28/03/2024: Lovely staff. Lovely location. Pretty nice apartments. For the price I would say you can do worse... Buuuut. A few snags on the health and safety side of things. Loose fixtures. Wobbly chairs, straight up exposed wires. Fun times. Yes I got pics. I'll keep those to myself for now, give them a chance 😉

21/03/2024: I really liked the place, for me it was easy to get to and very comfortable. It was my first and very pleasant accommodation experience in La Vista in Ireland 🇮🇪.

25/08/2023: I've just been in bake cafe for my first time with my friends and had the full Irish breakfast 😋 . Omg it was so delicious 😋 and the sausages 😋 amazing. The girls working there were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be my new spot 👌

01/04/2024: They make excellent pizzas. I was concerned they use the same cutter for veg and non-veg pizzas. Thankfully they use different ones. Staffs are friendly. Nice place to eat in and even wait for a while to take-out.

31/03/2024: I stayed with a coach trip. I was very happy with the Hotel My room was very clean. The food was good, the portion size too much! (I didn't venture to the pool) I loved the tradition charm to the Hotel. The staff were very pleasant. I would return.

08/11/2023: One of the most authentic places in town. They broadcast various sports events. The atmosphere very much reflects the local pub culture. A fun pub where large groups usually spend time together. I'm not sure if it's the best place in town, but it can be said to be better quality than many other places.

22/02/2024: Food. Cooked fresh. Pizzas made in Site. By chef. 9 of 10 Fresh. COD. Is not cod. If a white fish. Worked a lot with Fish...so I Know the Difference... but charging Cod prices Manger is Shop. Needs a lesson in Marrens Shop Owners. 10. +

02/04/2024: Our family spent Easter Bank Holiday (Fri to Mon) at Talbot Hotel in Carlow. I've never met such helpful staff - they were very professional and always with a smile. Just to name a few managers Gary Pendergrass & David Muszynski. The security staff and all the other staff from receptionist to cleaners. The food was very good & big portions. We found the soft drinks expensive 200ml bottle of coke cola was €3.90. The Talbot was very much a Hotel for families with small children with the Dome just next door which was very popular. Dunnes stores,Mr Price etc was just across the road - very convenient!! Considering there was refurbishments going on the staff should be applauded because we were hardly aware of it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends. We also got a very good deal for Easter with plenty of free parking Well done to all the staff you take great pride in your place of work.

29/03/2024: Stayed here overnight for a staff Christmas party. Had the most amazing room all to myself, so modern and clean! The bed was so comfortable I had one of the best nights sleep. A few of us stayed up until close at the hotel bar and the vibes were immaculate. Had one of the best nights here with my workmates I can't rate it highly enough! And the breakfast is great the next morning.
