17/05/2026: Really very good food and a great atmosphere, you can order good beer and coffee, you can also buy souvenirs in a very nice area in the town of Shannonbridge, a place worth recommending

19/05/2026: Just had two coffees and a scone today. Place was fine but have to say that I was dissapionted when charged an extra one euro for a small pot of hot water to add to the coffees, which were not very hot and I was charged an additional 50 cent for a very tiny portion of cream for the scone! The coffees and scone were already at the top price range that I have paid for same anywhere and I feel that the extra charges were oportunistic and mean. I have never ever been charged for hot water with coffees before! Dissapointed to say the least!👎

26/05/2026: Of all the restaurants I've been to so far in Ireland, this was the best meal I've had. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the combination with the black pudding was a pleasant surprise. The thyme brunoise didn't taste strongly of thyme, but it was still tasty. The sea bass was fresh and perfectly cooked, accompanied by delicious river potatoes. I didn't particularly enjoy the cheesecake; it didn't taste like cheese, and the biscuit was too buttery. The texture was perfect, but it lacked flavor. The brownie was the best I've ever had—exquisite. As constructive criticism, the wine glasses were cheap and low-quality. For the quality of the food and the ambiance, they leave much to be desired. They also don't have a very extensive selection, although the French wine I ordered was very good. The restaurant is located in a beautiful marina, with stunning views and ambient music that enhances the experience. Very happy and satisfied. Excellent value for money.

05/07/2026: Was there for dinner had the burger what a disaster hard dry not fit to be served shouldn’t have being serve , image is one thing but substance is another thing and time to up The food standard as the building is fabulous , the staff were lovely , but the food 😱

27/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We ordered drinks at the bar, but there were no seats available. We were then told we couldn’t even stand in the only area that had space because staff were taking drinks from there, leaving us with nowhere to enjoy what we’d just purchased. The owner’s son was there and was quite rude, showing no basic courtesy and not even saying goodbye as we left. Overall, the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

30/04/2026: Always busy naturally got a superman's chicken roll which was cold as were the few chips included in the meal. Appreciate its fast food but it was not good.

10/05/2026: Wow, all i can say is THANK YOU. To the staff who were working today at around 2/3 pm. The first aid knowledge and the help given to me when I started to cough and choke, was 100%. I also want to include the lady who was there as a customer. As for their food and service otherwise, excellent 👌, as for the soup I'll finish as I started Wow. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

30/05/2026: Nice little hotel . Rooms were a good size for the price and the breakfast and menu options were very good . Its not the Ritz and makes no claim to be but if you are looking for a great value hotel that leaves you with more money in your pocket to explore the area you wont go wrong . Also the staff were lovely which is always a bonus !
