20/05/2025: Very disappointed, order quite regularly and have had no issues. This time used their website/app and paid by card. After about 10 mins I contacted the restaurant to advise that my order wasn't confirmed but I was charged and the person on the phone advised they would look into it and contact me back. I received no call/update and after a hour I still had no food. I tried numourous times to call them and eventually got through only to be told that they aren't accepting online orders today (surely this was known the first time I called but even still the website ordeing service should be temporarily shut down in cases like this). The staff member was incredibly unsympathetic and rude. I'm out of pocket now, never received any food and have to wait to see if the payment was processed on their side and follow up with them before I can get any refund, needless to say I won't order from them again.
01/05/2025: Ordered delivery from just eat. Very tasteless and bland food. The naam and the meats on the tandoori where extremely dry too. The veg curry felt cheap and made out of a ready pack. I dont even know how they managed to make everything so tasteless... Will definetely not order from it again.

18/02/2025: They let loads of kids in but one of my friends were outside for 5 hours with evidence of his passport and they were very rude to him and never let him in leaving him out in the cold and complained that he was waiting outside for his friends outside

12/04/2025: The food is nice , but they really need to take a look at the sauces , they are like goo and really bland there’s no taste , we tried several different types of sauces and they are all the same , for a Chinese you need to get the sauces right and unfortunately it’s letting this Chinese down big time ,
23/03/2025: Just spent 54 euro on food. Absolutely muck. It's always been average as a takeaway. Any Chinese that uses McDonnells curry sauce is no Chinese in my books but there is no alternative this far out. BBQ rips the sauce may aswell he like plain jelly with BBQ coloured food colouring 0 flavour. The black bean sauce must be made up of 80 percent salt I nearly swallowed myself with the first taste. Johnny fried rice the same 80 percent salt. Spice bag was average but atleast edible. Crispy dumplings were nice, but for 54 euro I feel sick it's an absolute robbery for the standard of food.

18/08/2024: Hemos estado yendo aquà desde que tengo memoria, pero durante ese tiempo ha habido varios cambios de gestión y con cada uno el estándar baja y ahora ha tocado un mÃnimo histórico. La nueva dirección tiene un trabajo entre manos dando la vuelta a esto, ya que la comida era constantemente horrible y quiero decir horrible! ¡No quiero ver ningún negocio fracasar, pero asà es como va esto a menos que encuentren un chef que sepa cocinar!

07/05/2025: Last week I ordered lamb kebab. The meat was hard and not very hot. I ate it and was tortured by stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea in the middle of the night. I still feel uncomfortable today. Food poisoning.

07/06/2025: Visitamos el restaurante el viernes 6 de junio. Nuestro camarero que acababa de empezar a trabajar allà ese dÃa fue servicial, pero tuvo que consultar con un miembro más veterano del personal cuando se le preguntó sobre el menú. Cuando llegaron los platos principales se podÃa oler un olor muy fuerte a aceite de cocina del pescado el olor que dice que no se habÃa cambiado durante bastante tiempo, el pescado no era crujiente pero era muy grasoso. Las verduras que las acompañaban estaban solo parcialmente cocidas, no pudimos obtener un cuchillo para cortar el brócoli. El filete en el sándwich era muy duro y el vinagre balsámico se habÃa hecho demasiado en la ensalada. Mi comida era tibia. Nos quedamos muy decepcionados ya que la última vez que visitamos la comida era excelente.
22/05/2025: Tuvimos un dÃa fantástico en Rathwood en Carlow con el Club de la Amistad Delvin. De principio a fin, la experiencia fue increÃblemente bien organizada y agradable.
El almuerzo era delicioso — fresco, bien preparado, y servido por personal amable que hizo que todos se sintieran bienvenidos. La zona de comedor era cómoda, y el servicio era atento sin prisas, lo que hizo que la comida fuera relajada y agradable.
Lo más destacado del dÃa fue el encantador paseo en tren de Rathwood. Fue un viaje encantador a través de los bosques pintorescos, contando historias y un toque de magia que trajo sonrisas a los rostros de todos, jóvenes y mayores por igual. El ambiente era alegre y festivo, y fue maravilloso ver a nuestro grupo disfrutando de la experiencia juntos.
El personal de Rathwood fue más allá para garantizar que todos en nuestro grupo estaban cómodos y pasándolo bien. Fue una salida perfecta para un club de amistad: divertida, relajada y llena de alegrÃa. ¡Ya estamos deseando nuestra próxima visita!
