26/09/2025: Odd place, I ordered a rendang curry and got a bowl of chicken and veg with a McDonnells style curry.

20/09/2025: I do like the food but our order has been incorrect at least 4 times when we have had delivery. Very disappointed as we wait at least an hour for delivery and then it's wrong. This ruins it for everyone as there's always someone let down

05/09/2025: Always a good all rounder, love the spice boxes they do. Kebabs are great, fresh naan. Chips are good. Pizzas are typical apache pizzas, would recommend trying the local menu more than the pizzas.

30/08/2025: I ordered a chicken tenders and chips and no where did it state that it was a kebab tray very bad service and the person on the phone was very annoying as he refused to listen to me and started getting very aggressive

26/10/2025: I ordered a chicken pizza but received what can only be described as an egg shell pizza. There was a big chunk of egg shell baked right into it....completely disgusting! I reported it to Deliveroo, but got no reply and no refund. Pathetic customer service and horrible food quality. Don’t waste your money here. If I could, I’d give this place a negative rating instead of zero.

13/10/2025: I have been getting Apache (Burgerhut Hollyhill) for a good few years. When the food is good, it's really enjoyable. But the food isn't always good (particularly the chips), and as a consequence, I feel the need, to write a review, in the hope, it will encourage Apache, to make some improvements. When ordering chips from Apache, staff will often serve you chips, that have been lying in the tray, for God only knows how long, mixed in with some freshly cooked chips.. Can I ask Apache management, why serve customers, old cooked chips, mixed in with fresh cooked chips..???? Its a very mean act, and I have to throw these chips in the bin, as they are hard & horrible. Why mix old, hard, precooked chips, that have been lying in the tray, with fresh cooked chips, and then serve them to a customer..?? Customers, should only be served, FRESHLY COOKED CHIPS..!! Can I ask Apache management, why you don't automatically serve your pizza's box's, in a paper bag..? If a customer orders a pizza, they may have to walk for 15 or 20 minutes, to get home. Carrying the pizza box, with no bag, means the Pizza, will lose a lot of heat, and the pizza can be cold, when the customer gets home. Also why don't you automatically serve the donor box, and chicken spice box, in a paper bag..? Again, these food boxes, are cold, by the time a customer walks home. Also the donor & chicken spice box, can leak sauce, which can destroy a car seat (if the customer is driving home) The stout, middle aged, short haired lady, that works in Apache, gets a bad pain, if a customer asks for a bag, to put a pizza box in, or donor/chicken spice box into.. Can I ask Apache management, to please supply, proper fitting, paper bags, and to offer them to customers, who are being served food, served in a box. Its really frustrating, having to continuously ask staff, for a proper fitting paper bag, to carry pizzas and spice boxes home in. I must say, most of the staff, are very obliging, when you ask them for a bag, with the exception, of the stout, middle aged, short haired lady, who always seems, to always have an issue, and an excuse, when a customer asks for a bag. If Apache, could introduce a policy, of not serving old, precooked chips to customers, and sort out the issue of supplying customers, with proper fitting, brown paper bags, to customers ordering food in boxes, (Particularly the issue, the stout, middle aged, short haired lady has, of placing food boxes into a paper bag) I will come back and give an up to date review. 08/06/2025: Go to place for good pizza. They have amazing options of pizza and you can customize your pizzas as well. You should order double deal pizza which has 2 large pizza at a stealing price. Good for a big gathering party.

06/12/2025: Poor all round. Forgot part of the order. Kebab not great tasting. Pizza was average. Did come back with part of the order, eventually.

29/11/2025: I have had Kabab’s Pizzas and today Garlic Fries with grated cheese and 2 types of burgers! Just Yum!!

22/08/2025: Absolutely georgous get delivery from here a bit and I can't fault service or food, and girl that delivers the food is so pleasant and greeting

29/07/2025: Absolute scammers waited nearly 2 hours I called up and asked where is my food and he said food already delivered but it wasn’t and the way he spoke to me on the phone was absolutely disgusting.

12/11/2025: I ordered veg pizza and it's very disgusting, they added full of tomatoes and nothing else. The taste is very bad. Never going to order and recommend anyone again.

11/10/2025: Got delivery of the Don Kebab pizza from apache youghal. Fast delivery but looks noting like the advertised pizza .. probably only 5 pieces of doner kebab on it... Still tasty but nowhere near as advertised

21/09/2025: Order from this place quite regularly, at the start amazing couldn't fault it!! Then the late delivery started, another night hour and 20 mins and they forgot our ice cream (i got over it tbh and just left it, been fair they rang on our next order and gave the ice cream which was fairly sound as I was just gonna leave it, don't wanna be a moaning mertial) but last night topped it, I ordered at 7.50pm told food would be there around 9 which was quite long but this often popped up and the food might arrive quicker so over an hour later my partner rang and I also contacted just eat as its happened before, our reply from apache "were busy" reply from just eat "wait another 10 to 15 mins" like seriously...so we wait and waited in between they updated my order as delivered when it wasn't!!! It was hitting close to the 2 hour mark at this stage which is a disgrace so I once again rang them, he said the food left about 7 mins ago he would ring the drive to get him to go to us first, we'll that clearly didn't happen I waited another 10/15 min after the call to actually get my food, again all we got was "sorry were busy" then the food... it was actually cold the only thing that was some bit warm were the soggy chips and the garlic bread .... my ice cream melted... guys beyond disappointing I loved this place but as iv said there's only so much I can take before I just stop coming here, real shame cause when the service and food is good it's good but they don't seem to be able to handle themselves when busy at all everything gets ridiculously delayed

05/10/2025: Service was efficient and prices are ok but the kebab gave me food poisoning

28/09/2025: Spent over €40 wrong food delivered. Rang twice but Muppet on the phone was too busy stuffing his jaws with all the food. Waited over 2 and a half hours still no food. Had to get a refund. Don't bother ordering from here lads.

29/11/2025: I usually enjoy a pizza max pizza Unfortunately last night I got one and the meat tasted off on the pizza 😕 Chicken tenders are tasty And deal is a good price But having a 16inch pizza you have to throw due to the toppings tasting off feels like a waste of money 😞

28/10/2025: Crazy no drinks with a 30 euro Meal I would not touch the place again. Scandalous behaviour. Every other pizza gives the drinks except this one.

14/10/2025: I eat Four Star Pizza every Tuesday multiple locations in Dublin. This is the first location the doesn't offer 14" Pizza for 6.95 Absolutely Pathetic! I will never eat here nor should you!

09/08/2025: It seems like a bargain saying that buying 2 gets you the third pizza free, but then each topping costs 1.5 and the small sizes start at 10 euros.

25/11/2025: I had the regular brest in the bin meal and I have to say for such a big food chain the chips were very few, a small amount of chips on a little paper bag. I think it may be only this outlet as chips from other hillbillys were a fill little bag and more. Honestly for such a cheap item I can't understand how they get away with serving chips that you could count out. The brest in the bun was nice could have done with a little more sauce. The onion rings were ok batter was a bit oily instead of crispy. Then there is the extra charge for any thing that comes with Coca Cola like a sugar tax. Another sneaky way of hiking up the price of meals. As for he service it was pleasant, quick and professional from the young member of staff. That was about the only positive experience. As for the meal over all it was not value for money.

06/10/2025: Love Hillbillies in general, love the Chicken and gravy in particular, usually its very nice unless chicken is left under the heat lamp to long and drys out. Was in Mahon today and ordered a Burger Meal and 3 Tenders meal, server put me in for a Burger Meal and 3 tenders which I didn't know as still cost 24 euro, but when I highlighted I was missing items server says I only paid for 3 tenders, so to purchase the other items I hadd to pay for separately for the chips, drink and dip which ended up costing me more money than it would of as a meal because the server got the order wrong in the first place.
