21/08/2026: Good as Tommy cannot order any food EVER!!!!

05/08/2026: In my case, I ordered a pepperoni pizza without tomato sauce. I thought they might have a problem with it, but no, they were very friendly and even asked if I wanted a different sauce than the regular tomato one. I didn't have high expectations since it's a fast-food place, but to my surprise, the pizza was delicious and it came with fries!

21/07/2026: I visited Milano in Blanchardstown today and have to say the service and the food was excellent! Special shout out to Amy who was the kind waitress, thank you Amy for your speedy and excellent service. Will definitely be back again soon.

19/07/2026: I had a lovely meal with my family for my birthday last Friday 17th July. The food was amazing! Our server was Charlie and he couldn't have been helpful and professional! I would highly recommend your restaurant.

15/08/2026: I get a take away once a week.(something I don't do for any other take away, i normally chop and change) Food is amazing, 5 stars.Service is so fast ,5 stars. Staff are lovely, 5 stars. Great menu. What more could you want.

17/06/2026: As guests of the Radisson Blu Hotel we visited the Dyflin Bar at some evenings. All food and drinks were very delicious and were presented in a very nice way. The service was super friendly and fast, so we always had a good time at the restaurant and bar.

28/07/2026: Good food which was on the more expensive side. Portions were small, left wanting more but couldn't bring myself to pay more. Vibes were non existent albeit I was there early, might be a different story later in the day.

26/07/2026: Service quality need an improvement, no water was offered , no questions if everything is tight after I got my order , at the time was not busy, but still didn’t get expected service, even though waitresses seemed to be nice. Portion of glass of wine was twice less than usual, and I am not usually picky about that, but that time it’s impressed me for that cost

29/08/2026: The food and coffee are not worth it. I ordered a coffee with plain milk and it was scalding hot. The person who served me forgot something from my order and they tried to charge me for it. It's a place for tourists, locals don't go there.

12/05/2026: I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 10 years and the food has always been consistently very good, which is why I’ve kept coming back. That said, the customer service has become a real issue. On multiple occasions when I’ve had to call about incorrect orders, the way I’ve been spoken to has been rude, dismissive, and at times outright aggressive. It’s not acceptable to speak to customers like that, especially when they’re simply trying to resolve a mistake. I don’t expect perfection — errors happen — but I do expect to be treated with basic respect. After so many years of supporting this place, it’s genuinely disappointing to be made feel like a nuisance for raising a valid issue. I’m leaving this review in the hope that it’s taken on board, because the food is great, but the attitude towards customers really needs to improve.
