Vie de Châteaux
Naas legal town
10/08/2025: We were served by Anka and Thomas on Sunday for lunch. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were welcomed and treated so well. Service was efficient, timely, courteous and warm. The food was delicious. I had made an error on the wine choice, however Anka dealt with it in such a considerate and courteous way. We highly recommend Vie de Chateau and will definitely be back.
05/08/2025: Overly food, busy so book if you're going.

Boeuf
Dublin
28/07/2025: Incredibly delicious steaks, beautifully presented, and friendly staff.
26/07/2025: I recently had dinner at Boeuf & Coq in Suffolk street Dublin.
The steak was raw and had to be sent back, the chicken was dry and tasteless.
The service was slow and the tables too close together.
In spite of booking a table, they had no idea of our reservation when we got to the restaurant.

24/07/2025: Had the kimchi sausage rolls that are handmade each morning. Would love if there was a little more kimchi as its a new experience for me . The coffee is good and the service is great . Its an awful pity the premises are not a bit bigger but they have fone great things in food , toilets and ambiance
21/07/2025: Friendly service, absolutely stunning food!
Vegetarian burrito was amazing, the beef one to die for and so happy about cheese fries with two (!!) Cheese layers - one on top and one in the middle!
Will absolutely recommend!

Market House Restaurant
Rosscarbery
12/10/2024: Fabulous dining experience, full house on a Saturday night provided for a lovely atmosphere helped by laid back, pleasant, friendly staff who were well trained and super at what they do. Great building with old style large shopfront windows. BYO policy at no extra charge which is pretty unique! Every dish was fresh & delicious, mussels, sea bream, haddock, beef all cooked and presented to perfection. Totally enjoyable evening finished off nicely with a reasonable bill. Definitely recommend.
16/09/2024: Fabulous restaurant in the picturesque setting of Rosscarbery village with large windows to take it in and we had the perfect table inside the window to enjoy it.
We were advised on arrival of the BYO policy with local pubs happily allowing takeaway drinks to the restaurant or shop with off licence a few doors away. Complimentary delicious bread was served immediately which is becoming more of a rarity. The BYO is also complimentary even though they chill your beers and supply wine coolers and glasses at your table.
We started with mussels and portobello mushrooms, our mains included haddock, crayfish & a slow cooked beef pasta dish finishing off with yummy desserts. Each dish and mouthful was cooked to perfection and so flavoursome. Roast veg were served with mains, water bowls not forgotten with mussels, food and service was perfection.
Finally the dreaded part……the bill but this was almost as good as the food!!! This restaurant is extremely well priced, something we don’t see these days…….value for money offering superb quality food and pleasant service in a really nice atmosphere makes for a night out that you’ll want to and can afford to repeat several times.
Highly highly recommend.

Roly's Bistro
Dublin
23/08/2025: Ordered the 8 oz Filet medium well. It came well done and dry, with no pink in the middle. The chicken liver was like a block paste, wasn’t amazing. The salad was great but the portion is very small.
Cheesecake meh 🫤 nothing special.
22/08/2025: My go to coffee place and breakfast sandwiches. Vegetarian sandwiches are available and tasty ( just ask for it ).

Salt
Cork
27/07/2025: A really great place in an unexpected location. On the way to Live at the Marquee. Friendly staff who take great care of you as a guest.
17/07/2025: Last Saturday morning I took my friend to the restaurant for breakfast for her birthday. The weather was perfect, and we were seated outdoors, it was the kind of morning that makes you feel grateful just to be there. We ordered coffees and soon after, our food. The food did take about 40 minutes to arrive, but we didn’t mind too much at the time since we were enjoying a relaxed conversation.
Unfortunately, things took a turn. About 10 minutes after our meals arrived, a waiter came over and let us know our table had been reserved for other guests and we would need to leave in less than 30 minutes. He explained that the waitress had forgotten to mention this earlier. There was no offer to move us to a different table. It felt rushed and awkward, I genuinely lost my appetite.
About 15 minutes later, the waitress, who was lovely and very apologetic, came back and kindly offered to move us to the side chairs so she could prepare the table for the next guests. We couldn't go inside because we had a dog with us and we totally understood that. We agreed, but sitting there we no longer felt welcome, and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of the meal. I ended up taking it with me, paid, and we quietly left.
It’s a shame how the situation was handled, it left us disappointed, especially considering it was a special morning.

Wild and Native
Rosslare
13/07/2025: Very disappointing meal unfortunately. We had crab claws and cod fritters which didn’t have much flavour, a caprese salad where the mozzarella tasted of fish, and scallops which were ok but nothing amazing. They served us Aldi bake at home ciabatta and garlic bread which again was just ok. For the price we paid the food was mediocre at best.
11/07/2025: Always fantastic all round, i have been to this restaurant since it opened and have never been disappointed
Keep up the good work

Wine Depot
Dublin
