26/03/2024: The food is good but the customer service at this location is extremely poor. I see that a lot of reviews before me said the same aswell. Hopefully this will be adressed by the management of Poulet Bonne Femme. Bought a chicken sandwich at 1.00pm and will never go back due to the shocking customer service.

21/08/2024: About a week ago I popped in after a long shift at work. I was not expecting much. However, the smoked cod and chips were amazing. Compared with other fish & chips in the city centre the price is good too
18/04/2024: Frozen cod was still frozen when served.
Cold chips,
Manager went and hid.
Was told it was cold vinegar.
What nonsense, they cant even serve food at edible temp.
They will kill someone.

23/08/2023: I went at the beginning of the month. There was a woman serving alone, to several people; yet, she was quick and had always a a good attitude. The coffee was excellent as well.
