04/04/2026: A great place that was perfect for us when it was pouring rain. Maik and Julie were fabulous and genuinely warm as our servers. The beer was delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy with a fireplace. We ordered a platter with fries, wings, wontons, and a spring roll, which was easily enough for two people and cost about €12. Cash only! The afternoon cost us about €40 in total (one platter and four beers).
31/03/2026: Great experience! The service was perfect and the atmosphere was really great. Lots of fun jokes on the wall and sport on the TVs.

28/12/2025: A magical enclave. There are jars and jars of teas to choose from, a selection of pastries that are as beautiful as they are delicious, and cosy seating that includes floor tables and cushions. I wish I had more time in Galway; this would be my poetry writing hideaway.
26/12/2025: Beautiful tea and coffees here as well as being such a place to meet people to chat.
Amazing staff and sweet baked goods too.

17/05/2026: Had the largest and possibly best grilled cheese ever here. They also had an amazing beer selection if you’re tired of drinking Guinness everywhere.

09/05/2026: Bad customer service. Very defensive and sarcastic tone when I asked for salad/ garnish with my takeaway sandwich( which I paid for).( The girl seemed to be the one in charge. Black curly hair with tatoos) Soup was very processed and u eatable. Girl making sandwiches was also handling menu which is not hygienic. I left there very disappointed.

05/05/2026: Really nice place for a sandwich. Not too busy and loud. Bathroom is really clean. They only had a few sandwiches left we could choose from. They toasted them up quickly and it tasted good. The chocolate milk was too milky and it wasn't that much. Less than half the cup was filled up.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and customers who are all up for a chat, brilliant Guinness. If only this place was closer!!

07/04/2026: I hate writing these reviews as people put their heart and soul into these small businesses but we had breakfast there this morning and it was awful. The Breakfast Bun contents, rasher, egg, pudding etc were all dry and hard and tasted of reheated food from yesterday morning's breakfast. For €14 it's just not acceptable. Coffee was lovely and staff very nice but won't be back. Conor
23/03/2026: Got a hot chocolate to go and it was fantastic, really nice, loved it
But I got a kinder Bueno blondie/brownie to take home and it was stale and disgusting, not just a little stale, but about a week stale, not good at all
we also got a gingerbread biscuit and it was similarly stale and low quality
first time being in, I might go in for hot chocolate or coffee again, but would be hesitant to eat anything!

07/04/2026: Terrible experience. The manager is rude, don't look at customer faces and don't give any kind of experience. Never going back there, specially at salthill. There's plenty of other coffee stores to go. Also the owner, Michelle, is not a friendly person at all. Horrible coffee, dirty coffee machine, steamer completely filthy. Bad experience.

16/12/2025: . Kitchen unorganised. Waited too long for food (35mins). Burgers are on the menu that they don’t have. Was given house chips instead. Only 2 slices pepperoni, a few hidden pieces of bacon with a nice sauce and basic chips.
20/11/2025: Food was ok. Service was very slow. 2.5 hours for 3 course dinner and half an hour was waiting for the bill.
Music was too loud in the restaurant and noise levels from nearby tables makes it difficult to hear your table companions further away.
