08/05/2024: Despite the place being busy , the waiting time for my big order was very good and the food was fresh.

04/06/2024: No Good 🤬 The employees were not nice to the customers, and when my wife and I wanted to sit down to eat, they told us that we could not sit in the restaurant, knowing that there were a lot of empty tables. I will not repeat the bad experience in that branch because they treat customers rudely.

12/11/2024: Nice Place for Indian, Bangladeshi cousins near Carlow town. Food is nice and tastes but service is quite slow specially during the weekends or holidays. You can ask them to change to spice level according to your taste. Staff is nice and friendly. Price is also competitive around Carlow town. Bohu rice is best.

20/10/2024: So enjoyed our meal this evening, by far the best Indian in this area. The flavours and tastes are second to none. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Always look forward to our meals.

16/09/2024: The food is way too overpriced and overrated. I ordered a meal deal with come with one starter, main, and a drink. So I ordered onion bhaji but they came too soft, like they were fried ages ago, and too oily, the oily is leaking out everywhere in the bag. The main - lamb hot chilli masala is a disappointment, way too much oil in the food, few pieces of lambs, pilau rice was too hard, definitely the rice wasn’t cooked long enough. Well, I love Indian food so really hope the quality will be improved next time I visit

01/09/2024: Manky place. Food is disgusting and you never get the full order and it's always wrong anyway. Ignorant staff, try to argue with you and when you prove them wrong they get all snotty. Avoid.

01/07/2024: I am not a regular customer here, I usually order food from this place online and pick it up on the way home. So, from my experience, they prepare your order on time and the food is exceptionally good. I never had to wait there for more than 5 minutes to collect my order unless it is crowded. Very reasonably priced as well. It is a good place to have a take away.

03/08/2024: Used to be the best chips, got chips three times recently and the quality was greatly disimproved. Chips were greasy, soggy and stale chips were mixed with fresh chips. The man serving had a cut on his hand and was not wearing gloves and was using his hand to open the bags for the chips. If I could give less than one star I would. Won't be back very disappointing.

05/08/2024: We probably had the worst mains delivered to us. We ordered pad krapow and got a mushy dish delivered to us that was not even well seasoned. I would not recommend this place for mains

07/05/2024: Cannot fault in anyway other than it could have been twice the size and I still would have milled it. Staff were polite and quick with service, in and out in a few minutes.

03/11/2024: came here the other night, lady behind the counter was incredibly rude . After ordering I asked the woman what the total cost was as I didn't have my glasses with me . She continued to shove and point the receipt at me saying the total is there . When I asked again for her to simply just read me my total she asked "why do you not have enough money on your card?" . Incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful to insinuate I havent enough funds for my food , coming from someone that works in a chip shop. When I asked to speak to a manager or owner I was informed she was the on duty manager at the time . Food was cold in the middle , lettuce was soggy and gone off. Food is below avaerage and not worth the rude comments and dogs abuse. Gone down hill under new management. Worst food establishment in the country

25/08/2024: Got a kebab here. €8.50. (See photo) it is one of the greasiest kebabs I’ve ever had. And the meat had burnt edges. Way too much salad. I would not recommend the donor kebabs from here.

08/05/2024: Dry food, not tasty and too salty…. Not good food. (Dry burger, risotto too salty and not tasty) Kind of expensive for the food. It’s pity that a 4 star hotel is represented by this restaurant… Waiters were nice and kind, that’s the good point of this restaurant. (Not so many options for vegetarians)

24/10/2024: Unfortunately won’t be ordering from this Supermacs again. After several deliveries being over an hour, this is taking the biscuit. We ordered at 18:26 and it’s now 19:50 and we are still waiting for our food despite an employee saying that it would be with us in 10 minutes (this was 20 minutes ago when we rang). The staff are always very helpful and polite but supermacs definitely need to look into their delivery times.

21/08/2024: We visited the cafe, what can I say, everything is great, the food is fresh and tasty, I recommend it, the staff is friendly. Will we come again? Yes, and more than once)

02/11/2024: 3 times in a row i've been to this premises , it's states it's open online and every time i've been here at 2pm and the door is closed. Pitty because it's always around lunch time.
