12/07/2025: We ordered from here the other night and at first the food seemed great but 3 of us were very very sick that night after eating chicken dishes. The kids meals and the veggie options were fine with no illness from those.

02/06/2025: Couldn't rate them any higher. We got party food for 14 people today and not one complaint. Such a variety of options, great value and packed perfectly. Would highly rate!

18/07/2025: I have eaten here for years, however most recently I got a chicken curry, when I first bit in the chicken tasted off however the sauce was quite spicy, more than usual, so I asked my partner to taste he said the chicken was fine so I tried again and all was ok I continued to eat. About 5 more bites in I bit into chicken and immediately spat it out it was definitely sour this time. I was so disappointed. My assumption is there may have been a mix of different chicken in my dish one was ok and one was sour it is all that can explain that there was a few bites ok. Maybe it was something left from the shift before that I got the ends of one and the fresh of another. My husband called the restaurant to explain, out of nothing but fear for anyone else getting sick. I was offered a replacement but I couldn’t physically stomach another after the taste so I refused. No offer for refund no request for me to bring it back so they could investigate, I was just told “ some orders went out before you and no one complained so…” This has made come to the decision to never eat here again, mistakes are made but food safety should be forefront. If this was my restaurant I would be very concerned if this complaint was made and would immediately request back the dish to look into myself. Very disappointed.

08/07/2025: Review Date: 19 June 2025 I have mixed feelings about this review as I’d be rating two menu items that I have recently tried here. First, their mixed grill kebab with Naan bread ( lamb doner meat + grilled chicken tikka) is amazing. Fresh, right balance of flavor and spices and very generous portion. The dips are amazing and adds a great punch to the flavor. I also love their naan bread which is always fresh and crisp. On the other hand I tried their Chicken Supreme Pizza on multiple occasions and it made me hate Pizzas for the very first time. The dough is ok-ish, a very low quality cheese, Chicken cubes were not even boiled properly. The pizza had a distinct smell and an uncooked flavor profile. Also, I believe Pizzas are over priced.

23/08/2025: We had a very good experience in supermacs carlow I felt I had to write this. The staff are very friendly, went out of their way to help us. We had 3 children with us and nothing was a problem to the staff. I hope the staff who were working today 23rd of August 25 see this. They really know how to treat their customers. Thank you very much.

08/07/2025: Great, both in terms of food and service. I don't remember the name of the employee who served us at the register, but he was very, very kind to us. He took the time to heat up the baby's food so it was safe and he brought it to our table himself, making everything easier. He then made sure to provide us with a highchair so we could be comfortable with the little one. The food was fresh and very good. The only thing missing was that they didn't have taco sauce and they gave us a burger, but it doesn't matter; the important thing was that it was more than good. We usually order from home, but that day we went because we were shopping. We always try to order from this establishment rather than the other one on Dublin Road because they always deliver our food fresh and flawlessly. Thank you for the great service you always provide, and especially to that employee who made that day even better. 😃

01/05/2025: I originally had given this restaurant a 5 star review on the back of having been there a number of times. However, having recently returned, I found that this place has dropped a lot in quality and service. I believe it has changed hands/under new management and it would appear to have gone downhill since then. Such a pity, it was a great place to eat and family friendly.

11/04/2025: Unfortunately, food was just ok and that's me being "generous". Service felt like we were back in 90s. Atmosphere was like a nearly closing down place. Huge potential in the right hands,but definitely not into whomever runs it now. I'm not the person to complain and haven't said anything while settling the bill (which was 74 euro for 2 people and not even a "thank you" received). Won't be rushing again to eat here,for sure.

21/08/2025: OMG. Don’t know what’s happening in Apache Carlow. Have ordered many times before and boy has the quality dipped. Ordered the Crazy Jalfrezi. The marketing photos look good but mine looked like someone dumped BBQ sauce all over it. Drizzle…couldn’t be further from a drizzle. The fajita fiesta was marginally better. Again a bit heavy handed with the sauce.

02/05/2025: Applied for computer science course. Became obvious that the college puts money before students and that the lecturers couldn't care less about students fairly quickly. They suddenly semesterised my 3rd year which gave us more work and less time, which obviously caused alot of the class to feel alot of stress and/or fail. One of the lecturers for a module was hastily replaced by a substitute with next to no teaching experience who was given almost no instructions on what to teach. Another lecturer spent the entire year teaching is the wrong content and we were told to essentially just figure it out before exams. One my course mates was threatened with ejection from the course simply for complaining about a rude comment made by a lecturer. And that's just inside the building. They have this private clamping company that preys on students. There are not enough car park spots so finding a spot can take a long time and if you are rushing for an exam you won't have time to get a ticket. You can literally see a van patrolling the area at all times waiting to clamp students. I fell victim to "parking outside of a bay" even though the bay markings were weathered away and I wasn't blocking anyone but they showed zero sympathy, fined me, and made me wait 40 minutes for two teenagers smoking Amber Leaf to come and undo the clamp. Avoid this college at all costs, especially if you plan on taking a course in computer science
