27/04/2026: Got two pizzas yesterday. One of them was the wrong pizza. The correct one was on the box but wrong one inside. Had to put mine in the oven to stay warm while I drive the other back. Manager tried to insist on seeing the other pizza. So. What, I was supposed to bring mine too so it could get cold while we waited on him to fix his mistake? My fiance has been making pizzas for years and applied in here before for work. They hired someone we actually knew personally, but who had absolutely zero experience. It shows. Bad mannered staff, bad mannered manager. Imagine insisting on seeing the other pizza instead of apologising for such a stupid mistake? Not ONE hint of an apology was given. Went home and ate my crispy pizza that I had to heat in the oven myself. But I likely won't be ordering from this branch again after that. Spent €32 on two pizzas to be basically accused of switching pizzas or something. And even if I had done, YOU WERE STILL GETTING ONE BACK SO WE'D HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING EXTRA ANYWAY! WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE POINT?? note: slices were cut so uneven that a quarter of the pizza was one slice and the next one was about an inch wide. Also, none cut down to the bottom. I do not expect to have to eat takeaway pizza with a knife. There are other comments here from months ago complaining about EXACTLY the same thing. So they clearly aren't interested in fixing things OR hiring people who know how to make pizza. Fools.

29/12/2025: People are easily pleased, because the ingredients are tasteless, the manager doesn't understand what specials are on the window posters, and only one girl in there that knows how to use the till and make the pizzas, the rest of the staff are struggling If the ingredients tasted of something it would justify the cost, 1 medium 1 large + chips €51. It wasn't worth it Indian Ocean is better value Dominos has gone to the dogs .. The Dominoes have fallen...

24/04/2026: Really bad service, very rude till assistant and the manager... Not helpful at all.. they mixed up the orders, then with dirty hands she changed the food and then she was saying about health and safety, as she knows what is it... Very very bad service... Really bad.. And that's theirs mozzarella sticks... empty

23/09/2025: Dublin Kebab - the chicken wing meal is where it’s at. They cook the wings over their bbq grill or over the tandoori oven. Comes with a salad, freshly baked homemade flat bread and 2 sauces. I could be here all day talking about how good it is. Always feel good after it . Takes a little longer than their other stuff to prepare but it’s worth the wait in my humble opinion

20/12/2025: This place used to be bang on but now don't bother every time you order there always something wrong with meal and there pizza am really poorly made no filling and sloppy doe, so no more from this place anymore I've given them couple chances but still don't care what they send.

12/08/2025: Shit food didn’t bring the pizza I wanted would not give us back the the money but we spent 160€ on food and forgot a pizza and would not deliver it back out would not recommend this take away

29/05/2026: I placed an online order with Domino’s Pizza on 26 May 2026 at 11:57 pm. I monitored the app and saw the item’s status at the restaurant in Dundalk until 1:36 am. Finally, it was marked as ‘delivered’. I contacted the restaurant, but they claimed two delivery attempts had been made and they had tried to contact me. However, I had no missed calls that day, and two other residents were waiting for the delivery. No one saw or heard anything. The staff argued with me, insisting on taking the delivery driver’s word, which I hadn’t heard. I requested a refund, but they offered only 50% of the total amount, which I declined. They offered to speak to the manager, but he informed me he wouldn’t be in the building until 1 pm the next day. I contacted Domino’s customer care through their website, but I didn’t get a response. No delivery attempt was made to my house.

28/05/2026: This place is so hit and miss lately must be new staff not getting any training or not knowing how to make pizzas got two pizzas for my kids and wife and myself and 1 pizza had no sauce whatsoever and the other had a bucket load dominos do better

20/05/2026: Was in this evening and I’ve had an unpleasant experience man at the till with food in his mouth while talking to me taking my order. Normally order off a young man Mati I think his name is not sure very polite young man must’ve just caught him on his day off

09/05/2026: Best pizza in Gorey. Always hot and delicious. Also lovely staff. We get the 7 pizza deal for large parties and it's also the best price in town

05/05/2026: Garlic bread was lovely. Bacon cheese fries were only okay, not actual bacon, more like ham and they used red cheese. Pizza was okay, good amount of toppings but needed a slightly longer cook for me personally as toppings were a little under done.

19/04/2026: Good spot if you want something tasty without spending too much. The deals are really worth it and the kebabs are always satisfying. Portions are generous, and the Oreo milkshake is honestly so good! Definitely one of my go-to places.

30/04/2026: Charge 3 euro to deliver a 2 monute drive. Pizza is sometimes okay but robbing locals says all

15/01/2026: Probably the worst doner kebab I’ve ever had. I ordered a meal, but when I arrived they only gave me chips and kebab — no drink. They said the meal doesn’t include a drink, even though it’s listed as a meal, and refused to swap the chips since they were “already cooked.” The doner wasn’t properly cooked, felt like rubber, the portion was tiny, and there was no tissue in the bag. Very disappointing. Will probably never go there again.

30/11/2025: I tried to order through online and I paid €50 and waiting for confirmation. After few minutes I called them, and they said it’s closed for winter if I need money back, I have to call back the online platform. It’s their responsibility if they closed they have to update in online platforms. Now I I have to go through for my money back. What kind of services and responsibility they have??!!😡😡😡irresponsinle behaviour from the guy replied from phone.

17/05/2026: The best pizza we’ve ever had! Absolutely unreal — fresh, flavorful, and always perfectly made. You can really tell they put care into every pizza. Special thanks to the staff as well — super friendly, polite, and always in a great mood. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

17/04/2026: Be careful ordering from them on the Uber eats app, they haven’t sorted out their system yet so they’ll ask for unspecified charges at the DOOR. If you happen to have a problem with them their customer service is terrible, specifically Ali. Avoid, avoid avoid.

17/05/2026: 1.Kebab was wrapped in wrap 2.delivered without any bag 3. Cold 4. About salats don't wanna talk🤮

24/04/2026: We ordered from here at around 6:30. Our food came at 9. Although the wait was extreme, the food was incredible.

06/12/2025: Chips were not cooked, hardly get a takeaway as its so expensive so very disappointed for the kids.

29/11/2025: Ordered from here for delivery. Took over an hour (I live a 5 minute drive away). Food was COLD. Driver wasn't very pleasant, he couldn't take the food from his delivery bag and hand it to me, instead just opened it and stood there whilst I took it out.
