The best restaurantsof irish in Maynooth

10/03/2025: Great pub/Restaurant. We were in the bar on a Thursday night. We enjoyed a great meal. Very good service, great food. There is a trad music session there every Thurday night. Great music & musicians. They were a lovely bunch of guys and really add to the atmosphere of the pub!!! Will definitely be back on a Thursday night to hear the music and have a drink!

23/12/2024: Great pub, It's 5 years since I last posted, but this place has gotten even better. The staff are sublime at every level, the food too, simple proper food. Indeed last week I was with my two golf buddies and they had the bacon and cabbage with all trimmings.......fantastic place. And dancing in the bar too on a Sunday....be prepared for good food, great staff and dancing 🕺 😋

03/03/2025: A very busy bar, with restaurant attached, and a Chinese restaurant upstairs i think. Service was good, and menu has Asian options.

28/02/2025: Absolutely fantastic. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Excellent food, cocktails and service. Would definitely recommend.

19/03/2025: Have been to the Avenue a number of times for occasions. The food here is lovely and the staff very friendly. Would recommend.

15/03/2025: Went out for a work event at the Avenue and was really impressed, I live in Dublin and have been to many restaurants, this was by far the best one I have been to in quite a while. Food was amazing, started with the prawns and had the beef for main, followed by the brownie for desert. The zero Guinness wasnt bad either The staff were brilliant and catered to our every need. Well done the Avenue,

02/03/2025: I don't recommend drinking here, they are too strict unlike the "roost" or "O'Niels", they didn't let me in after I left to get my insulin from the hotel and called me "shady". I recommend going to the Newtown Pub as it is friendlier and more "Irish cultured" while Brady's clock house is more of a "money catcher". I really hope they change for the better, but I'm never going back! I recommend going into the Newtown Pub as it is more friendly and "Irish cultured" while Brady's Clock House is more of a "money grabber" and "dip in n' out". 24/02/2025: Made 4 visits to Brady's Clockhoue in Fed staff are great very helpful food was great well recommended if you are in the area

22/02/2025: Lovely restaurant, very good menu, friendly efficient staff and good food.

03/02/2025: Nice atmosphere, helpful and very friendly staff. Reservation is advised especially when is busy but most of the time they will try to get you in even if you dont have one. Food is very very tasty 😋. Stakes are just amazing. Prices i think typical EU prices for an restaurant.
