28/11/2024: We parked on a side street & were walking toward town center & met a lovely woman. She said, "Are you on holiday?" "Yes, we're walking toward lunch. Can you recommend something?" 11/11/2024: What can I say the most amazing meal Sunday lunch I’ve ever had. Have eaten here for dinner a few times always fantastic , Staff are always so attentive and friendly. But the Sunday lunch is on another level 3 courses for €42 with such amazing choice something for everyone we were spoilt for choice. The restaurant was at full capacity but calm and efficient staff made it so relaxed. The fabulous fire so cozy and just adds to the lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back hopefully before Christmas if we’re lucky it’s not booked out. Can’t recommend highly enough . Hats off

08/10/2024: Amazing experience from start to finish. Loved the bar area where you sit before you go to your table. Food was unbelievable. Never had food so tasty and looked fantastic. Staff had a great knowledge of the menu and wine available. Cant wait to go back.

29/11/2024: Eaten well and plentifully, you can find different and typical Irish breakfasts. the restaurant is small but welcoming, clean and homely. the staff were friendly and attentive.

23/11/2024: Cozy and very special restaurant. The service was very good and the food amazing! I ask for a chicken pesto salad , and i find it surprisingly good. We also ordered the chicken tenders, the lasagna and the pasta carbonara. ! You can't leave without trying a dessert. We loved the lemon tart.

11/12/2024: Stayed here for a couple of days and absolutely loved it. Everything is great.

10/10/2024: Staff always friendly and efficient. Food also always great. Can't comment on rooms as I have never seen them but I can imagine if anything like the rest I'm sure they are lovely.

08/10/2024: We stopped in for a pint ( or two) before dinner and loved the pub atmosphere and the friendly service. The guest house we were staying in had recommended this pub and were spot on.

15/12/2024: Cashel Palace is a fantastic place and having stayed there before and eaten at the beautiful fine dining restaurant in the hotel I was expecting good things when I invited some friends to Mikey Ryan's on the grounds of Cashel Palace for Christmas lunch. Unfortunately the food was not great and I'm trying not to be too mean. The service was ok and 200 euro for 5 people was good value (no alcohol) if the food had been good.

06/11/2024: Sandwiches made to order by friendly staff and reasonable at only €9 for two sandwiches, crisps and cokes. Perfect place when at the Rock of Cashel. Indoor and outdoor seating.

16/10/2024: Made most welcome last week. On a coach trip with GB Tours. Myself and daughter both had the delicious ham, cheese and relish toastys. Irish whiskey cake looked delicious. Shame I couldn’t eat anything more. Wish I’d brought some home with me now. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area. Real Irish charm with wonderful staff.

25/10/2024: Once you step through the door, a beautiful little bakery reveals itself. Only after entering the first floor can you admire the place in all its glory. Amazing atmosphere and decor of this seemingly small cafe. For me, it's the jewel in the town's crown.

21/10/2024: Coffee … beautiful… apple cakes …. OMG … you have never tasted anything like this, better than home cooked delights! ❤️ kind helpful service.

31/10/2024: I found this place online and I was eyeing it for a while before I had the chance to visit it in May. The ice cream was just as amazing as promised and to have it at the lovely table outside, on a lucky sunny day was the best. I loved the place so much that I brought my sister there in July and we had Nutella crepes indoor. Best crepes I had in Ireland. Definitely recommended when you are visiting Cashel or if you live in the area I would go there just for them.

01/11/2024: The food lived up to the hype, but the service and atmosphere were just not quite what we'd expected. The restaurant was as quiet as a library (and about as much fun as one)

30/10/2024: We have dined in this restaurant multiple times for lunch and always enjoy the food and service. On this occasion, we brought our young daughter with us. The pricing for lunch on Friday & Saturday is €60 per person and €70 on Sunday. I have no objection to this as there is more choice. However, charging a young child €55 (€5 less than Friday & Saturday adult prices) is ridiculous and serves no value for money. The ingredients used do not justify the price tag nor could a young child even have the appetite to finish such dishes. In the majority of Michelin restaurants, there are other singular options such as Pasta, Burger, Pizza etc and a much lower cost and commitment. As a restaurant, you should consider your pricing points for very young children, even though the food presented and the menu itself was appreciated by us and our daughter. €35-€40 should be the maximum pricing for such a menu.

08/10/2024: Simply the best coffee in cashel

21/08/2024: It's really nice coffee and the only place I'd grab a coffee from when I'm in Cashel. The owner is very friendly and even gave us samples of his chocolate brownies to go with our coffee, and they were a little bite of heaven.

11/09/2024: Great little coffee shop hidden away from the main Street down a lane way next to Paddy power. Real baristas making excellent coffee - and super friendly to boot. It is ever popular - locals streaming through. Recommended as a good spot to get you caffeine fix on the way to the Rock of Cashel.

02/09/2024: Awesome little coffee shop. Had a delicious latte and scrumptious carrot cake. Go out of your way to try this place.

24/11/2024: We stopped here on our recent trip to Ireland. We were with a group of 27 people. The food was fantastic, the staff was efficient and friendly. Great experience. I would 💯 eat there again

02/11/2024: My God they say it pays to have the right staff and God does this place have that, over the last few years and you can see by how busy they are. All weekend it's one customer up, one straight down. These girls are so fast they're like gunslinger's. Food is 5 star and prices very reasonable. Definitely the staff that make it what it is!
