07/08/2026: Headline: Unbelievable full breakfast and top-tier hospitality for just €13! If you are in Roscommon town, Cake'n'Bake is a must-visit. The gentleman working gave me a wonderful welcome and couldn't have been more helpful in this spotless, spacious café. The breakfast fry-up was absolutely delicious—shoutout to the perfectly crispy bacon, sausages, pudding, and nice, strong tea! The visual display of cakes and pastries is jaw-dropping, and it is so heartwarming to watch how beautifully they greet their local regulars. My entire breakfast platter, toast, and tea only cost €13, offering unbeatable, exceptional value for money. Highly recommended!

30/05/2026: Nice little hotel . Rooms were a good size for the price and the breakfast and menu options were very good . Its not the Ritz and makes no claim to be but if you are looking for a great value hotel that leaves you with more money in your pocket to explore the area you wont go wrong . Also the staff were lovely which is always a bonus !

31/07/2026: Walked out after we were waiting so long for my partners food after she returned it. 30 minute wait for tea and coffee. Shocking.

29/07/2026: My experience was disappointing. I ordered a sandwich with fries and salad, and when I asked the server if the salad should be on the side or inside the sandwich, he shrugged. Besides not including the salad, they sent me Doritos instead of fries. I want my money back :(

06/08/2026: Lovely coffee shop. Great coffee and food. Busy spot can be a short wait for a table, but worth it.

02/04/2026: Always a warm welcome from the owners…..I reviewed here yrs ago and returned to the site to see if it was still open.Ive popped in on occasions over the years but not in the last 6 mnts.As I scrolled down I saw the owners wife being mentioned.Id just like to say a nicer more decent lady you could not meet.I’d really recommend the pub

27/03/2026: Mulvihill’s bar is a fantastic spot with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I visited for a Grow Remote event and couldn’t have picked a better venue. It’s a family-run place, and Bernie and Dermot are genuinely down to earth and friendly. The pub has real charm, especially with its lovely back garden. Highly recommend—you can’t go wrong!
