02/04/2025: Awful service and food, ordered the salt chili salmon and had asked if it came with steamed veggies to which the waitress said yes- when served come to find it was deep fried salmon pieces (skin on!)slathered in raw onions and peppers- tried a bite and almost got sick, onions overpowered the flavor with the salmon absolutely dried out from deep frying in batter. Had one bite yet was charged €18.50 for a dish that I had been lied to about, offered a simple egg fried rice for free if I was to change the dish (to which I would also have to pay full price for) I’ve never seen salmon deep fried and I think majority of people would not assume it would be so. The restaurant was empty and I can see why! Avoid avoid avoid

30/03/2025: BB’s… More like «no baby» I used to be a big fan of this place, they had a pleasant vibe and nice pastries… I am unsure of the abrupt shift in dynamic over the past few years, but I’m disappointed. The staff seemed as if they were being held hostage, whispering with sullen looks on their face. When we requested the milkshake, they shrugged and said we don’t do that… When we requested the matcha, again whispers and nothing! The place was unclean and by the looks of it deserted… Won’t be returning here, this is a stark café and I’m woeful about the downfall of BB’s.

08/03/2025: My partner and I asked numerous times about things constraining nuts. Was constantly told by staff there’s no nuts in their food. I eat and notice my panini making my throat hurt. Ended up leaving and having an allergic reaction. Face puffy and swollen. Not sure if it’s cross contamination or if they just don’t know their stuff but I’m very upset and will not be returning. Staff should know what their food has in it ESPECIALLY when it comes to allergens. That could kill someone.

01/12/2024: My partner and I regularly visit The Burger Project to enjoy their delicious burgers and pizzas. The food and service are usually excellent, but unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with a female staff member this evening. We placed an order for a burger and were informed by her that we would be notified when it was ready. Typically, they provide a device that alerts customers when their order is ready, but on this occasion, we were not given one. We proceeded to sit down at a table area, where there is always some music on. After a while, this lady approached us and rather abruptly shouted that she had called out our number three times and left before we could say anything. My partner went to the counter to collect our order and attempted to explain that the music was quite loud, making it difficult for us to hear her calls. However, she turned her back to him and disregarded his explanation. After finishing our meal, I approached the counter to inquire about her name, but she declined to provide it, citing that she was not permitted to do so. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her behaviour and emphasized that her treatment of us was impolite and unacceptable. Considering that she was the sole female employee working that evening, I believe it should not be challenging to identify her and address the issue of appropriate customer service with her.

20/02/2025: Ordered on deliveroo.food took over an hour and a half to come and arrived freezing cold. The spicy box chicken was pink and the chips were raw. the garlic bread and pizza were so undercooked. Staff were so unhelpful on the phone

07/12/2024: Food is very bad. It’s full of oil and bad taste. Their kebab is nowhere close to an actual kebab. It just looks and tastes like cooked meat dipped in some cheap oil

03/01/2025: €4.50 for a bag of chips. That’s €1 €1 €1 €1 + 50cent for a bag of chips?? ….i thank them because I am now done, finished with chipper food in my life. That’s really robbing the customer.

17/11/2024: Very dissatisfied and disappointed as they always take the need to have a break like it’s an ice cream parlour why do you need breaks ?

12/10/2024: Very disappointed. I come to this area quite often & found this particular truck which I would have been a regular at HAD I NOT BEEN OVERCHARGED!! I ordered 4 small ice creams which were advertised for €3.50 each - which totals to €14 but the lady had the audacity to charge me €18.30.. I’ve seen some reviews about them doing this to other people, raging I didn’t look at the reviews beforehand as had my hands full & was in a hurry to get the family ice creams before heading to our destination. Won’t be coming here again anyway. You overcharged me €4.30 & lost out on a potentially regular customer which would have been worth more than €4.30!!

21/03/2025: World's worse Mcdonalds. I ordered then wanted to go bathroom. Doors were closed so waited for a member of the staff to look at me and assist. He said just push the door...I was like..it's locked. He shouted push it. I did so , he meant "push it when I press the button on my side" but anyways Then what I ordered and paid for they didn't have. He just said: what else can I get you...I was like.. I will just get another burger. So rude and the cheese on the burger that I got was cold. Chips Cold and old. Totally will avoid it from now on.

10/03/2025: I ordered a giant meal , about 30 euros worth of food. When my number was called the cashier raised their hand and stuck mine out, and they dropped these three fried into my hand. I was left so confused. The cashier just left afterwards. I demand a refund!

10/04/2025: Absolute shocking service. 2hrs waiting for food. Extremely rude on the phone. Driver rang accusing me of wrong address. Agreesive on arrival. Told me I got it all wrong. Showed him app with correct address and he backed down. What a terrible place.

25/03/2025: If I could give half a star I would. Shocking quality and quantity of food.. ordered chicken noodle soup and the guy handed me the bag with soup pissing out the bottom of it and when I questioned him on it he said.. oh shit bro sorry.. and as for the "spice bag" the spice must have been on holidays for paddy's weekend.. the "chicken" well debatable if it was.. Overall utterly below poor quality and service to be honest.. first and last ordering from here.

12/01/2025: A brilliant way to go back in time. Most reviews don't remember when there were 20 of these clubs along the basements. They're meant to be dark, dingy, 😅 This was the 80s. Well done Leggs still being there. Don't believe anyone writing anything negative!!!

15/12/2024: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The coffee was mediocre at best, and the Aloha sandwich tasted like it was made quite a few days ago. Atmosphere was so bad, and it had to be the quietest cafe in the whole of Dundrum. When asked if things can be removed from sandwiches, it was a blatant no as the only options are what’s in the counter pre made, nothing fresh! Overpriced for inedible food!

15/12/2024: Asked for a simple cheese and ham toasty and was told that they can’t make stuff from scratch has to b off counter and my gf got one of rolls of the bar and couldn’t eat it as tasted like it was made a week ago. Terrible service, terrible food and overpriced 🤬🤬

02/04/2025: I ordered philiez cheese hero (steak) along with chicken wings spice box and extra sauce. When I received ordered , half of my steak roll was missing, chicken wings with so called spice box looked expired and reheated up with fries and there were no peppers no seasoning no nothing . I called the restaurant to fix it and that man on the phone did not even know what he is talking about then he said he is gonna let the manager know about the issue and will call back right away. 40 minutes later i’m calling again and again and they are not answering any of my calls including the delivery driver. What a disaster you people are. Worst customer service ever

11/02/2025: Ordered food it came late and was freezing cold couldn’t eat a thing it went straight in the bin I rang to complain and they told me to contact just eat don’t waste your time or your money

26/02/2025: A nice restaurant with a friendly staff. We ordered the burgers and they tasted really good. The drinks were delicious and looked cool as well. The menu is not too big, but everyone will find something for themselves. Our little daughter got the fries and ate the whole portion - although she is quite a picky eater. Special thanks to our waiter Oleksiy who provided the best service and was super helpful. He directly brought a high chair for our daughter, gave us the best recommendations for food and drinks and was very friendly. We are definitely coming back!

17/12/2024: Wait staff were lovely. Food was not. I ordered the vegetarian "snack box". The warm fillet (i.e. squished vegetarian chicken nugget) just served to heat up my rocket leaves. Those rocket leaves were not dressed, as the menu stated they would be. My 11 chips were floury. My sriracha sauce was actually taco sauce, and somehow tasted watered down. I asked for ketchup sachets instead. My apple pie for dessert was cold, despite it being a wintry food in December. I am grateful to have been so consistently amused at how poor the food was.

18/12/2024: Disgusting. Ordered salt and chilli chicken wings. They had to be reheated, the worst chicken wings I have ever tasted. 1st and last time there, avoid
