03/04/2025: Ignorant guy in shop whatever you do don't order spicy beef it resembles ham don't know what it's made of pink red colour not to mention the guys customer service skills needs retrained , returned pizza not happy guys like ok so paid for pizza no interest not even trying to resolve issue, asked if wanted meatballs no spicy beef...not pink red cubed looking ham ! Left no time for unprofessional people who don't have a clue how to communicate with the public lesson learned ,if you you want decent pizza and customer service go elsewhere

02/07/2025: Got a fantastic quick delivery today to B&B. Bought the 16 inch Bbq Pulled Beef pizza and also garlic cheesy chips. Definitely will be back in person

04/04/2025: Food was great. Chips were a bit dry as they were oven baked. Service was excellent and shop was clean with nice outdoor covered seating. Good prices

26/02/2025: Got a pizza that the cheese all slid to the side, granted they said they'd bring a new one but the dough of the pizzas aren't like they used to be. It used to be light, floury and very enjoyable. Now the dough is kind of heavy like it either have freezer burn or was previously cooked and reheated. Whatever you're all doing it isn't working.

27/12/2024: The Cheese Pizza and Chips Was Delicious It Takes Delivery On Just Eat Or Apache Pizza App The Delivery Driver Was Friendly. It Located On The Port Road Between Specsavers & An Grianan Theatre I Would Like To Order It Again.

12/04/2025: Tried the new pizza and it was just drenched in sauce (not pizza sauce) over a very dry margarita pizza. Apache in general have dropped quality. The bread is so thin and everything is drenched in sauce besides the pizza sauce. Dry as a bone. Fast delivery though , hence the extra star

01/02/2025: While ordering my pizza I witnessed what can only be described as bullying and abuse of staff members in Apache Pizza Skerries , Co Dublin. While waiting for my order a man entered behind the counter of the kitchen/pizzeria, clearly the owner, manager and in full view and earshot of customers, proceeded to abuse his staff members . I'm extremely disappointed that this abuse is tolerated within the brand of Apache Pizza. Is this abuse the norm within your brand ?

18/06/2025: Ordered pizza, it arrived and was stinking of mould, the pizza boxes had mould on them, rang the store and they said nothing they can do as the manager is off sick. We brought the pizza back to the store and we were told a refund would be put through by the manager when he was back off sick leave. That was 3 weeks ago now and no refund. We rang twice and we were told it's being looked after, but still nothing. Basically they just took our money and won't return it.

23/05/2025: Waste of time, rude staff. I ordered some food for delivery over the phone on 19/03/23 around 7. After an hour there was no food. I called the store. I was told it would be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I called again as there was still no food and I said I wasn't happy and that I wouldn't pay full price for food that was out for over an hour as it would be cold. Instead of trying to help me, this young man hung up on me. I tried to call back and it seems as if my number is now blocked because it won't connect. Absolute disgrace. Thankfully I ordered over the phone and was going to pay at the door so my money wasn't wasted. I am usually a happy customer at apache pizza but I ordered dominos tonight instead as no staff member would help me and I won't be ordering from apache again unless this is made right. Edit: even though I'm banned I still order and they are physically incapable of delivering your food in good time. Two pizzas should not take over an hour. They're cold, and when you call up to ask about it there's no apology. I remember the days where you would get free food or a discount if it was more than half an hour. This place sucks.

20/04/2025: Outstanding service! Guri went above and beyond—extremely patient, kind, and helpful. He took the time to walk me through the menu, answered all my questions, and helped me pick the perfect pizza and kebab. Both were absolutely delicious! Huge thanks to Guri for making the experience so enjoyable. Truly top-notch service!

16/07/2025: The man at the till attempted to charge me more for the order than it was on the menu. After explaining to him how to calculate my order (which is a simple task a cashier is expect to perform) he reapplied the actual price of the order to the original price. The staff in general look absolutely out of their heads on whatever substances their taking. Trying to hold a basic conversation with them was harder than explaining to a toddler why putting a fork into the outlet is a bad idea.

15/07/2025: AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! I order from here quite often and everytime I do there’s something missing from my order and when I try ring the restaurant or driver to get my food or compensation even, there’s little to no response and I’m always left with half my order it’s absolutely disgraceful, I was also left short with my change and got told to ring the restaurant and ask for Ali and when I did there was no Ali there off course. Avoid ordering from here all together you’ll just be wasting your money if I could give negative stars I would, absolute waste of a business is what it is.

11/06/2025: Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered a JUST CHEESE pizza via Just Eat and what I received was a plain pizza base with nothing but tomato sauce — not a single shred of cheese. I called the restaurant thinking it was an honest mistake, but instead of apologising or offering a solution, the staff were shockingly rude. They refused to help, spoke to us with complete disrespect, and then hung up the phone on us. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. If a business can’t take responsibility for their mistakes and treats customers like this, they don’t deserve to be operating. I will never order from here again — and I strongly recommend others don’t either.

02/02/2025: Quick, professional and kind staff, delicious pizzas and sides, great value for your money. I was pleasantly surprised that they have breakfast menu as well. I'll definitely return again, and I will continue to order online from them as well

25/02/2025: 0 Stars from Me Ordered food at 21:14, hadn't arrived by 22:23 so we called and were told it was going to be another 30 mins. Person on the phone was very Rude with us and then put someone else on the phone who was even more rude and hung up on my husband.. We had to cancel and ask for a refund which they said would take 3-5 working days. We are now left at 22:43 with no food. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. No apologies or gesture of good will offered. I’m also keeping this as proof as they haven’t cancelled our order on the app yet and I want to ensure I get my refund in 3-5 working days!!
