Rasam
Dublin
06/08/2025: Not sure why it took us almost 5 years to finally try this place.
The food was absolutely exceptional, The ambience is warm, inviting, and somehow feels both cosy and elegant at the same time. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming.
We’ll definitely be coming back.
04/08/2025: I recently visited Rasam with family while on a holiday from Dubai. I had the BEST butter chicken I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere was divine and the service was excellent. Lakshman was our server and his extensive hospitality training was evident. I wholeheartedly recommend Rasam for its warm welcome and commitment to mouthwatering cuisine.

Ruchii
Dublin, 30-45£
09/09/2025: When collecting the food the staff seemed quite unfriendly and I had to wait 10 minutes after the collection time for our food. The food was alright however the mango prawn dish tasted nothing like mango and the prawns were mushy (seemed like poor quality frozen prawns). Quite disappointed, not sure I will be returning.
07/09/2025: Decent food, but very disappointing service
I visited Ruchii last night for dinner with my two children. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, which we expected, but things got off to a bad start when we had to go and ask for menus after waiting several minutes at our table. Staff seemed flustered and rushed about the place.
After placing our order, we waited 45 minutes with just our drinks, no updates, no offer of more drinks and no explanation for the delay. It wasn’t until I raised the issue that anyone acknowledged the wait and only then did the apologies begin. They did take two bottles of water off the bill, which was appreciated, but it didn’t quite make up for the lack of attentiveness.
This was our first visit and unfortunately, it’ll be our last. The food may be good, but the overall experience left us disappointed.

Pickle
Dublin
13/09/2025: I went here several years ago and I found it too spicy. I decided to give it a chance a second time yesterday. It was the best Indian I’ve ever been to. It’s simply exceptional. I had the fish curry. I loved it. Some of those in my party are not fans of Indian food and they all agreed this was exceptional. I LOVE PICKLE
07/09/2025: Good but not unforgettable, as you would expect reading the reviews. Prices are definitely excessive for the type and quantity of food that you get on the plate. With all the buzz, I thought it would feel like dining in a Maharaja’s palace, but instead it was just tiny, crowded tables and no real atmosphere. And being seated at a tiny table with a view of the kitchen... unforgettable! (I mean, still very interesting to see the people working in the kitchen and preparing the dishes, but absolutely unacceptable for the price you pay).

Taza
Dublin
15/09/2025: As always, excellent food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. Taza is a top class restaurant and we are looking forward to our next visit
12/09/2025: I gave this place a 1 star specifically because the 4.7 rating might be misleading especially if you want good vegan food. They do have a full vegan menu and I tried three things on the menu to which none were tasty except maybe the mushroom soup. If you are looking for tasty vegan food, this is not the place. I don’t know about the non vegan menu but considering that the aloo gobi is something a lot of non vegan and vegans eat, it was not tasty and was watered down, Friendly staff and nice establishment but in terms of coming to a place which has high standards in tasty food, my first experience did not have me wanting to go back. Everything I got tasted watered down.
I don’t think anyone who has tasted a version of the food in India would like this place but if maybe you will like it if it’s your first experience or you don’t have different Indian restaurants that you have tried the same food.

Mehek
Dublin
31/08/2025: Best Indian around! The food is fresh and delicious, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is welcoming and has such a nice vibe.
31/08/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Mehek for the second time, and once again, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, paying close attention to even the smallest details from making sure the water wasn’t too cold to adjusting the spice levels of the dishes to suit our preferences.
We started with the non-veg platter, and the staff were kind enough to replace the duck with chicken on our request. The Chicken Tikka was juicy, succulent, and perfectly complemented by the pineapple chutney. The Lamb Kebab was melt-in-the-mouth tender and paired beautifully with mint and dahi chutney. The Pakora was wonderfully crisp with a tangy imli chutney, while the Kesari Prawns stood out for their tenderness and bold flavor, enhanced by the lassoni sauce.
For the mains, we had the Amritsari Bhuna Chicken, which was an absolute flavor bomb rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. To go with it, I ordered a stuffed cheese and chili naan and my partner chose the laccha paratha. Both breads were outstanding in fact, the best we’ve had in Dublin so far.
Overall, Mehek continues to impress us not only with its food but also with its thoughtful service and attention to detail. It’s quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants in Dublin, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Ananda
Dublin
24/09/2025: My recent visit to Ananda left my taste buds dancing with joy, yet the experience was tinged with a sense of dissatisfaction due to an unexpected service charge. Let me delve into the delightful culinary journey and the less savory aspect of my dining experience.
The food at Ananda was nothing short of amazing. We indulged in a spread that included their heavenly kofta, rich Daal Makahani, and fragrant biryani. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and expertly crafted. The kofta, with its melt-in-your-mouth texture and savory sauce, was a standout. The Daal Makahani had a comforting, creamy richness that paired flawlessly with fluffy naan. And the biryani, with its aromatic spices and tender meat, was a celebration of traditional Indian cuisine.
However, the joy of the meal was overshadowed by the restaurant's decision to impose a 13% service fee. It seemed unjustified to charge such a fee without offering a commensurate level of service. In contrast, I've dined at Michelin-starred restaurants like Rasam in Dublin, where such forced or guilt-driven charges are noticeably absent, allowing the focus to remain solely on the culinary experience.
22/09/2025: Very nice restaurant. Friendly staff and great food.

Montys of Kathmandu
Dublin
27/09/2025: Literally the best restaurant I have ever been to in my life.the Momo for 2 half chicken half goat is an unbelievable dish.
16/09/2025: Went to this place to get something different from fish & chips ;) and we were not disappointed. The staff was very kind and we could sit downstairs alone, kind of like a private room. The food was good, not that spiced up in my opinion, so kind of like a western, milder version of it. Still good though and a welcome variety.
