05/04/2025: The owner was really nice and chatty. The food was great and the portions were generous. A cozy restaurant that gets busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so best to book in advance!

Everything was delicious and the staff were so lovely even gave me a rose and ice cream as it was my birthday 🌹 we got the arrabiata and bolognese with the garlic and chilli prawns to start and of course some great wines! My new favourite Italian spot in Dublin 🇮🇹🍝

26/02/2025: Me and my partner have just had an amazing experience at Paulies Pizza and wanted to leave a review as we were so impressed with the service and food! We went a little out of our way to come here and it was very worth it! Danny did a great job at making us feel welcome and was incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pizza was incredible, too! My partner is a pizza chef and was very impressed with the food. Compliments to the chef! We are so glad that we decided to come here and we are gutted we are not here for longer as we would love to come back! Thanks to everyone at Paulies Pizza for the great food and service 😊

02/04/2025: If you eat in one restaurant in Dublin eat here. I work and eat in Italy & all over Europe but Lucky enough to live locally to Grano. Simply wonderful. Amazing food, amazing staff, relaxed atmosphere. Book early ! 🥰

01/04/2025: Loved it. Awesome pasta, excellent wine menu and a beautiful ambiance with efficient and friendly service. Grano is a great treat that offers an really special experience at an affordable price. I recomeit to everyone and am already planning my next trip :)

19/03/2025: It unfortunately did not live up to the hype. We booked a table for six people and apparently that meant that we were limited only to the chef's menu. The staff said a warning about this is on their website, but I still cannot find it. The atmosphere is quite lovely and the wines were delicious, but the food was lacking. The burrata with the tomatoes was yummy and the crab tostadas surprisingly fresh. The Pumpkin Cappellacci was delicous, but the lamb ragu was very forgettable. The ribeye was cooked well, but lacked seasoning and felt like a very cheap cut with little flavour. My friends' sole was extremely salty. The sides were also a big disappointment, with the broccoletto being so tough that I needed my steak knife to cut through it and the salad fell flat. The potatoes were okay. The tiramisu I got at the end was really good. I do have to mention that the chef's menu said that each pair could pick two sides, but when we were trying to order, we were told not to and that they would bring everything. Apparently that meant bringing all three sides twice, which was very much not what we wanted, so I have no idea why they would just assume that this was okay without asking or explaining. They did fix this when we complained, but we did get some weird looks from the staff. Overall, I found the experience to be lacking, especially for the price point. Please be aware that for large groups, you can only get the chef's menu and be very specific about ordering the sides you want. Not sure if I will be returning, but if I do, it will be in a much smaller party, so I can actually order the things I want to try.

18/03/2025: Seriously underrated place, nobody I asked knew anything about it but it turned out to be brilliant all round. Atmosphere is lovely, it’s a small place but they don’t pack the tables in too tight so you’re not on top of the other diners. Their starters were decent but the pasta dish was what was memorable - they do a perfectly al dente linguine and this thin spicy buttery sauce with prawns in it. The tiramisu is the best I’ve tasted outside of Italy and better than a lot that I’ve tasted in Italy too. Some small issues - they’re very quick to bring out each next course, but I was there on valendtines day so can assume they’re trying to hurry things up a bit. Also the portion sizes aren’t amazing, I could have easily eaten another half serving of the main course even after a starter and the complementary bread

16/02/2025: An Italian restaurant located in the heart of Dublin, we enjoyed the pizza and pasta. The only downside was the dessert which did not live up to the dishes. The servers are pleasant and efficient.

14/03/2025: En primer lugar, este bar es genial y forma parte de un local más grande en el Powerscourt Centre escondido justo en el corazón de Dublín, justo al lado de Grafton Street, con la entrada principal del bar justo a la vuelta de la esquina en Wicklow Street. El personal es amable, las bebidas son buenas y el ambiente es frío. Pero son las pizzas galardonadas las que te robarán el corazón. ¡Y me refiero a ganar premios en serio! Hazte un favor y no te pierdas este lugar!

13/04/2025: Staff didn't understand what we were talking. Messy menu wrapped with cheap plastic covers. Ones seated no one even interested with us. We decided to leave without any order.

05/04/2025: Rude staff member. They made a mistake and customer ahead of me very nicely pointed it out that the order was incorrect the person behind the counter was so aggressive in their response. I walked out I couldn’t believe my eyes. I don’t care how nice a beverage they serve I for one will not be back.
