26/05/2024: Best pizza I've had in Dublin. The downside is that there are no cutlery. The pizza is cooked in the oven, there is a friendly chef-seller.

23/12/2024: This place is a disgrace they sold me a MC flurry that was sour and now my stomach is left in bits, The place is a kip! Always messing up orders, it took me 3 times to drive around to get the orange chocolate pie because they kept giving me an apple pie instead, they really need to focus and be aware of what they are doing, One of these days they are going to kill someone! The MC Donald's workers need to learn how to clean up the tables instead of standing there chatting looking through the mountains of trash 🗑️ I already know that I'm not the only one that's feeling ill after eating from here! I'm genuinely shocked that they're still open just take a look at the reviews 😕.

12/12/2024: Very hit and miss. Sometimes the food isn't hot. They don't park you up so the queue is always long. Always short staffed. Staff are always pleasant. Ice cream machine rarely works. The one by the airport is much better.

23/10/2024: Best chicken tenders in the city! Update: Prices have increased but quality is suffering. Portion sizes now smaller and kids burger was burnt twice :(

03/06/2024: Another poor Take Away experience. This time it didn't arrive. When contacted I was told everything from :they didn't receive the order to everything went out correctly. Poor customer care compounding the problem.

19/12/2024: I placed a order for delivery and they sent out the wrong food, I rang the shop telling them they gave me the wrong order and they said they will send the right order about 2 hours later i had to ring the shop back to be told they didn't put the order through and they told me to ring back Monday for a refund of over 50 euro this was nearly 3 weeks ago now everytime i ring I'm told the manager isn't there or to ring back after 5 it's a joke at this stage sending the wrong orders and not giving people there money back..

10/11/2024: The staff seemed a little overwhelmed with how busy it was. The pizza was lovely and enjoyed by all.

17/12/2024: The pizza was amazing!!! Carlos was our chef and he made us an amazing pizza and chicken doughs , the base was well cooked and the perfect amount of tomato sauce. We will come back!!

28/09/2024: Order never arrived but driver said they delivered it

14/01/2025: First and last time in McDonalds Omni Park. Absolutely filthy. You can visibly see dirt everywhere. It needs a very deep clean. Toilets are a disgrace. It needs to be closed down and fumigated.

12/01/2025: One of the worst McDonald's. I'msorry to say. Long queues and they don't park anyone while waiting on an order. Cold food. No ice cream most of the time. Always short staffed. Been like this a long time. However the staff are friendly.

04/01/2025: El Wow en Wowburger seguramente debe referirse a... Vaya... ¡qué comida tan horrible! Fuimos allí en Nochevieja ya que queríamos algo rápido, eran las 7 pm y teníamos prisa. Pedí hamburguesa de queso con tocino con salsa de mamá y papas fritas. El servidor me informó que la salsa era una salsa de mostaza dulce. Mi compañero pidió una hamburguesa con queso y papas fritas condimentadas. Cuando conseguimos nuestra comida no pudimos averiguar qué hamburguesa era cuál ya que ambas parecían iguales. Ambas salsas parecían iguales y no parecía haber tocino. Pensé que había localizado el tocino, pero en realidad era una hamburguesa que estaba tan aplanada y quemada que parecía crujiente gofreada.  Finalmente localicé el tocino, bueno, podría haber sido tocino. Parecía el tocino de plástico que viene con una cocina de juguete.   Era diminuta como del tamaño de mi pulgar, una triste ofrenda arrugada al microondas. Las papas sazonadas parecían ser papas ordinarias con algún tipo de condimento echado encima y no distribuido uniformemente. Normalmente me habría acercado al personal y solicitado un elemento alternativo del menú o un reembolso, pero no tuve tiempo. El personal era razonablemente agradable, si no demasiado amable, pero supongo que ser amable en un chipper no es un requisito realmente. Había una gran pila de patatas ensacadas almacenadas en el suelo frente a nuestra mesa, ocupaba la altura y la anchura de la cabina contra la que se apilaba. Esto es totalmente incompatible con las regulaciones HACCP en cuanto al almacenamiento de alimentos en muchos sentidos. Esto estaba justo fuera de la puerta abierta de la cocina, así que posible problema de salud y seguridad allí también. Esta es la primera vez que he dado una crítica negativa pero habiendo pagado 31 . 35 euros (un elemento en la factura era salsa, que resultó ser la mejor parte de la comida! ) Sentí que necesitaba hacerle saber a la gente qué esperar al pedir comida en este establecimiento.

03/01/2025: I was excited to return to this restaurant during my visit to Dublin, as I had previously enjoyed the food and service here. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff appeared more focused on taking selfies than on attending to customers, offering minimal acknowledgment. I ordered a cheeseburger and garlic fries. While the garlic fries were delicious, the burger was a major letdown. The meat was excessively chewy, making it difficult to eat. I managed only a few bites before discarding the rest, as it was inedible. This experience was quite disheartening, given how much I used to enjoy this place. I hope they can address these issues and return to their previous standards.

28/12/2024: Order a kiddie chicken fry rice. The chicken is tender, but it poured too much soy source, I can smell a strong soy sauce without even eating it. The price of 8.5 euro is also quite expensive for the content.

05/12/2024: A very underwhelming experience. The spice bag was not worth the price as the chicken tasted like store-bought nuggets for children. The sauce completely overpowered the taste of the dish and made the chips soggy. The tables were dirty with plates on them from customers who had already left. The lady serving at the counter was pleasant enough though.

30/12/2024: The pizza here is honestly the worst I've ever had. Even frozen pizza has more flavor than the cardboard they serve. The dough is crunchy and bland, the cheese lacks taste, and the toppings are equally unappetizing. The sides are not too bad, but again, I've had frozen versions that taste better. The actual location itself is a dump; it looks filthy. I'm not picky or anything, but it’s just dirty. When I went to collect my order, the woman at the register was arguing with her manager, and there was a guy in the back drinking a can of Heineken. It was actually quite funny. The only time I would consider buying anything from here is if it's super late and I'm not hungry enough for a Domino's after a night out. However, I really don’t think I can stomach the pizza any longer.

03/12/2024: I got food poisoning from their chicken exact night I was meant to travel. Didn't end up going on holiday and they try to offer a voucher not to get a bad review after complaining 🙄

26/11/2024: Ordered once waited over and hour for food😡 now ordered tonight and they say they can't find the order rang at 5:30 it's now 7 o clock my son is waiting now on a fresh one to be done. Absolute joke.

07/01/2025: The WORST McDonalds I’ve been to! Took 45 mins to get my order when my friend placed the same order 10 mins after me and got it within 10 mins. I brought it up with a member of staff and she said it would be 5 mins. 15 mins later, still no food, spoke to the manager and she said it was on their screen, so it would be made eventually. She didn’t even prioritise it. It seems their system randomly prioritises the orders instead of doing it by time placed. Not only is that bad, but the manager basically told me to suck it up after waiting 45 mins. Nearly missed my bus as a result. Will never be coming back.

05/01/2025: Mc Donald’s is pretty average food, but this particular restaurant is consistently sub par, even by their low standards. Mistakes are persistent - on one recent visit they made 3 different mistakes to a single order. Virtually every time we receive food at this particular Mc Donalds the food is cold, same again today. I’m not expecting gourmet food, but a bit of temperature in our food isn’t too much to ask.

11/11/2024: Nipped in quickly for a drink and a choc chip cookie. Their service was really quick, so quick in fact that before I had even put my choc chip cookie away in my bag, my drink was ready. There were friendly ladies at the counter. The place was clean and tidy too.

10/10/2024: I am (was, now) a regular customer of Starbucks. Really needed the toilet but was refused due to their customer only policy. I can understand why they need to do it but I was by myself and didn't exactly look like I was going to cause trouble or leave the place filthy. A little mercy goes a long way! I'll never purchase anything from them again.

22/12/2024: Terrible service. I ordered a sub it was made and put in the oven it was then left out on the cold refrigerated counter for 4-5 minutes. Really bad service. Food should be getting served instantly and not left on refrigerated counters.

03/12/2024: I had the pleasure of being served by Tiere at Subway, and I can't say enough good things about him! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable.
