15/07/2025: Lovely restaurant that was recommended by the people we were renting from and they true to their word that this place was worth a visit.

14/07/2025: We turned up here and got the last table for two. In hindsight we should have booked - a large youth group turned up soon after us, we just got lucky. The menu has a good selection, the food was tasty and very nicely cooked. Irish style cheesecake is a new one for me, it was different to what I'm used to but still delicious. The only disappointment was no loo roll in the ladies. Unfortunate, but one star off for that.

05/07/2025: Feedback on delivery option. The pizza is poor to average at best, it fills a hunger gap but very careless approach to preparing the pizza. The toppings are carelessly prepared and the cheese is not spread on the pizza. I order regularly out of poor availability of good pizza in cork city but its the same every time. Some quality control would go along way as it was a lot better a few years ago 🫠

18/06/2025: Really loved our evening here, we had the tasting menu with wine as it was an anniversary treat, The food was really lovely, didn't think they could do better than the focaccia to start but every course was equally delicious, the wine pairings were lovely and the information about them really good too, Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. A must visit if you are in Cork but do book in advance!

16/06/2025: An Unforgettable Italian Experience at Da Mirko in Cork! We visited Da Mirko here in Cork and I have to say our experience was absolutely outstanding. We had a wonderful time in every way and can't wait to return! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and authentic, making us feel at ease straight away. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, making the service impeccable without ever being intrusive. It was clear that Mirco and his team are passionate about what they do. But the real star was, of course, the food. Every dish we tried was a delight, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You could taste the true essence of ITALIAN cuisine in every bite, with rich, balanced flavours that transport you straight to Italy. Whether it's the homemade pasta, a succulent main course or a divine dessert, Da Mirco really knows how to wow its guests. If you are looking for a corner of Italy in Cork where you can enjoy authentic dishes in a warm environment and with impeccable service, Da Mirko is without a doubt the right place. Highly recommended!

04/07/2025: Durante mucho tiempo los Tagliatelle al Pollo fueron mi plato n°1 de Il Padrino, así que cuando me volví vegetariano en 2018, dejé de volver simplemente porque no podía comer mi plato favorito de allí. Sin embargo, 7 años después, vuelvo a comer carne y Il Padrino fue mi primera comida fuera de casa. Por supuesto, pedí Tagliatelle al Pollo y ¡siguieron teniendo el mismo nivel que hace 7 años! Fue un sueño. La comida estaba deliciosa, mi pareja (que nunca había estado antes) dijo que era la mejor comida italiana que había probado nunca. Comida maravillosa, vino, ambiente y personal. Felicitaciones a todos los involucrados.

14/07/2025: Absolutely Outstanding! What a fantastic Italian restaurant. The menu is truly epic, there’s something for everyone, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The flavours and textures were incredible, clearly made with care and authentic ingredients. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We were greeted with a smile, shown to our table, and asked if everything was to our liking. The service was flawless throughout , perfectly timed between courses, attentive without being overbearing. All in all, the food was exquisite, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was second to none. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Cork. 10/10 experience! Thanks Guys 🙂

29/06/2025: Have been a regular visitor for 20 yrs it is literally a hidden treasure menu, staff,and a red wine to keep you returning. Originally we took the kids now kids take our grandkids what more can I say💚

13/07/2025: We got the pepperoni pizza which was lowkey mid — I wouldn’t buy or recommend it. However the dough balls with garlic dip were pretty yummy — I recommend those.

11/07/2025: This little pizza place could easily be in the running for corks best pizza, perfectly cooked pizzas with incredible toppings. I got the special that was on for the week at that time and it was so damn good. It was a simple pizza with mushroom, fresh parsley and and unbelievable truffle paste made with umbra truffle from a specific region in italy. 10/10 The doughballs are so good too!! My girlfriend got the gluten free pizza and to find a good Gluten free pizza is seriously difficult, but this place came through. Hands down the best Gluten free pizza we've both had And the staff were super nice, explained all about the umbra truffle paste aswell which really makes this place a must if you're looking for great food and great staff Definitely going back soon :D
