03/06/2025: Great menu, everything is divine. Soup, meat, wide selection. Very friendly staff. Fast. Typical Irish.

26/05/2025: The food is excellent, but it's especially disappointing to be served industrial fries with such good food... Average Irish coffee, terrible hot chocolate, and disappointing service... The food is good, and that's it.

20/06/2025: Probably a mistake as we went for the early bird menu, so perhaps not the best gayer on offer. It was ok, but we didn’t go back for a second visit.

03/06/2025: Food was nice but unfortunately the only table that could accommodate our party of 5 was beside a speaker. The music was very loud for daytime and we found it difficult to talk. We asked that the speaker be turned down but we told it couldn't be done.

09/06/2025: Fantastic hotel. Rooms are so comfortable and spotless clean! We visited for our 1st anniversary and booked the deluxe suite. It didn't disappoint. Balcony was a nice touch along with the water and chocolates on arrival. Perfect location in the centre of killarney town with all shops restaurants etc close by. Live music friday and Saturday night with the sports on the projector with an amazing atmosphere. Will definitely revisit.

07/03/2025: I had a delicious dinner here back in November! Beef and Guinness stew was mouthwatering, pour a perfect draft of Guinness, and their brownie was yummy! Great meal!

17/05/2025: We stayed here 3 nights on a tour and this room is the most disgusting dirty place I’ve ever stayed in! First of all the carpet is filthy with stains all over it, the bathroom floor after they came in and gave us clean towels had someone’s long black hair on the floor and when we first came in someone had took a piss in toilet with toilet paper in it and not flushed it so did they even clean it? Only one tiny bar of soap was there I had to go ask for more good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner they did not supply any and no Kleenex in room. We asked for a box of Kleenex the clerk said we don’t have any here use toilet paper! The sheets feel like 50 count they are itchy I hope the hell they are clean! The tv gets 5 channels . There is something outside that keeps running and banging every 3 minutes kept me awake most of the night! This hotel is so far away from everything only a gas station and laundry mat across road it takes 30 minutes in heat to walk to the town of Killarney. This morning we woke up to the piercing sound of fire alarm that kept going off for 20 minutes we ran downstairs there were people on this floor in wheelchairs that could not get down the stairs we found out when we got down there that someone using a hairdryer caused it to go off these hairdryer are so old I guess it almost caught on fire! 🔥 this hotel needs a serious remodel it’s old and dirty and the staff are not very friendly! The food is not very good either. I would not recommend this place! The view out our window is a dirty roof top with some rusty fan with bird poop everywhere and a wood and brick wall ugly yuk! If it wasn’t dark now I would add that photo. Oh and this place has no air conditioner this small fan is all we had .

19/05/2025: We loved this hotel. It's in a great location. There was plenty of on site, free parking, when we arrived. They offered us a very early check-in but we didn't need it as we departed for the Ring of Kerry in the mid-morning of our check-in date. The receptionist was wonderful giving us tips for our drive around the Ring and holding our bags and then having our bags in our rooms when we arrived later than evening. The bar was wonderful as was the breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They have a laundry service which came in handy halfway through our 9 day trip in Ireland. I'd stay here again for sure.

08/05/2025: Booked a night at his hotel for 161 which said breakfast included. Got there only to be told by the reciptionist(who mentioned it before me) that breakfast wasn't included an it was typo. Terrible price for a hotel on the outskirts of the town an horrendous for a hotel to backtrack on they're word. Stay away at all costs
