19/02/2024: Is my family's favourite take away in Kingscourt. They have a big menu and all their food is very good.
11/11/2023: My grandmother ordered and they were disrespectful and impatient. The food was 15 mins late for collection, the order was wrong and when we tried to change it they were rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. We spent over €130 and expect atleast a little help in trying to solve the problem.

04/03/2024: Order often in the past but last one I Ordered food wasn't great and rang me asking for an additional 3 euro for delivery along with being late after already been paid . Found it very unprofessional and won't be ordering again for the price of what you get it's not worth it .
If you want a decent Indian stick with Ritu , at least you get what you pay for .

19/03/2024: Visiting from the US and arrived quite late for dinner, around 9 pm on a Monday night. We were warmly welcomed and sat at a comfortable table for 5. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was so nice. Food was AMAZING! Our party ordered appetizers and main dishes as well as drinks. Bombay Palace is a must when in Cork.

29/03/2024: I am there customer in last 3 years , the chicken biryani is just wow . As a person who like Indian food i can say you can’t find a good biryani any other place in Dublin . The stuff is nice and I recommend it hundred percent. Enjoy 😉

28/02/2024: I went to but a chicken kebab, the place looks dirty, the guy who was making the orders he shaked a customer hand and went to make my kebab without washing hands at all. I kept wondering if they sanitise their hands at all. Chips was very oily and taste like very old oil, was mushy and weird 🤮 I literally trow my money away because I couldn't eat just trow in the bin. Will never go back again, I advise them to start being more responsible with cleaning was their food can make people sick and it is extremely disgusting shaking hands and make food without washing hands or using gloves. I don't recommend
25/02/2024: Used to love ordering from here all the time and getting the large kebab meal - when it used to be a large kebab meal - now you just ask for one, pay for one and only get a regular kebab meal even if you ask for extra meat as I tend to now it's not added but charged for so I won't be bothering again, shame too because its my go too in the town for takeaways.

08/03/2024: Reviewing after ordering for delivery. Delivery times have become very lengthy in recent months. I've ordered a single dish meal, nothing crazy, and I'm now waiting over 1.5hrs for delivery. Will be looking to other Indian restaurants in the area in future, too many options for food in the area to be providing such poor delivery service. Ordered at 7pm, it's now 8.50pm - just not good enough. I've marked the food high - it usually is very good, but just not a happy customer overall.

14/02/2024: With a very heavy heart I edit a review, was my absolute favorite Indian takeaway. Was eating here twice a week for yrs. Standards started to slide especially in the restaurant, but the last 4 takeaways have been shockingly bad and the prices have risen dramatically. Food still tastes good but the standards are so poor. This latest takeaway (Butterchicken) I got today in Feb 24 was literally a plate of soup with about 6 tiny pieces of chicken. My wife's was the same, really terrible. Avoid at this stage as it getting worse all the time sadly.

21/11/2023: Ordered takeaway, after two hours and many follow-up attempts still no food. Worst experience ever, never again.
20/09/2023: We had taken the food. And it was amazing. The restaurant was empty so we thought of taking the food home and we found the taste amazing. They told us the paneer option which they said very hot but we definitely liked it. Not too hot but it was spicy and taste was good. Paneer was also of good quantity . Also we had taken pulio rice which is also good. Will definitely recommend. Only the naan is very thick rest everything is just perfect. Must try .

23/03/2024: Ordered food ASAP to be told it would have been quicker selecting the earlier time. It would be 40mins for food. Went down 1 hour later to be told would be another 10 to 15mins......over 1 amd a quarter hours for 2 meals. Not even an apology. Avoid this place. They haven't a clue how to run their operation nor how to provide customer service. A joke of an operation. If I could score service less than 1 I would.

Girl at counter mixed up orders and left me waiting 30 minutes on top of expected wait time then gave me my food cold.
