The best restaurants in Carlow

07/07/2026: I've used this Supermac's drive-thru many times, and unfortunately, every single visit has had something missing from my order. It's especially frustrating when I'm picking up a large order for the whole family, as there's almost always a burger, chips, or sometimes even a full meal missing. Mistakes can happen, but when it's every visit, it becomes a real issue. My advice to anyone using this drive-thru is to always double-check your order before driving away, as it's much easier to get missing items sorted before you leave. I hope management addresses this, because it's otherwise a convenient service.

25/10/2025: We had our wedding in the Woodford Dolmen last weekend, and I am forever grateful!! From the reception staff to the housekeepers, everyone was so friendly. A special mention to the manager, Will, who was on duty the day of our wedding. The food and drinks were of a high standard through our entire stay. All of our guests have been raving about their experiences! Thank you ever so much for helping to make our day so special. We will certainly be back.

07/07/2026: Great hotel,fabulous service especially from the management team at the front desk.We needed an early book in as we had to be at a wedding and they couldn't have been more helpful. Great breakfast, comfy beds and easy parking too.

09/07/2026: Friendly staff and food is delicious, have had sweet treats and just today a gorgeous chicken and chorizo toastie, it was huge! Coffee there is lovely too

24/05/2026: I really liked this place. At first, I thought a crispy kebab sounded like a strange idea, but after trying it, I completely changed my mind. For those who don’t know, it’s a kebab wrapped in a fried crispy layer. Surprisingly, everything holds together really well, and the crispiness adds an amazing flavor. I totally recommend trying the crispy kebab. You definitely will not regret about it!
