12/12/2024: This week we went to the restaurant that does not look or act like a gourmet restaurant at all. It is very small and to get to the bathroom you have to go through the kitchen. The table is not set properly and is not cleaned between dishes. The food itself is very small and completely tasteless. We tasted both starters, main dishes and desserts that did not satisfy us at all and were within the deal of 78 euros per person. A lot of money for food that is not worth half of it. Also, there was no proper service in the restaurant. We will not return
11/12/2024: Great food and service, was unaware before we arrived that they only serve wine, they don’t serve spirits or beer in case that is important to you.
Would go back for sure.

18/11/2024: The stuffed chicken breast was absolutely delicious! Nachos and fries were absolutely the best! Low lit lighting makes for a quaint experience. Mixed drinks were very good too. Friendly service and they let us know ahead of time the specialty dishes take slightly longer to prepare. We just enjoyed an appetizer while waiting. Would highly recommend to try if you are visiting this delightful little town.
27/10/2024: We were there for lunch yesterday and it was wonderful. Food, service and price was excellent.
We are definitely going back as a destination rather than walking past and will we try this. My wife's supercool salad was awesome.
I have had the taco in many places and it was more expensive and unpleasant jalapeños. Here they were fresh and wonderful.

Suzy was incredibly prompt and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed while making us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she truly went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience.

06/12/2024: On several occasions I have come here with my family, including three hungry little ones, two aged three and one aged four, and all were delighted not only with the food but also the charming service, and also we have been there in the evening with the same result...excellent!! The Spaghetti Arrabiatta is sensational....it also seemed that a lot of customers are regular, as it often feels like a Party atmosphere.
01/12/2024: I didn't get to eat the food last night!
The waiter took offence when my friend who wasn't particularly hungry ordered a starter while I ordered a main course. Apparently this approach to ordering isn't permitted in Ragazzi. Have to say I've never encountered this in any restaurant previously. Anyway we took ourselves off to the Coliemore where the staff were welcoming and the food brilliant. And no I won't be back in Ragazzi any time soon.....

21/12/2024: Back to Bijou for the last Friday before Christmas. We have been coming here for decades and it is still one of our favourites. Always warm and cosy. Service is attentive and friendly. Cocktails to start with. Food and wine were lovely. This was a lovely night out and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Well done Bijou.

09/12/2024: We had an amazing late lunch in a Sunday! The place had great atmosphere and a really nice waiter bartender that recommended good wine and taught us lots about different oysters. We had oysters and crab and it was all amazing! Would recommend this place for sure!!

This bar-restaurant is very well attended, with an international clientele who brings great energy. The music is excellent, an international and festive selection which makes the atmosphere even more lively.
A real plus for the experience: the presence of live musicians. This creates a unique atmosphere and a great ambiance. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable evening!
09/12/2024: Food was delicious. Only a slight mishap with the drinks, other than that perfect. Menu would suit families as well as adults. Good choice and served promptly. Sitting a little near the door which was a bit cool now and then. But it is winter.

Service was a little slow and it wasn't overly busy (we had to reserve at 1015am) despite being 90% empty at the time of arrival.
Reason for 3/5 on service
- one of our party had ordered fries on the side, they were forgotten until we had all finished (despite us reminding server).
- out of some juices in the morning
- a little abrupt with taking orders and then not knowing who ordered what on arrival.
Value pretty decent for 4 of us and the food was good.
07/12/2024: Over priced and didn't get what i ordered. I ordered a steak sandwich and it was just slices of roast beef on a roll with a dribble of sauce. Staff were very nice was and that was the only good thing about the place
