11/10/2025: As a Uruguayan, I really appreciate a good steak — and **Tomahawk Steakhouse** absolutely delivered. I loved sitting at the counter with the **grill right in front of me**, watching the chefs at work while enjoying an **excellent Italian wine**. The meat was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and the whole experience felt authentic and warm. A truly **outstanding dining experience** — can’t wait to go back! 🥩🍷🔥

25/09/2025: Mind-Blowing Quality—Worth Every Penny! We are from Switzerland, a place where steak is already incredible, but this restaurant truly blew us away! The meat was absolutely fantastic—a cut above. We ordered the Delmonico and the fillet steak, and both were utterly perfect. The service was impeccable, and the wine selection was equally impressive. This is a genuinely high-end establishment with high end prices prices that are completely justified by the outstanding quality delivered. Nice flair and good service and vibes. Deserves the full five stars!

15/03/2026: We went as a group of 5, Nice classic vibe! Lovely food. Taste & design for both starters & main food. Truffle Ravioli was absolutely delicious 😋 3 of us ordered dessert too but not 100% happy with them. So 4/5 for food.

10/03/2026: We visited Rosa Madre to celebrate my birthday, having had a fantastic experience there on a previous visit - so expectations were high. Unfortunately, this trip fell short. The crab on toast was let down by an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise, which completely masked the flavour of the crab. The lobster spaghetti - the dish I was most looking forward to - was also a disappointment: the presentation was lacking, the pasta overcooked, and the sauce didn't come close to the depth of flavour I remembered from before. A highlight was the tiramisu, which was genuinely excellent. My boyfriend fared better with his choices, and the front-of-house staff were warm and attentive - particular credit to the young man managing the floor, who was a pleasure to deal with. I'm hoping this was simply an off night, as Rosa Madre has shown it's capable of much better.

13/02/2026: My family stayed here at the end of October / start of November, and sadly the accommodation was very disappointing. The roof leaked during their stay (it was raining heavily). This was a particular issue since the carpets were soaked in a room with a 4 year old and a crawling baby, and no alternative rooms were offered or available. There are indications that the roof issue was already known: the guy who came in to look at it said ‘not again’. There were also problems in the other room with a lack of hot water. I understand that issues happen, but the response from management has been pathetic. The only compensation that was offered during the stay was a small percentage off food downstairs. My dad wrote a follow up email explaining how disappointing the stay had been, and how their response had been insufficient. Management took two and a half months to reply (apparently it was in their outbox, lol). No further compensation was offered. However, they made a point of asking us to mention in any review that the leak was now fixed! Atrocious management. Stayers beware.

26/02/2026: My wife and I loved the lively Irish pub atmosphere! 🍀 The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. 😊 Our Sunday roasts were a bit pricey at €30 💸, and weren't anything to write home about. Overall, the experience was truly enjoyable.

12/03/2026: I decided to have my graduation dinner at Featherblade, and I was absolutely delighted with my choice. Fantastic service and great food!

12/03/2026: Been a few times and it’s always been good but this was our first weekday visit. Steak was chewy, burger was chewy (all four of them) and we ordered six sides and only four arrived. Despite us reminding the server twice it took ten minutes to bring the extra chips by which time one of our group had finished their burger. He didn’t even blink when we complained. It costs virtually nothing to comp us a tea or coffee as an apology but nothing. The manager happened to be clearing dishes from the table sometimes later and he asked if we enjoyed our meal and we told him we didn’t and he did offer a dessert on the house but at this stage we didn’t even want to hang around. Won’t be going again which is a shame.

22/03/2026: Yesterday, my family and I had dinner here and it was a great experience. We were seated upstairs and served by Maria, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She welcomed us warmly, was always smiling, and took great care of us the whole time. Her service was both friendly and professional, which made a big difference. The burgers were delicious, but Maria truly made our night even better. Thank you again!we’ll definitely be back!

08/03/2026: Don’t bother. There are two other burger places right next door. We were left standing outside in the rain today, the family in front of me went in, and we and another family were ignored. The place wasn’t that busy, there were empty tables outside. I won’t return here again. Was definitely waiting 10-15 mins outside to be ignored. The other family were waiting even longer. We all took our custom elsewhere. Edit: I attempted to come here again 2 months later (I was walking past and thought I would go in for a laugh just to see if I was missing out!) Again, I waited outside in the cold and rain, there were tablets outside but I wasn’t eating out in the freezing cold. Anyway, the server came out and I asked for a table inside, and told me there were no tables inside. She told me I could be added to the list (😂) I would be first, and it would be a 15 minute wait. I said no thanks this wouldn’t suit, I didn’t want to be waiting outside in the cold and wet. There was a free table inside, I was watching her setting it up from outside. It’s like they have so much money they don’t need custom! I went off to Sole for lunch instead, it was fabulous 💕

21/03/2026: When I was in Ireland with a group of 12, the tour guide recommended this place, and after making our way there, we entered and asked for a table for 12. It took 3 minutes to get a table ready for a really big group. We then ordered our drinks, and they came pretty fast. We then ordered, and about 15-20 minutes, we got all 12 burgers and fries. The server was really kind and nice to us, despite a big group. The burger was ABSOLUTELY amazing! It was pretty basic burger, with all the normal toppings, but the meat on the burger was really juicy and full of flavor. It wasn't greasy like other burgers I've had, and this so far has been the best burger I've ever had. The fries were good but nothing exceptional. It really was sad that such a nice place was so empty. When we walked in, I only saw about 3 tables being used. The atmosphere of the place was cozy, and I would really recommend a place like this if you want to go with a group of 3-4 people, but it's also a that seems that would be a good place for a date. I would absolutely recommend if you were in the area, and definitely worth the walk.

20/02/2026: Best restaurant I have been to in Dublin. Food was outstanding, and cooked to your preference. Service was top notch as all workers treated you with respect and friendliness. The prices vary for foods, but are very acceptable seeing how well the food was cooked and what options there were. The atmosphere was beautiful, very scenic and movie like, a very, by definition, movie like environment. Overall 10/10 restaurant, highly recommend.

17/02/2026: Visited here recently, although food is good, wait time is awful. Waited 50 minutes after ordering for just a starter, the gluten free pesto garlic bread. Quite disappointed with what it is, a slice of bread cut in half essentially. I would’ve expected more. Main course was nice though, didn’t take nearly as long to come. Good if you’re okay with waiting long for food while the restaurant isn’t busy.
