working in the deli makes me not want to go there ever again. I used to go there everyday as I’m a staff member in the Beacon, but never again. His mannerism is revolting, the portion sizes he serves are minuscule and he lacks basic manners; rolls his eyes and ignores customers waiting to be served. If i could give 0 stars, i would.

It’s not matcha ice. It’s because my English is not good or you don’t understand. But I bought a cup of iced matcha from you on Monday, so I bought it again today. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed today. I also hope that you can confirm the needs and wants of each customer, because I believe that every customer will be satisfied with purchasing their favorite drinks.

21/12/2024: This chipper use to be one the best chippers in dublin my partner found a hair for the second time in the fish box meal my burger was soggy tasteless mess.
The milkshakes and the battered sausages were good but that's where it all ends
They are not using the same quality produce I would spend my money elsewhere in the future

30/10/2024: I believe I walked in on an ongoing chat judging by the Woman's look of disatisfaction to let me know where her priorities are, certainly not with the customer. Fine, whatever I just wanted some food. The food was scalding hot, like dangerous levels of scalding if the curry container came loose. So I had to sit and wait for it to cool down which took 20 minutes. Everything was bland, the chips where obviously over cooked, the chicken portion was tiny. The curry sauce was nice, but again would give molten lava a good run for it's money. A very lacklustre experience left me feeling unvalued as a customer and deflated

31/10/2024: I recently tried the Fish and Chips with Garlic Sauce at Lido on Pearse Street, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The cod was bland, lacking the fresh fish flavor you'd hope for, and the outer batter was disappointingly soggy instead of crispy. While the chips were passable, they couldn't make up for the underwhelming fish. At €15.50, this meal felt overpriced given the quality.
For that price, I’d expect better seasoning, possibly some added sides like a salad, lime, or beans, and a more complete presentation in a restaurant. It’s not terrible, but certainly not the value for money you'd expect, especially given the prime location.

09/11/2024: I've been in here a few times and each time the women in the Deli section are very rude. They make you feel like a burden even though it's their job to serve you. If you're that miserable coming into work everyday then I suggest you find a new job. Treating customers like that is not going to get you very far. Other reviews state the same complaint so i know its not just me.
23/10/2024: The ladies who work in the ice cream section are the most rude. They want to sell you what they want. As a tourist I am very disappointed with the treatment.

12/10/2024: Amazing street food. The woman behind the counter was lovely. Went for the spice bag with curry sauce. Very generous portions. Scolding hot as well. They also do deals on different days which is well worth the money. Would definitely recommend 👍

02/11/2024: The staff were lovely and the sandwich was great but €11.90 for a “salad” (an egg, some leaves and some salad vege). I just wanted some vegetables to have with my sandwich. I’m just annoyed it cost so much for what it was. A bit ridiculous..
30/10/2024: Slow service and overpriced for basic food. I ordered a chicken tikka panini with trimmings and no chicken was present + I had to ask for where my hot chocolate was. The panini was eventually corrected but it was very poor to have ordered something with main ingredient missing. Overall a complete and utter waste of roughly 17 euro. Avoid at all costs my fellow comrades

04/01/2025: Has to be a change if chef...ordered singapore noodles about 3 months ago and lovely, ordered again and average benefit of doubt...ordered yesterday and the noodles were swimming in grease, inedible...also ordered spicy chicken balls, ate the meat out of 4 and the picture shows the remainder....absolutely swimm8ng and disgusting....€26 , will never order from here again

Told I was black listed seemingly I complained about 2 years ago app. about curry sauce was talking 2 a girl very rude rang back again got a man also very rude so I went down to see what was going on again Very rude no manager around they would not give me manager phone number so I could make a complaint
Was told 2 go to another Chinese take away
