28/12/2025: A magical enclave. There are jars and jars of teas to choose from, a selection of pastries that are as beautiful as they are delicious, and cosy seating that includes floor tables and cushions. I wish I had more time in Galway; this would be my poetry writing hideaway.
26/12/2025: Beautiful tea and coffees here as well as being such a place to meet people to chat.
Amazing staff and sweet baked goods too.

03/01/2026: Had quite the rude experience with a bartender yesterday.
I asked politely did they serve ginger beer.
In a mocking and rude tone. The bartender stated "Jesus no, this is galway we dont serve that rubbish" and laughed. His overall demeanor wasnt pleasant.
I would have ordered something else. But the bar man was so rude and abrasive.
Its 2026, ginger beer is crafted by amazing irish and local brands. Examples, porters or zingibeer. I'm irish not a tourist

11/01/2026: I haven't been here in a number of years, I was stunned by the redecorated bar, stylish high tables and seats. Great selection of drinks at the bar. Great service. Really, really impressed. I'll definitely be back. I had a delicious White Hag Nitro Red Ale.

The staff there are across the board, so friendly, obliging and courteous.
The food, (my preference are the pies,) are all delicious.
They make an ab fhab, what I refer to as a Giant Jaffa Cake.

13/01/2026: I come here a few weeks ago with my wife and my kids, we think what a lovely place to have lunch.
The food was good and the waitress very kind. The only big problem was the landlord who was torturer with his staff, it's was very embarassing for everyone. I can't imagine what it will be to work with this type of boss, I work in restauration and I never see that type of behavior. I can't imagine what it can be when there are no costumers.
I can't recommand this type of restaurant when I see landlord like this.
15/12/2025: Very nice place, good crepes, I can't wait to try another! The coffee is also pretty good.

16/12/2025: . Kitchen unorganised. Waited too long for food (35mins). Burgers are on the menu that they donβt have. Was given house chips instead. Only 2 slices pepperoni, a few hidden pieces of bacon with a nice sauce and basic chips.
20/11/2025: Food was ok. Service was very slow. 2.5 hours for 3 course dinner and half an hour was waiting for the bill.
Music was too loud in the restaurant and noise levels from nearby tables makes it difficult to hear your table companions further away.

06/01/2026: We went there today at lunchtime. It wasn't busy at all. We waited to be seated (as requested). We were given a menu and told that we can sit anywhere. That was it. From there on we were completely ignored. The waiter was chatting with several other customers and never once acknowledged us. There were several people working in the bar area, none were even looking in our direction. The lady who gave us the menus never came back to us. After waiting for a long time we got up and left. The waiter was still engaged in what looked like a private conversation. Not a place I would ever go back to.
06/01/2026: Jist got take away Latte, ice coffee and chocolate. It was perfectly done, creamy and not too milky.
