Staff where so helpful especially the Front Desk. They just couldnt do enough for us.

04/02/2025: A place with history and the layout to match. In parts of the hotel it’s very grandious. In others areas modern but maybe lacking character . I enjoyed bumping into people who were lost on the corridors! 😂

09/02/2025: Gran personal amable. Cómodas camas. Habitaciones limpias. Útil autobús de enlace con el aeropuerto. Comida normal para la posada principal. Pero mucho más barato que comer en el aeropuerto. Y tarifas muy razonables.
El precio del menú es difícil de encontrar en línea. Pero tuvimos pescado y patatas fritas y huevo de gammon y patatas fritas un vago y una coca por 44 dólares. Todo lo que se puede comer desayuno caliente por 13 € cada uno era mejor y más barato que el aeropuerto.

Three staff at counter. Needless to say not busy, as no other customers in shop .Called us when drinks were ready to pick them up at counter, couldn't even be arsed to bring them over to us...

04/10/2024: The coffee shop was quiet today but most of the tables were dirty and had trays of empty cups and plates on them. The smell from the toilets was disgusting & it looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. This was mid morning & I only saw 1 staff member behind the counter who was under pressure.

14/02/2025: This premises has no low seating for those with mobility issues. The photos on the website are incorrect. I had to change venue at the last minute for a small get together with friends. I was absolutely mortified. Disgraceful in this day and time

18/11/2024: Possibly the worst Chinese take away I've ever eaten. Something very peculiar about the flavour of the curry sauce, definitely an ingredient in it that shouldn’t be. Chicken balls were soggy and tasted odd also. We went here on recommendation but wont be going back. Should have gone to Lin Kee.

04/02/2025: Food was great and not too expensive. Spent €40 on roast chicken with mash and veggies, tandoori chicken sandwich, kids cheese toastie, vanilla almond cheesecake, mocha and americano. Lots of hot food and dessert options. Kitchen also close late at 530pm. Will definitely go back!
08/01/2025: Ordered roast beef for myself and chicken nuggets and chips for my son. The roast beef was the smallest portion I've seen in some time with no roast potatoes. I gave it back as it wasn't worth my €14. My son's chicken nuggets and chips were also a pathetically small portion. Not a good experience.

23/11/2024: I was with my friends in the place, and they kick us out for not buying anything. Then I bought a chocolate stick and he told us that everyone need to buy something to stay there, they place was empty and we weren't doing amything wrong
05/11/2024: Not the cleanest place overall and the toilet was disgusting. Coffee was average too. There is also no point in staff asking if you want for here or take away because they still gonna pour in the disposable cup in either way. Have to ask specifically for the mug. Not acceptable. Wouldn't go back.

01/02/2025: If you expect the usual taste of Starbucks coffee here, you would be disappointed much. Such a bitter americano, can you have extra hot water on the coffee to dilute?
Well, one of staff there said that it would make the coffee bigger size, you just ordered tall size, so rude - fortunately she seemed quit the job these day.
Even the taste of filter coffee is not even unlike most of Starbucks shops, usually aromatic and good but suddenly you will get very dark, heavy, and intense filter coffee.
This place is just for taking a short break with kids after shopping at Smyth shop, but no guarantee your pastry is fresh.
08/01/2025: No problem finding a parking space directly in front of the Starbucks - it's a huge shopping center with a big parking lot. Inside, it is your typical aseptic fast food coffee chain -nothing to write home about. But friendly and helpful staff.

11/03/2024: Three of us were here for a Mother's Day lunch. Nice setting, bar was cold. Menu options not great and we were not impressed with them not having a vegetarian sandwich option, strange in these days when so many are opting for a vegetarian or vegan diet. The food menu made the sandwiches sound gourmet but they were far from that, I would say just basic with a big price tag. One of us ordered the mash with chicken and it was totally tasteless. We ordered 2 glasses of Chardonnay and I'd lay money that it was Sauvignon Blanc. Disappointing experience.
25/02/2024: We had a family lunch for ten in Feb 2024 ( we've been a few times) and always find it an excellent place to gather - the staff are professional, friendly and efficient and the food is fine. The Jameson Bar bar is where we eat but we've also used the Seaview lounge upstairs and a private room - and always find it is a reliable hotel for eating and family gatherings.
