Attention to detail on the plates of food. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.... As well as evening meals I have had many lunches in Room 8 and always top quality food... Best restaurant in Navan...

04/11/2024: The Station House Hotel captivated us with its charming and historic allure, offering cozy rooms adorned with old-world decor that create a welcoming atmosphere. Its transformation from a train station is met with admiration for its cleanliness and historical integrity. The hotel is widely commended for being friendly and professional and we found it to be exactly that. Both myself and my husband stayed there for a much anticipated friends reunion. We had the most amazing meal in the restaurant which was top shelf. I had the scallops to start and then the hake. Everything cooked to perfection. We stayed in the Signal Suite and I may add this was a rare treat for us. The detail was flawless Would thoroughly recommend and I will look forward to returning soon

31/10/2024: We had our wedding at The Station House Hotel, and it was nothing short of magical! Our wedding coordinator, Caroline Hegarty, was a dream to work with. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, making the planning process so much smoother. The venue itself is stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect on our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We look forward to returning to The Station House Hotel in the future as a special place filled with beautiful memories. Thank you, Caroline, and the entire team, for making our wedding day truly unforgettable! 💖

20/10/2024: Great place for watching sporting events, loads of screens. Great entertainment in the evening. Amazing food served throughout the day, best burger in town and I've tried many others. Friendly local staff who can accommodate small to large groups. Love this place. Highly recommend to all.

02/11/2024: This was a pleasant surprise - situated above a village pub this is a little gem on the outskirts of Dublin. The franks hot sauce tenders were unreal; tasty and juicy. The burgers were huge, fresh and full of flavour with lovely crispy fries. There is a bit of a wait as all cooked fresh but well worth it. We entered through the bar and greeted with a very unfriendly barman who sent us back outside as opposed to letting us go up the internal stairs. Overall all superb food and will return!

12/10/2024: As a regular at the Tankard tonight we were waiting for over an hour for our mains, none if the regular staff were involved in our orders. They were busy with a party in the back room. We had two male waiters, the younger one who had an attitude and the older one who was useless and got in the way. We left without our mains. We missed you Nuala. But you deserved your time off.

18/10/2024: Atmospheric pub. The service is rather weak and there is practically nothing special to eat... but cool

14/10/2024: Overpriced basic food. The only flavour from the pasta was salt. Awful. House wine is terrible.

27/10/2024: Disappointing experience. Thought we'd try this out and ordered some steaks. Mix up on the steaks and what should have been 1x striploin and 1x ribeye came out as 2x ribeye, extra cost was then on us. The quality of the meat was really bad and we made the best of it but did mention it at the end. We paid full price and that was it. Not going to be going back.

18/10/2024: Good choice menu. Food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets were clean. Good sized car park.

13/10/2024: Delicious roast beef & mash today, abit miserable with the portion of vegetables but otherwise a really nice meal with a really tasty apple crumble & custard for dessert.
