13/04/2025: Normally a great experience when getting food from this place,,but up to 3 managers standing around given out to one of the waiting staff members,,,for a wrong order that he had messed-up,,,not great leadership,,but I'm sure he felt good about abusing the poor girl in front of the paying people,,,not a good look!!!some one might want to get retrained in how to speak to staff&customers!!!!
I won't be going back to ,,sorry to say,,great Chips !!

01/04/2025: Absolutely outstanding service! The girls there are so helpful and nice. I ran in last week and grabbed a pre-prepared sandwich and it was lovely so I said I would do the same today except there was no pre-made available so the very helpful lady made it up to order and it was even nicer than last week (no tomatoes please 😆). It was very busy as it always is but they always go the extra mile for their customers.

18/03/2025: Avoid at all cost! Ex manager Adrian still thinks he runs the place and is on a power trip... Got kicked out for being "too loud and rowdy" on the 17th March (St. Patrick's Day) while the place was full of underage "teens" getting served without being asked ID (majority are 16-17yo, known by me and members of staff) while 'Sir' Adrian was on a power trip singling me out. Never did I have an issue with this Franchise/Pub(bar) until "Master Adrian" took over. Please, WE ASK FOR THE REMOVAL OF ADRIAN from the Carrick-on-Shannon Premises ASAP if possible. Further issues to be reported (including inappropriate comments and abuse of power) with potential legal action. ADRIAN MUST GO!
