30/06/2026: Great local pub ....friendly vibe and service is spot on .....but more importantly the pint 😉.... and I mean the Guinness is as good as is humenly possible........and the Heineken is top notch 👌 aswell ....and I pretty sure everything else is .....but I only drink them 2

19/09/2026: The cooks wanted to make a burger by reheating already-cooked meat. They’re crazy. Hire some decent people for the kitchen — it’s a complete disaster.

06/09/2026: The staff was friendly and it was quite empty when we were here. The burger with chicken was okay, the one with beef wasn't tasty unfortenately. The tables could be more hygienic, we saw that it wasn't clean. The seats aren't very comfortable.

04/10/2026: I had a very disappointing experience at the Burger King on Baggot Street. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and treated customers with very little respect or professionalism. Unfortunately, he clearly lacks the basic customer service skills needed to deal with customers appropriately. Everyone can have a bad day, but being disrespectful and making customers feel uncomfortable is not acceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides the appropriate training, because this kind of attitude can seriously affect the customer experience.

17/08/2026: Really disappointing experience. A customer asked why the toaster was slow, and the staff member glanced at me and said, “It’s from China.” The toaster is actually a European brand，and yes I'm from Asia. No hesitation, no awareness — just casually racist.

08/08/2026: You can get ready made over the counter sandwiches . These sandwiches are quite big and very filling. You can also get sandwiches made on the spot. I always go for the ready made behind the counter where you can get these toasted. Superb food market.

19/09/2026: I’ve been a loyal regular at Stella for three years, visiting at least once every two months. It was my go‑to spot for a drink—until yesterday, when one obnoxious bartender turned what should have been one of the happiest days of my life into a deeply unpleasant experience. Yesterday I bought my first home. To celebrate, I went to Stella for my usual drink, a dirty martini with vodka. I wasn’t dressed “fancy”—just a cotton top, jeans, and a long leather coat—but I’ve never been made to feel unwelcome there before. On arrival, I was seated comfortably. But when my drink arrived, it was served in a short, thick‑stemmed glass—nothing like the chilled crystal martini glass I’ve always received there. The table next to me ordered an espresso martini and was given a proper chilled, long‑stemmed glass. So were other patrons. Mine sat out, warming, while I waited for someone to acknowledge my concern. I’m a South Asian woman. I was the only person of colour in the bar yesterday. The bartender who made my drink was a curly‑haired Irish man (I am guessing he was Irish). Whether it was my clothes, my race, or simply his mood, I was clearly being treated differently. When I flagged down a waiter and asked if there was a reason I was being given different treatment, she was immediately apologetic. I asked for a new drink—my martini had been sitting out, and any bartender knows a martini must be served chilled. She relayed my complaint to the bartender, who lied that they were “out of glasses” even as a colleague behind him pulled out a perfectly chilled martini glass. His “solution”? He dumped my warm drink into a shaker—without ice—and poured it into the better glass. No apology. No attempt to remake it properly. When I confronted him, he simply said, “I’ll make another if you want,” with zero accountability. I left without finishing my drink. I will never return to Stella. I’ve already told my friends—who were also regulars—not to go back. A bar should never make a customer feel small, especially on a day as significant as buying a first home. Whether it was racism, classism, or just sheer incompetence, the message was clear: I wasn’t welcome. Stella has lost a three‑year regular—and several more through word of mouth. If this is the standard of service, they don’t deserve anyone’s celebration.

03/09/2026: Visiting from London Aug 26. Had passed the pub a few days earlier and thought it looked like an interesting place. Walked in & asked for a seat for lunch only to be told rather rudely 'we don't do food' !! If that is the case then maybe they need to update their website. Not recommended

14/09/2026: Very disappointing service. We came in at around 11:30am to get some food before our bus at 2pm. When we arrived, we were told breakfast was finished but they didn’t know when lunch would be available. We decided to get a coffee and wait, then asked again about 30 minutes later, but still nobody could tell us when food would be available. After being there for about an hour, I went up to enquire again and was finally told that the sandwiches were ready to be cooked, so we ordered. We then waited another hour or more for the sandwiches, which were premade. When they eventually arrived, the cheese was not fully melted and quite cold. (It was a ham and cheese sandwich, pretty simple) What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication. Nobody came out to update us, apologise for the delay, or explain what was happening. To make matters worse, people who ordered after us received their food before we did. We ended up having to stay until around 1:30pm, despite arriving two hours before our bus. The service was honestly ridiculous and completely unacceptable. A delay can happen, but the lack of communication and the fact that our food arrived cold after such a long wait made this a very disappointing experience.

17/08/2026: I ordered 2 large pizza deals with a portion of chocolate cookies the order was late and no body was even answering the call . The put the cookies in a burger box instead of its own original boxs and in the result the cookies got squished. Absolutely unsatisfied

07/07/2026: I’ve just ordered a delivery there and they forgot an item. I thought no worries let me call them. No answer. So I try emailing them and it’s coming up that my phone can’t find their email. This is a joke,the foods going to go cold and I’m still trying to call with no answer. I’d like to either get what I ordered or my money back.

04/10/2026: Four of us bought lunch and coffees today. Australians visiting family in Dublin. Food was nice, we were happy. After we'd eaten 2 of us felt like something sweet. For some reason, which is a complete mystery to us, we were blatantly ignored while waiting at the counter to order something sweet, and iced out by the 2 staff behind the counter. First it happened to me - it was so blatant - then my son. It was upsetting and perplexing. It left a sour taste - and spoiled our outing. For the life of me, I have no idea why this happened, but we all noticed it. Absolutely shocking. BTW also quite expensive.

18/10/2026: We came here for the NFL Redzone on Sundays. They were offering €5 for all pints. After 2 hours they changed the price of half the selection to €6. Absolute cheap asses with no commitment to the principle. Everyone but Heineken and their own brand shite price gouged.
