06/10/2024: The slowest pizza service I have ever seen anywhere in the world. You could order a pizza delivered from anywhere else quicker than they make a pizza in store. Unbelievably slow. No idea what the pizza is like. You may die of old age or starvation before they ever make the pizza.
10/07/2024: Omg spoke to the rudest Polish person ever, got the order wrong and wud not give me her name, had to ring back few times to get managers name,,who wasn't there until next day, I wud never judge someone on there nationality but my god cudn believe they way I was spoken to as a customer, don't get me wrong I wasn't v nice when order was wrong, no apologises or sorry from tis girl who wudn reveal her name, tralee approx 8 30 10th July 24, who surely no who I'm talking bout , needs to b sacked tbh

02/10/2024: The bread was freshly baked and homemade, which made the kebab exceptional. I ordered a chicken tender kebab that was quite delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

05/11/2024: Mi hijo pidió una pizza y lado de cuñas de la sucursal Ballymun 27 / 10 / 24 nos cobraron 37. 85 e por esto. Llamé a la sucursal y me aconsejaron que habilitara la oficina central, lo que hice dos veces sin acuse de recibo o respuesta de seguimiento. Llamé hoy 5 / 11 / 24 abd hablé con un hombre llamado Stephen que me aconsejó que el sitio de pedidos está dirigido por un tercero y no son responsables a pesar de que su logotipo está en la parte superior. Le aconsejó a mi hijo que ordenara la pizza que la prepararon y le cobraron 37. 85 hes era responsable de su propio pedido Por favor, evite este lugar ya que su manera era terrible. NUNCA cruzará esa puerta de nuevo Atención al cliente cero

21/08/2024: I stopped here for a panini, but left after a rude encounter with an older male employee (could be an owner - I don’t know). My husband was in line to order while I asked about the toilet. The man seemed surprised and then told me that it is for customers only. I did point out that my husband was in line ordering and he did then tell me where it was. However, I was already turned off by his tone and behavior that I decided to leave.To that man: Don’t sound accusing without facts. This was my first time visiting the island and that was the memory that stayed and hurt. Ended up getting some delicious fudge from Man of Aran Fudge and went to the toilet on the ferry.

We ordered 2 pizzas and some drinks, the Pizzas were amazing [ all 4 of us agreed]
We ordered first and sat down, and were served by a lovely friendly girl who couldn't do enough for us
We will defo be back ............keep up the good work

The service and food were great.

11/05/2024: Bought food from them three times. First time the doner meat skewer was empty. But the staff reassured me that they have just finished the first skewer (1 hour after opening time), and that the meat has been cooked on same day. I just had to take their word for it on this one.
Second time food and service was OK.
Third time the service was not so good. The staff had a little bit of a attitude and were very tight with their food.
It seems that the service in the shop depends on the mood of the boss.
The food is average. There are places in Dublin were you can buy tastier kebabs for the price.
11/05/2024: Prices have went too high & the portions are way too small, lots of other places around to buy from instead.

07/07/2024: Super friendly older gentleman was very nice to me and my mom! We got a hawaiian pizza which was ready in just 10 minutes. It was delicious and honestly much better than a lot of the more "luxury" brand pizza shops in Cork. Will definitely be coming back!

23/10/2024: this franchise is going to hell, last year deals are greatly reduced. Tripple decker deal without chicken goujons, half portion of onion rings, basically garlic bread half size as well because of tone of crust, pizzas are medium size instead of large..but you'll get a load of potatoes to fill the empty space in the box instead.. shame WTH!! Paid €38 delivered. NEVER AGAIN!!
