14/06/2026: I have order the caramel macchiato, but I didn’t taste the caramel, it was light.

22/04/2026: Great coffee venue. Always busy which says a lot when there is so much competition in the locality.

24/08/2026: Its definitely not the right place to drink a cappucinno.

25/05/2026: The service was okay overall, and the staff were pleasant enough. The coffee was good, but I found it a little pricey for what was offered. While the experience was satisfactory, better value for money would have made the visit more enjoyable.

24/10/2026: This is the second time I’ve stopped at this “café”, and it will definitely be the last. There were four people inside, chatting away among themselves, while completely ignoring a customer waiting to be served. I ordered a double espresso that cost €3.90, which is absolutely ridiculous. I stop at 3–4 different cafés a day around Dublin, and I’ve never seen such an overpriced espresso. Eventually, my coffee was ready, but guess what? To make matters even worse, they didn’t even have white sugar! Honestly, this was one of the worst coffee experiences I’ve ever had. Poor customer service, overpriced coffee, and not even the basics available. You definitely won’t see me there again!

24/10/2026: Great little place, every staff member tells you to have a great day and asks how your day has been so far. Such a lovely place.

27/06/2026: Inconsistent service. The staff member was friendly and helpful to one customer, then cold and abrupt with me for no clear reason. It felt like I was being judged the moment I walked in. Fair treatment shouldn't depend on who you are. Disappointing experience.

12/06/2026: Fun delish Cafe. Great sweets, sandwiches, coffee. A few outdoor tables and many inside. Definitely a place to chat and catch up with friends. Fab music and great staff too..

17/10/2026: Yesterday, Friday 16th of November, 2026 was performing the worst DJ I've seen in my life, this DJ was playing only Brazilian music and the mixes was horrible 🤮🤮🤮. You should be more careful about what DJ is allowed to perform in this Pub, since music is very important to enjoy the party!!

16/10/2026: After a few years we returned to The George and everything was exactly the same. It's great to know that they preserve their origins and maintain a very welcoming atmosphere. We went on a Wednesday and the upper floor was closed, but I'm sure it must have the same vibe and atmosphere as always. A great option with fair prices in the city.

10/10/2026: No napkins provided. No milk provided for tea which I ordered specifically with milk. Chips came cold. It was pretty empty at that time. Bad fake cheese in burger. Very nauseating colour scheme on the walls - lime green. Music could be lower but it’s not the worst volume I’ve heard in a McD and the song choice was inoffensive.

19/07/2026: A friend brought food from here home. Have to say I thought it was lovely.Cant fault it….I heard a lad I worked with over 30 yrs ago is involved with the business so Im not surprised it was good.

11/07/2026: We ordered food from this place, and it was extremely disappointing! The food wasn’t that good, and something in it made my husband very sick. He started vomiting a while after eating and kept having to go to the bathroom. He felt absolutely awful. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else to avoid this kind of problem

16/07/2025: Ordered a acai bowl which had mould fruits. When we complained the server just removed the mouldy fruit and said it is fine to eat now. Not sure if they practise any hygiene in there. If you don’t want to get food poisoning than avoid this place.
