07/02/2026: Amazing birthday dinner ! Myself and two friends ate here and had such a lovely evening. Staff were the perfect level of attentive and food was absolutely delicious. The manager found out it was my birthday and insisted on bringing something on the house (he offered drinks, baileys, dessert - all of which we said we didn’t need. He eventually brought a delicious chocolate mousse cake). He also remembered my friend from when she had celebrated her doctorate graduation there a year before and congratulated her again. Such a lovely experience, we’ll be back !

02/02/2026: 5 of us ate here New Year's Eve, often a tricky evening for restaurants, but everything was excellent. Will definitely be back soon.

This is the second time I’ve placed an order from India, and once again, everything was perfect 👌. Highly recommend Masala for fresh, delicious Indian food and outstanding service.

15/01/2026: I've been going to Govinda's for the last 5 years and it has always been a fantastic experience. Food is so delicious and the portions are masive. Very grateful that there is a place in town that offers quality and reasonably priced vegan food! This was their small plate and it was between 11-13e.

11/01/2026: Excellent for food allergies. We have a child with severe food allergies who often struggles to find food he can eat safely when out. Have eaten (in house and takeaway) numerous times from Ruchii and they take it seriously and label everything he can eat and more importantly, CAN'T eat, every time. Really appreciate the care and attention and it ensures we'll keep going there when we're around the area. Also good for coeliacs.

12/01/2026: Excellent Indian restaurant! The food is so good, and I discovered so many new flavors. I ordered a dish with goat meat, which was excellent, and their cheese naan is superb! The decor is beautiful! The service is very good.

06/01/2026: The best Indian restaurant in Dublin! We went for the tasting menu and while very pricey compared to other Indian restaurants in the city, it is well worth it. Each dish is executed flawlessly, particularly the duck and lamb. The service was so friendly and accommodating, with each dish explained in detail. I think this restaurant is well deserving of its success thus far and I will definitely visit again in the future as the flavour is absolutely unrivalled to anywhere I've tried previously.

09/01/2026: Exceptional Dining Experience A truly outstanding visit. The chef’s expertise is evident in every detail. The scallops and jumbo prawn starter with apricot salsa was sublime. The seafood platter was superb, and the house-made cheese & chili naan was a highlight. What made the evening extra special was the incredibly thoughtful gesture for my friend’s birthday—having her name translated onto the dessert plate. A class act. The entire team, from the manager to the staff, was gracious, professional, and genuinely attentive. This level of care and quality is remarkable. We will most certainly be returning again and again. 10/01/2026: Had a lovely dinner date here with my partner tonight. It was our first time and it’s safe to say it won’t be our last. We had a reservation for 8pm but arrived early and were able to be seated immediately. We ordered Chicken 65 for a starter, and jackfruit butter masala and chicken biryani for entrees. My partner and I also shared a homemade mango lassi (yummy!) and each had two Indian beers (Cobra). I highly recommend all of these dishes! My favorite was the jackfruit butter masala; the sauce was divine and jackfruit had great texture and flavour. All our servers were attentive and friendly, especially the gentleman host. An ideal atmosphere for a date night, as it was quiet enough for conversation. We left happy and with full bellies.

30/01/2026: THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE TOURIST TRAP. Very expensive for the quality, had much better in Paris with 2 pints of beer each for the same money so extremely disappointed from starter to finish. For the starters my girlfriend had the sheek kebab which wasn't a sheek kebab, not sure what it was but had a taste and seemed mass produced as if it wasn't real meat. I had the boti lamb which was nice, a little chewy but lamb can be that way. However hardly any salad was provided and no asking if we want a poppadom, come on!! My girlfriend had the tandoori chicken for main and it was lucky we were the only ones in there, the owner was choking as he walked away the sizzling was too much. We both sat there trying not to cough for a couple of minutes before trying to eat it was that bad. I had a vindaloo which was spicy to perfect level but didn't have any potatoes! The other very wrong and annoying thing with this place was no prices for the beer, the only one offered was a 330ml and with the whole cost of the 5 dishes we had (had a main saag paneer to share) must have been a fortune. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE TOURIST TRAP DONT EVER STEP FOOT IN IT.

24/01/2026: I Love this Restaurant. 2020 it was one of a few that was Open due to Lockdown, may i haven't entered or. Anyway the circumstance of hunger did me so and it was auch a lovely experience. 2 years later in March again i showed my then Boyfriend and today Finance this romantic place. I am looking Forward tobmy honeymoon ibam going to come Back again. The food is really delicious and awesome💚 Thanks
