06/08/2025: Not sure why it took us almost 5 years to finally try this place.
The food was absolutely exceptional, The ambience is warm, inviting, and somehow feels both cosy and elegant at the same time. The owner was genuinely kind and welcoming.
We’ll definitely be coming back.
04/08/2025: I recently visited Rasam with family while on a holiday from Dubai. I had the BEST butter chicken I have ever had in my life. The atmosphere was divine and the service was excellent. Lakshman was our server and his extensive hospitality training was evident. I wholeheartedly recommend Rasam for its warm welcome and commitment to mouthwatering cuisine.

04/08/2025: A mention to Sophia. We hadn't met her on previous visits. A wonderful waitress, looked after us very well. Working in the restaurant business I'd steal her in a heartbeat! We just love this restaurant. Very lucky to have it on our doorstep. We have never had a bad meal and last Saturday was exceptional. The food was incredible, the service, the very stylish manager checking in on everyone and its the same every time. The standard they keep is very high. Consistantly excellent. Highly reccommend.

21/08/2025: Masala has been our go-to Indian takeaway since moving to the area! We have also used their catering services for a number of events recently and Vinod and the team could not be more accommodating. Food is always amazing!

11/08/2025: Not only was the meal absolute perfection, our waiter noticed that my voice sounded rough while taking our orders, and offered to bring me some hot water to ease my throat. It was such a simple but thoughtful act (one that made me think of the concept of "Unreasonable Hospitality") he even brought it out in a china tea cup & tea pot. My throat felt like knives all night so this was such a lovely, kind 'didi' gesture. Highly recommend!

The Aloo Chaat was bursting with flavor — crispy potato cake, tangy tamarind chutney, creamy yogurt, and fresh pomegranate. Then came the Lal Maas: melt-in-your-mouth lamb shank in a rich, spicy gravy that paired perfectly with naan and rice. Delicious food, great service, and a lovely ambience. Highly recommend!

The management greeted me warmly with a genuine smile, and the hospitality was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing, and the overall experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great vegetarian food in Dublin.
11/08/2025: I have to say I change my 5 star for 3 star at the moment as it’s not same like was before. Firstly food is not great anymore, it’s way too spicy every time I am there. You cannot feel anymore taste of food. As well is very boring,no more cabbage/cauliflower. Just chickpeas, potatoes and tofu. Same and over spicy . Besides that the service is not great too. No one is smile anymore. When they put food on the plate it’s very lazy way, kind of like they don’t care . I missed my old tasty , good flavour-Govinda

They're recently introduced Himalayan Tasting Menu continues their tradition of innovative representations of Indian region cuisine. The combination of originality, taste, presentation and efficient, attentive and courteous service marks this place out as somewhere really special.

Los cursos eran recetas tradicionales indias traducidas al estilo moderno, absolutamente sorprendentes y deliciosos. El restaurante es elegante y moderno fuera del centro de la ciudad. Hay una estación de taxi justo en frente, esto hace que su visita sea mucho más fácil.

For main course ordered K.K Mixed sizzler and veg fried rice... Enjoyed the flavors of chicken and meat.. perfectly cooked and aroma was good.. 🤤
Finally had mango lassi which was sweet and cooled the meal... 🤩

The food was generally good, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Some dishes leaned heavily on the spicy side, while others had a more balanced level of heat. The portion sizes were satisfying.
While the food was enjoyable, the total bill felt a bit on the expensive side for what was offered. The pricing could be more aligned with the overall experience.
OK dining option in Clontarf, especially if you're near Bull Island. Worth a try, but possibly better suited for a special occasion rather than a casual night out due to the pricing.
