O'Briens Sandwich Cafe

18/08/2025: Saturday afternoon 17.15hours we were told by a young lady hiding down at the back of the cafe on her phone that they were closed!!! Having just checked the operating hours it quite clearly states closing at 6pm
03/05/2025: No tuve una buena experiencia en O'Brien's Bandon. Tuve un niño bien portado conmigo. Tuve la impresión de que el propietario no quería niños en su tienda. Nos sentimos incómodos y nos fuimos! La cafetería no tenía clientes en ese momento. No volvería a ir.

07/03/2025: Pedido hace más de 90 minutos y la comida no ha aparecido y sus líneas telefónicas ya no funcionan. No es la primera vez que hay problemas. Tuvimos que esperar casi 2 horas en el pasado, ya que "perdieron" nuestro pedido, pero al menos entonces pudimos llamar y comprobar. Absolutamente horrenda atención al cliente. Realmente no se les debería permitir recibir órdenes cuando no hay forma de contactarlos.
04/03/2025: Siempre fabuloso aquí. Suelo pedir vegetariana o samosas y todo está muy bien cocinado fresco y servido con gran amabilidad! Muy recomendable.

Subway Northside Centre

19/06/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Subway location.
Staff were treated unfairly and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. In particular, I witnessed employees being verbally mistreated and racially stereotyped, including offensive comments towards Indian staff.
Additionally, I observed unsanitary food handling, including reusing bread that had already been served to other customers.
These practices raise serious concerns about both workplace ethics and food safety standards.
I hope Subway headquarters seriously reviews the conduct of this franchise and protects both customers and employees.
