19/08/2024: Went in today went to place my order at counter as I have allways been doing was told again I had to use kiosk even though I told the staff I couldn’t use it had to leave the shop for a second time with no food I’ll never step foot in this place again I’ve usually eat here three to four times a week but never again I’ve been coming here since this place opened can’t believe the staff can’t just take an order it’s not hard to do you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to take a small order but for some reason they can’t you go to any other fast food restaurant Mac Donald s Burger King it’s not a problem but it is here
25/07/2024: This place is run by incompetent people This is the third time in recent weeks that our order was wrong. How hard is it to read an order!!!! Paid for large chips as there are tiny portions. Receive small chips. Given wrong burger!!!! No salt or forks as requested!!! Management need to train these snowflakes better. How Hard Is It to read an order. Not exactly rocket science.
