19/05/2025: Filthy, disgusting place. Staff are grumpy. It’s really busy, but probably understaffed and overworked. Can be gangs of kids. Wouldn’t say it’s great for families. Food order was wrong for 2 out of 4 people. Items missing. Salad given with no cutlery or dressing. Just not a good experience.

I came out with more money than i came in due to the blackjack table, and my pecker was running wild in there. Big shout out to felipe who helped me have a good time

03/06/2025: Horrible place, will scam you badly. Putting random numbers into the car machine and tell you payment hasn’t went through. Robbed me of thousands taking advantage of the fact I was drunk. They will deny you off any receipts as to why they’ve massively overcharged you. Do not go.

02/03/2025: Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unsafe and Inedible Food from Four Star Dear [Four Star Management], I am writing to formally complain about the appalling quality of food I received from your establishment. I recently ordered bacon cheese fries, and to say I was disappointed would be a severe understatement. What arrived was not only visually unappetizing but also rancid-smelling and completely inedible. Food Quality & Safety Concerns The bacon was undercooked and had a disturbingly pale, rubbery texture, making it unfit for consumption. The cheese was barely melted, unevenly distributed, and looked congealed rather than properly melted over the fries. The entire dish had an unpleasant, off-putting odor, strongly suggesting that either the bacon, cheese, or fries were expired or improperly stored. The presentation was sloppy, with barely any effort made to prepare a dish that looked remotely edible. Frankly, this meal was a disgrace, and I am seriously concerned about the food safety standards at your establishment. The fact that food that smells rancid is being served to customers is completely unacceptable. This is not just about bad food—it’s a potential health hazard. Requested Action Given the severity of this issue, I expect the following: 1. A full refund for my order—paying for inedible food is unacceptable. 2. An explanation of how this happened and what steps will be taken to prevent it in the future. 3. A review of your food safety procedures to ensure that spoiled or undercooked ingredients are not being served to customers. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including reporting it to the relevant food safety authorities and leaving a public review to warn others about the quality of food being served. I look forward to your immediate response to address this issue.

21/06/2025: Food was mostly luke warm if not cold. Fried rice was hard and and noodles were cold. Crispy chicken was quite nice. No drink included with the 3 portion price of 14.50 which I think is quite stingy considering you don't get to put the food on the plate yourself. Staff are quiet and stand offish. Overall it was a terrible experience, I got food poisoning and felt quiet unwell afterwards. I do not recommend this to anyone. Prepare yourself if you do.

02/06/2025: For years I have ordered here but tonight I was left so disappointed I had to leave a negative review Discusting tiny soggy spice bag with rubber chicken and 4 x disapointing burnt alive chicken balls . For years the spice bag box was unmatched around bublin 3/1 but after there holiday reopen the most disgusting possible food was handed out .they do shut for 2 weeks for holidays as noted on there premise and I can guarantee the food i got was at leat 3 weeks old so disappointed. Flaming wok wake up... back to basics please and good food not horrible soggy chips and afew rubber chicken nuggets in a spice bag with no seasoning. This could be worse than Manchester Uniteds down fall with food like that

15/03/2025: The staff were lovely, no faulting them there. I had a 3 item breakfast, eggs, pudding, and a hash town. As well as a cup of drip coffee. All of the food and drink were as bland as I've had in a long time. Just felt and tasted of very low quality. So in short, very poor food and coffee, but staff were very nice. Someone needs to step it up in terms of quality

08/06/2025: 11:30 placing the order, there’s no hot drinks, no roll for chicken fillet rolls, no lettuce, no tomato, the chicken isn’t even fried yet. The manager was even insistent on putting chicken in a plan burger bun to eat. Horrible service from staff

12/05/2025: This coffee shop is all function, no flavour—at least when it comes to atmosphere. The interior feels like a stripped-down fast food chain: sterile lighting, plastic finishes, and absolutely no warmth or personality. It’s surprising for a location like Dundrum, where you’d expect more thought, more style, more anything. The food? Let’s say it won’t stir your senses. Pre-made, reheated sandwiches sit behind the counter, each one a clone of the next—dense, doughy bread packed with hearty but uninspired fillings. My sandwich was substantial enough to keep hunger at bay, but it lacked the flavour, texture or freshness that would make it memorable. A glass of wine or soft drink is on offer too, but it feels oddly out of place in such a rushed, cafeteria-like setting. This spot works fine as a pit stop if you’re killing time before a movie. But with the prices on the higher end and the experience so forgettable, it’s hard to justify a return visit. The lack of English-speaking staff made the ordering process more difficult than it needed to be, adding to the sense that this place isn’t really trying. All in all: filling, but not fulfilling.

15/12/2024: Asked for a simple cheese and ham toasty and was told that they can’t make stuff from scratch has to b off counter and my gf got one of rolls of the bar and couldn’t eat it as tasted like it was made a week ago. Terrible service, terrible food and overpriced 🤬🤬
