01/12/2024: Busy late night spot. Seems like mostly grad students and young professionals but definitely a couple 40-50+ too 20+ taps of craft beer, local and international. Great bartenders, very friendly. Lots of liquors, whiskeys, ect. Cocktails looked well made.

25/11/2024: This is a great spot. The atmosphere and decor are great. The service is unreal, and the bar staff get to know you. They have live music at night and it is one of the cheapest pubs in the area. The owner is lovely very welcoming and always tries to get people a seat. They have an unreal Chinese restaurant up stairs too with the food cooked to order, and portion sizes are big. Overall, I would highly recommend this pub. It's worth a visit

17/12/2024: I’ve visited twice during my 2 days trip. I expected to meet the cat but sadly he went to the cat planet last Autumn. They have a cozy indoor and a lovely garden. Mostly they don’t have seats inside, I’d recommend here to a small group with tea people. You can find various tea selections and loads of cakes and pastries as well. Staffs are so kind. I took milk woo long tea and London fog, a warm rhubarb crumble with fresh cream. I’d recommend everything I had.

14/12/2024: Loose leaf tea paradise. Great as presents. I also had the bounty and peanut butter energy ball which were both great. Really cosy Cafe.

11/12/2024: Great atmosphere and perfect service. Always smiling and helpful staff. Light food, soft drinks, dessert or delicious ice cream - you can have it in very pleasant surroundings. One of the places in Galway/Salthill you should not miss. I personally will definitely visit again! 😊

05/11/2024: We spent 3 days in Galway and this cafe was the best one we went to, as the staff were extremely friendly, whom made such an effort to entertain their customers over the Halloween Festival (as you can see they were all dressed up in cool costumes) and the food and drinks were fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you for the experience, regards the two Aussie's Shaz & Daz PS the smoothies are yummy 😋

16/11/2024: GET THE FRENCH TOAST. The homemade bread here is out of this world. Whatever beautiful creation they have cooked up for this recipe has been put together by God himself. Without a doubt the best bread I have ever had, it was incredible. It's soft, the perfect amount of cohesion in the dough, the sweetness is on point. The way the toast was cooked. All perfect! Add on a generous amount of maple syrup and you make for a very happy experience, thank you ❤️ You have to try it. 10/10. Great customer service and awesome food!

06/12/2024: I enjoyed a slice of raspberry pistachio tart for €3.50 and an Americano for €2.80 at Gourmet Tart Co. in Salthill. The taste of the cake was really convincing - fresh, balanced sweetness, and with a pleasant pistachio note. The coffee was also aromatic and offered a solid complement to the cake. On a positive note, there is plenty of seating and the toilets were clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, the experience is marred by a few aspects. The cleanliness of the tables leaves something to be desired as they are usually dirty. The disposable cutlery and cardboard plates used look cheap and take away a lot of the ambience of the café. The lack of WiFi is also a clear negative point these days. All in all, the price-performance ratio is okay, but the lack of attention to detail and the low appreciation from guests in terms of facilities and cleanliness mean that I only give it 3 out of 5 stars. Gourmet Tart Co. could do much more with its potential with small improvements.
