26/08/2025: Great pub to see matches and to grab pints with large groups of people more than 10 its very large space to accommodate that large groups. Vast selection of beers from stouts to lagers to ciders. There is big screen to watch your favourite sports.

18/07/2025: Popped in because we heard live music. Had a quick pint of Storehouse lager, not our favorite but needed to try it. Open space bar, more modern with the TV and projector so i guess it depends what you are looking for

29/11/2025: We had brunch on Saturday for my friend's 40th birthday. The music and staff were fab and we did have a great time. There were a few things that needed improvement and to be aware of if booking that are not on the website and I found it hard to get the information before hand. If you have bottomless prosecco you have to eat, now some of our party have quite strict dietary requirements and didn't want food they ate before they came, this information is not on the website. I know it's brunch but on the website food looks optional. Some of our party don't drink prosecco they were told they were not allowed food, there was a complaint made and it was sorted quickly. Had the chicken quesadillas (wrap) nice but for 14.50 it could have had some chips with it, compared to the burger that was overflowing with chips and onion rings for an extra €2. If don't like chicken I wouldn't bother. The prosecco was decent and flowing, would recommend it, but do feel website needs updating with clear rules so people know before arrival.

13/10/2025: Great mid-week deals. Altough the quality of food has dropped in recent times, especially the chicken wings for the deal on Wednesdays. Hygiene needs improving also, the tables are sticky from dirt and poor cleaning, door handles are filthy, and the bathrooms are disgusting!

21/09/2025: Very unwelcoming staff. Food was sad and miserable. My pork roast was completely dried out, the rest of the food wasn't much better.

27/08/2025: Ate lunch here before flying out of Cork airport. We both ordered burgers. I noticed how quickly they came out and how fast other tables got their food too. I worked in hotels myself for years and that is not necessarily a good sign. The burgers themselves were ok but they seemed somewhat ready made. We both had upset stomachs by the evening time. I do not recommend. The staff and service were excellent. I can’t give more than 1 star because of the food issue.

07/04/2025: Called in for quiet casual drinks. Very unfriendly team. We both said hello. Non verbal back. Not even a smile. Thankfully no food served here. Toilets disgraceful, filty. Toilet roll dispensers and hand soaps dispensers all opened and hanging down. 3 toilets filthy. 1 toilet sanitary bucket on top of lid with a stand on floor as not to go in. Loose taps. Hand drys blowing cold hair. Very run down place.

29/11/2024: Como local siempre me ha gustado este lugar, pero tengo que decir que ha cambiado completamente en el último año. Si bien las pintas son un € 5 que es genial, la calidad de las instalaciones no es grande. La falta de mantenimiento parece ser el mayor problema, especialmente en los baños femeninos. Es una lástima ya que podría ser un establecimiento fantástico para todos.

15/11/2025: I was at the cinema with my family and after we came out we went to dinos for food. We ordered two hamburgers, two large chips and a curry. The chips were hard and green, the hamburgers were very dry and tasteless. The curry was the worst of all it was like it was watered down. I say it was about 95% water. I was very disappointed and won't be going back. The dinos in Blackpool is way better especially the curry.

21/08/2025: Absolutely amazing place, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, the owner came over to welcome us and ask if everything was to our liking, The food is so tasty too and very reasonable

02/08/2025: The fry, one of the very few traditional chip shops left in Cork, well priced, beautiful food, phone in orders available, and they accept credit cards

23/07/2025: I had haddock and it was not pinboned and when I was eating scales were coming directly in my mouth. It was not descaled as well and the quantity was not enough. Very bad experience with haddock. 1/4 and 1/2 pounders are nice.

27/09/2025: Eaten here a good number of times and the food and staff are fantastic. My partner is a coeliac and they had plenty of options available for her too, which made life so much easier. We were over and back a lot from the CUMH and the owner simply couldn't have been kinder or done more for us than he did. Such a fantastic place.

17/09/2025: Ridiculous prices 20 euro for a soup humans cheese toasty and a fanta, The soup was like a Tesco microwave soup The toasted sandwich was just pathetic

14/06/2025: Nos alojamos en el hotel y terminamos comiendo aquí varias veces - cada comida era consistentemente delicioso! Se puede pedir en el restaurante o en el menú del bar, y ambos ofrecen fantásticas opciones. El curry tailandés amarillo era absolutamente fenomenal, rico, sabroso y bellamente equilibrado. El pescado y las patatas fritas estaban perfectamente crujientes, y las patatas fritas fueron algunas de las mejores que hemos tenido. ¿Pero el sobresaliente? La costilla de res irlandesa — tierna, jugosa y babosa — ¡digna! Como alguien que no tiene gluten, me emocionó ver un montón de opciones claramente marcadas sin gluten en los menús principales. La única pequeña desventaja eran los limitados postres sin gluten, pero la calidad de todo lo demás lo compensaba con creces. El servicio fue excepcional en todo momento - amable, profesional y atento. El lugar en sí es cómodo y decorado con buen gusto, por lo que es un gran lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de una comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente si se aloja en el hotel o simplemente en busca de una buena comida en la zona!

03/06/2025: No estábamos listos para lo buena que era esta comida. El trampolín de The Kingsley nos dejó boquiabiertos, con las manos abajo la mejor comida que hemos probado. Declaración audaz, pero nos atenemos a ella. ¿Los sabores? Perfecto. ¿El chapado? Gorgeous. ¿La experiencia? Inolvidable. Volveríamos a Cork solo para comer aquí de nuevo, sin duda. Como vegano y aficionado a la comida sin gluten, estoy acostumbrado a la rutina de “puedes tomar la ensalada”. ¡Pero aquí no! El menú de Springboard estaba claramente etiquetado, súper inclusivo y lleno de opciones que eran realmente emocionantes y deliciosas. Sin compromisos, solo sabor de nivel próximo. El ambiente era elegante sin ser congestionado, con unas vistas preciosas del río Lee que configuraban el escenario perfecto para una cena romántica (o en nuestro caso, una segunda onda de luna de miel 💕). Si tuviéramos una pequeña nota — tomó un poco de esfuerzo llamar la atención de un servidor y las cosas se movieron lentamente a veces. ¿Pero honestamente? La comida era tan ridículamente buena, que no nos importaba. Vale cada segundo. ¿En resumen? El trampolín es imprescindible. Venga por la comida, quédese a disfrutar de la vista y salga soñando con lo que pedirá la próxima vez. Porque confía en nosotros, habrá una próxima vez. ¡Volaríamos de Canadá a Irlanda solo para comer aquí de nuevo!
