22/08/2025: Absolutely georgous get delivery from here a bit and I can't fault service or food, and girl that delivers the food is so pleasant and greeting

26/04/2025: The pizza is thick. Lots of dough. Not enough filling. Overpriced.

28/01/2026: Decent food. Staff do not pay attention to orders placed online. Expect a hefty wait if you order online and turn up expecting it ready.

04/10/2025: A disappointing pizza. Thought it would be decent with it being part of the 12. So much Tomato sauce meant the pizza was completely soggy and not crispy. Pizza barely sliced. And no flavour to the hot honey. At 16.50 it should be much better.

10/08/2025: This might actually be the worst pizza i ever had. I rang and asked what pizzas they did as there didn't seem to be a menu. I was told just pepperoni. ??? Thanks bud, very helpful. So I got a pepperoni, which came with almost no cheese. It was essentially just bread and some cheap sauce. It wasn't sliced. It tasted terrible. I would have been just as happy eating a slice of plain toast. Imagine installing a fat oven pizza stove for some hot bread. So bad i actually left a review, which I've never done before.

13/10/2025: I have been getting Apache (Burgerhut Hollyhill) for a good few years. When the food is good, it's really enjoyable. But the food isn't always good (particularly the chips), and as a consequence, I feel the need, to write a review, in the hope, it will encourage Apache, to make some improvements. When ordering chips from Apache, staff will often serve you chips, that have been lying in the tray, for God only knows how long, mixed in with some freshly cooked chips.. Can I ask Apache management, why serve customers, old cooked chips, mixed in with fresh cooked chips..???? Its a very mean act, and I have to throw these chips in the bin, as they are hard & horrible. Why mix old, hard, precooked chips, that have been lying in the tray, with fresh cooked chips, and then serve them to a customer..?? Customers, should only be served, FRESHLY COOKED CHIPS..!! Can I ask Apache management, why you don't automatically serve your pizza's box's, in a paper bag..? If a customer orders a pizza, they may have to walk for 15 or 20 minutes, to get home. Carrying the pizza box, with no bag, means the Pizza, will lose a lot of heat, and the pizza can be cold, when the customer gets home. Also why don't you automatically serve the donor box, and chicken spice box, in a paper bag..? Again, these food boxes, are cold, by the time a customer walks home. Also the donor & chicken spice box, can leak sauce, which can destroy a car seat (if the customer is driving home) The stout, middle aged, short haired lady, that works in Apache, gets a bad pain, if a customer asks for a bag, to put a pizza box in, or donor/chicken spice box into.. Can I ask Apache management, to please supply, proper fitting, paper bags, and to offer them to customers, who are being served food, served in a box. Its really frustrating, having to continuously ask staff, for a proper fitting paper bag, to carry pizzas and spice boxes home in. I must say, most of the staff, are very obliging, when you ask them for a bag, with the exception, of the stout, middle aged, short haired lady, who always seems, to always have an issue, and an excuse, when a customer asks for a bag. If Apache, could introduce a policy, of not serving old, precooked chips to customers, and sort out the issue of supplying customers, with proper fitting, brown paper bags, to customers ordering food in boxes, (Particularly the issue, the stout, middle aged, short haired lady has, of placing food boxes into a paper bag) I will come back and give an up to date review. 01/01/2026: Ordered a snack box with chicken breast. What I got was possibly a deep fried pigeon, more bones than Glasnevin Cemetery. The chips were rank also. 2nd time in , the 1st being the blandest quarter pounder I've ever had but put it down to a bad day at the office. Never again. Avoid. Sorry Jimmy, but it's a no from me.

28/11/2025: Place is a classic Irish cottage setting tucked in around the corner opposite to Treacys Oakwood Hotel where I was staying. Tried their spicy chicken kebab, quantity was good but the chicken was cooked inconsistently, some pieces were chewy & hard, some pieces were soft however some were undercooked as felt rubbery while chewing had to spit out. Customer service was good and there was no long wait after ordering. Food quality can be improved.

21/02/2026: I have been ordering deliveries from this location for years and fast delivery with a reliable tracking app were 2 great selling points for this. Unfortunately, recently these have both changed for the worse...longer waits and the tracker app says food delivered waaay before the driver actually turns up. When you call them about this all you get are excuses!! I don't know if they have changed management and drivers but the level of service has very much declined. If they don't improve they will lose customers.

29/11/2025: I usually enjoy a pizza max pizza Unfortunately last night I got one and the meat tasted off on the pizza 😕 Chicken tenders are tasty And deal is a good price But having a 16inch pizza you have to throw due to the toppings tasting off feels like a waste of money 😞

28/10/2025: Crazy no drinks with a 30 euro Meal I would not touch the place again. Scandalous behaviour. Every other pizza gives the drinks except this one.

22/02/2026: Very bad service, ordered 2 pizzas, came back to collect it and only 1 had been made but I had repeated my order 3 times, then they said to wait and they’ll make the other one, I asked for pepperoni but then realized they’d added pepperoni to the chicken pizza I’d ordered so I told them I can’t have pork as that pizza is for my husband so I can’t have pork, the man at the counter shouted at me and said everything is halal, I will never go back there.

05/12/2025: Their delivery service is really bad like the delivery person was very rude and by the time he delivered my food it was cold , I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here because it’s a waste of money and the delivery is 10€ even tho they try charge you more in person

30/01/2026: Ordered from here, deliver took an hour from ordering, pizza was way too oily on the cheese, sauce tasted processed, customer service was not great, and didn’t provide sauce along with the pizza. Pizza was also cold and tasted like crap.No one picked up the call after a few tries. Terrible service, food. Ordering takeout is a one in a while experience, in which apache gave a terrible one. To the person reading this, I hope I dont get a generic response, the same way you have responded with the other 1 star ratings. It would be advised to upgrade or closing down ur place considering the amount of similar reviews to this one. Its so sad that this is the level you show to compete with your competitors like dominoes, who’s service is far better

14/10/2025: I eat Four Star Pizza every Tuesday multiple locations in Dublin. This is the first location the doesn't offer 14" Pizza for 6.95 Absolutely Pathetic! I will never eat here nor should you!

09/08/2025: It seems like a bargain saying that buying 2 gets you the third pizza free, but then each topping costs 1.5 and the small sizes start at 10 euros.
