21/07/2025: First ever visit this evening. Lovely experience. So friendly and have to say Fresh Cod and Chips and batter sausage were the best ever.

07/09/2025: Best Authentic Indian Restaurant in Dublin without a doubt ! The food is packed with real flavors — fresh naan, perfectly spiced curries, and a biryani that’s full of aroma, my favourite is “Mixed Biriyani”. Nothing feels watered down, it’s true Indian cooking done right. The staff are warm, friendly, and always happy to recommend dishes. Great portions, fair prices, and a cozy atmosphere. If you love genuine Indian food, this is the place to go if you’re around South Dublin!

06/06/2025: What a terrible experience! The staff were extremely unwelcoming. We ordered a set meal that included a starter, a main course, and a dessert. The starter portions were ridiculously small—just a tiny piece of each item. The main course was also disappointing, with barely any meat in the dish; it was mostly sauce. And for dessert, there was no choice at all—just ice cream. We considered ordering an extra dessert, but after checking the menu, we found nothing interesting—and none of the options were Indian, which was surprising. To make matters worse, the cutlery were extremely old and poorly cleaned, which made the whole experience feel even more unpleasant. When my ice cream arrived, they gave me a teaspoon to eat it, showing a total lack of attention to detail from the staff. As for the food itself, it was overly sweet and completely lacking in seasoning—nothing like authentic Indian cuisine. Honestly, it was the worst restaurant meal I've ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and decent service.

27/06/2025: We had our first and only spice bag here while travelling Ireland. We enjoyed the food, we’d never had anything quite like it before! It was a large portion so we split the bag between us and still had extra.

23/02/2025: Wow, I was in this pub again recently after a two year break. The host was so rude, really bad. I haven't experienced such insolence in a long time. I really can't recommend it, I'd rather go somewhere else. Totally unpleasant atmosphere Bad-tempered faces at the bar The service was really bad. Barely had time to place our order. The waiter immediately left as if he was happy to be rid of us. Totally unfriendly and not interested in his job. That doesn't work at all!

31/07/2025: Usually it’s great but last night they delivered a half spice bag with no spice when i ordered a large, with spice.

08/04/2025: Very kind workers, food is always crispy and hot, super fresh!!! Only takes 10 minutes or under to prepare food

17/08/2025: I discovered Smash It and absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and well prepared. Excellent service, served by Victor, who made the experience even better.

11/08/2025: Staff here were super kind when my 10 year old son felt faint in the restaurant today. They couldn't have done more for him. After a burger and a milkshake he was back to normal!

22/08/2025: Had a lovely, fresh acai bowl, along with a great latte. I managed to leave my jacket behind, and they kept it safe and sound until I returned to get it. Much appreciated! It seems the name has changed to LaHoya z but it doesn't show up in Maps with that name .

11/07/2025: Holy cow! Was not expecting the amount of food that I got, was an absolute feast! Had a steak sandwich combo. Steak sandwich was amazing and as mentioned earlier huge! If I lived in the area I'd be back every chance I could.

22/08/2025: I’ve ordered food here a few times, both takeaway and dine-in, and one thing stands out: my male colleagues consistently get larger portions than the women. Courtesy clearly isn’t on the menu anymore, so at the very least they could get the quantity right. Today I ordered a vegetarian takeaway, and the man behind the counter actually gave me two pieces of cauliflower—then spent a good 30 seconds cutting a third one in half, as if giving me three whole pieces would break the system. Ridiculous.

23/07/2025: The service and presentation are very disappointing today. What they advertise is not what you get — the portions are smaller, and the final dish looks completely different. I ordered a hot dog. They charge €7 for a poorly prepared hot dog with very few ingredients, and the quality depends entirely on who is serving.
