The best restaurants in Dublin

27/11/2024: Volvimos del cine hambrientos. Pedimos una hamburguesa de queso, kebab de doner y patatas fritas de curry. La hamburguesa estaba bien, pero las papas fritas estaban horribles ... definitivamente recalentadas, eran los restos de papas fritas secas y trataban de disfrazar con salsa de curry, el kebab había pedido poca salsa y verduras extra y básicamente compré un kebab seco con un poco de verduras ... la próxima vez conduciré los 5 minutos adicionales para ir a mi comida local para llevar

15/10/2024: Ordenado 160 € en comida. 4 pizzas grandes gran oferta aquí 10 € cada uno (gran pizza eran geniales) 4 platos de fiesta. Bandejas de fiesta alimentan a 2 personas salchichas/alitas goujons NO CHIPS 30 € cada uno! Robo Me horrorizó lo que vino y el propietario contestó el teléfono y estaba levantando su voz a mí cuando lo llamé en ella. Nunca más pedimos 4 bolsas de patatas fritas más tarde 20 € extra (porque todos estábamos hambrientos todavía) y fue una fiesta. Nunca más. En página web no obtendrá lo que hay en bandeja de fiestas y cada persona que conteste teléfono tiene una respuesta diferente EVITAR ! ¡Los platos de fiesta no rondaban los 10 € de comida congelada salchichas baratas! El hombre en el teléfono antes de pedir me aconsejó conseguir 3 pizza 2 bandeja de fiesta y pedí 4 y 4 y no había casi eniugh cantidad de comida porque el plato de fiesta era la comida más sarcástica que he visto!

16/12/2024: For a little independent cafe in a shopping centre you're really not going to do any better. The food and service is generally great, and the tomato soup we had was simply fabulous, with top notch fresh home made sodabread. Delicious.

13/10/2024: Never set foot here again, rude staff tiny sandwich, ham and cheese toasty pure salty only ate 2 bites. Chips were reheats 🙃 member of staff came over to our table and shouted 3 times close at 4 showing us her 4 fingers after serving us out food at 3.30 😡😡 I would obviously give no stars but won't post without a star review 😡

03/12/2024: Ordered through their webpage for pick up, money deducted and order in pending. Called and they say it’s not their problem. Horrible service!

19/11/2024: Went here saturday for my daughters birthday worst experience it took 40 mins to get bottle of wine and another 15 mins for a glass we got 2 chicken curry 2 rice chips and curry sauce and 3 starters it cost 180 euro they forgot my order and never braught desserts for kids or happy birthday cake i asked nearly 1 hour end up leaving my partner and daughter felt sick and a whole chicken curry and rice was left untouched. Very annoyed and lwt down never go back again my daughters birthday was ruined.

28/12/2024: I ordered their loaded fries through JustEat, i receive a small box of fries. No meat, no cheese and no sauce. I gave up calling them after 19 tries. I hope i can get my money back through JustEat.

22/11/2024: Very delicious halal food. Specially spice box and philliez cheese steak burger. Definitely recommend it.

28/12/2024: Oh my god this was my first time gettin food from here and it will be the last time , Burgers were burnt to a crisp and the cheese and bacon chips was even worse. Stay away

04/01/2025: Absaloute joke.. Ordered over €50 worth of food main things where forgotten first time I was then told they were been delivered by another driver and will be arriving in 5 minutes this is 1 hour after the food arrived at first I called them back 45 minutes later so 1 hour and 45 minutes now and I was told they hadn't even left the shop to redeliver forgotten food absolutely crazy supposed to be the best pizza around I don't think so 👎👎 won't be ordering from here again that's for sure .

30/12/2024: Fishing through this shoddy pile of bones was almost as awful as the crippling diarrhoea it will likely give me. AWFUL!

18/11/2024: Not good at all naan bread rock hard chips stone cold, meat is okay only good thing is salad is fresh. Curry sauce is pure thin just oil with a layer of oil and grease

27/11/2024: I have been coming here for years and while the customer service has always been appalling I could look past that because I quite enjoyed the food, however after the meal I have just had I am beyond disappointed. I ordered nine chicken balls, a sweet and sour sauce and some spring rolls and altogether it cost a little over €18 and when I got home and looked in the bag the chicken balls were half the size they used to be. I order from them very often and every time I go there it only gets worse but I keep going back because they do have very nice spring rolls. The fact that they are charging €9.50 for chicken balls that are the same size as the gap you would get if you were to press your forefinger and thumb together is absolute ludicrous. Not only did I need a microscope just to see the things, they were 85% batter and 15% chicken and the chicken wasn’t even good quality, I would have gotten better if I had gone to the deli in SuperValu. The prawn crackers also leave much to be desired. What was once my favourite takeaway is now a place I absolutely cannot recommend as restaurant anymore.

08/11/2024: I've been a regular customer of this Chinese takeaway for many years, but lately, the quality has taken a serious downturn. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, while prices have climbed sharply. The food now relies on cheap watery sauces and bland flavours, which is a huge letdown compared to what it used to be. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this takeaway. 👎Posted here 8 Nov. 2024.

06/11/2024: El repartidor me hizo correrme a su coche. Entré abriendo la caja de pizza y para mis horrores me pegó con “¿quieres pizza con esa carne?”. Me llevé la pizza a la cara y fue un clásico “tú vs el chico del que te dijo que no te preocuparas”. Luego me complací en la pizza y tuve que tomar aire rápidamente mientras me atiborraba toda esa carne. Y el clímax de esta experiencia diabólica fue esto que arruinó mi día y las primeras horas de la mañana.

10/09/2024: This place is an absolute joke! We paid online for our delivery including our delivery price and they rang requesting more money for delivery driver when he pulled up outside. It's an absolute disgrace to be charged already for delivery and demanding over the phone/in person for more money.. Would not recommend.

01/09/2024: I have waited for 40 minutes for not good quality 10€+ irish breakfast + coffee. Customer service at the till with attitude. The guy who took my order made faces. Do not recommend if you want to have nice experience on Sunday morning.

25/08/2024: 'Atmosphere' is provided by 'Sandymount', terrific village feel in the heart of Dublin 4! Lovely staff serving hot or cold dishes, lovingly prepared. Highly recommended

18/09/2024: I would like to give 0 stars, I ordered pizza and chicken yesterday and the email said it was delivered. Unfortunately I didn't receive anything. Thanks for nothing! Money was of course deducted.

24/12/2024: As we sit here eating I have just witnessed a staff member clean the rim of the bin and use the same cloth to wipe the trays and tables directly afterwards. Safe to say I am actually gob smacked.

18/12/2024: My card transaction was pending so I couldn’t get my food, I had to pay again. I was told that when the transaction goes through that I will get my refund. The transaction has gone through days ago and I haven’t got my refund

29/10/2024: Horrific! The young girl behind the counter could even comprehend basic English. I asked for the Italian sandwich with prosciutto ham and she gave me a basic grilled cheese sandwich. We had one day in Dublin and wanted a nice breakfast and what we got was really substandard. There was no apology or anything. Rotten service and poor quality food. Avoid it.

26/07/2024: Great place to enjoy a delicious coffee and snacks. We ordered cappuccinos, croissants and homemade cookies and it was so good! Also, the workers are really nice. Loved the place.

15/10/2024: Went to Clarehall asked for a small bowl of soup €3.00 that was ok if we wanted a slice of bread was €1.20 extra rip off. How can you justify that price. Soup was very salty
