I have tried them all numerous times and its still a hard choice everytime I go in.
Great service and amazing food.

07/07/2026: Great hotel,fabulous service especially from the management team at the front desk.We needed an early book in as we had to be at a wedding and they couldn't have been more helpful. Great breakfast, comfy beds and easy parking too.

24/05/2026: I really liked this place. At first, I thought a crispy kebab sounded like a strange idea, but after trying it, I completely changed my mind.
For those who don’t know, it’s a kebab wrapped in a fried crispy layer. Surprisingly, everything holds together really well, and the crispiness adds an amazing flavor.
I totally recommend trying the crispy kebab. You definitely will not regret about it!

Woodford Dolmen Hotel
25/10/2025: We had our wedding in the Woodford Dolmen last weekend, and I am forever grateful!! From the reception staff to the housekeepers, everyone was so friendly. A special mention to the manager, Will, who was on duty the day of our wedding. The food and drinks were of a high standard through our entire stay. All of our guests have been raving about their experiences! Thank you ever so much for helping to make our day so special. We will certainly be back.

07/09/2026: Couldn't have been made to feel more welcome, absolutely lovely owner and friendly locals. We had an overnight stopver, so were able to enjoy drinks and the local Irish band. In the morning we had the best breakfast, of our whole holiday. Excellent ingredients and well cooked. Will definitely return on our next trip to Bagenalstown!
28/08/2026: My first time. Nice place to meet. Great, friendly service. Surprising good menu and food (my colleagues had) looked lovely. Well presented. The wrong time of the day to expect any real atmosphere. But we sat out doors in sheltered kiosks. I will be back.

19/05/2026: I ordered a takeaway from here over the weekend and was seriously impressed. The burgers were absolutely amazing – juicy, full of flavour, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The chips were just as good, perfectly cooked and really satisfying alongside the burgers.
What really stood out as well was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
I’ll definitely be ordering from here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great takeaway!
