11/11/2024: Coming from Cavan Town we made the decision to drop in here for food as it looked nice from the outside. The bar man was nice and it was quiet. The place itself is nice and has an old style feel to it. Mens toilets are not great and could do with a good clean. Food was nice, steak cut chips was a surprise for a bar menu charging €15.50 per head. However, they were a nice change. The only complaint I had was the lasagne was cold in the middle so I did not finish it. I did not complain to them as everything else was spot on and in fairness, lasagne can be a pain to heat throughout. I wouldn’t let that stop me dropping in again. Well worth dropping in if you are passing

29/01/2025: Awful steak, so dissapointing. They didnt seem to not know the difference between rare and over cooked, the steak came out the same colour the whole way through, so hard it gave me jowls muscles like chewing a fake rubber dog toy steak. Such a waste of money and time

04/03/2025: I travel a lot for work and it is always lovely to find a nice place to sit and eat lunch rather that a bad sandwich from a petrol station. The food in the Sligo branch is fresh simple and very delicious. Staff are amazing up for a chat and very efficient. And the pricing is on the low side for the excellent quality provided.

02/12/2024: Just got a sausage roll and asked for it hot. Took one bite and it was still freezing cold. 2.50 for it aswell

14/04/2025: Toy was missing from minecraft meal. And we didnt get help to slove the problem. We paid for the meal with minecraft edition toy . Disappointed Kids. We never will back again. I am not gonna spend money in MC Donald if I cant receive my proper order.

12/04/2025: Went through the Drive through on the way home from ASDA . IT'S so unfortunate but this time we decide to check our Our order at the collection point & Just aswell as it was short items again. This has happened at numerous times in the past numerous times. It's just not good enough. Everyone remembers the actor JOE PESCI in LEVTAL WEAPON when he with Mel Gibson & Danny Glover leave the drive thru and they also discover their order is short but it's too late as they pulled away in the station wagon car !. . Not only the Cavan branch of mc donalds I have experienced being left short at their DRIVE TRU's - Liffeyvalley - Kylemore Road. So check your orders at your food collection points more often until management get this correct.

09/11/2024: Every single time I call to order they tell me 15minutes, when I do arrive I have to wait another 30mins extra, before I get my food. People walk in after me, get their food straight away and I’m the last one left there waiting. This happened like 3-4 times already.

26/10/2024: ordered a kebab it was very dry and falling a part and soggy, had serious stomach pains after eating the kebab wont be going again.
